A (in)visibilidade dos maus-tratos na infância: concepções e posicionamentos dos profissionais da Educação Infantil

Even though we have an advanced protective legislation regarding children, the maltreatment perpetrated against them is still considered a public health problem in our country, with significant rates in the 0 to 6 years old range. This practice results in serious damages to the development of the assaulted individual: mental health, social adaptation and integration, and even repetition of the learned model. The school, although required (art. 245, ECA) to denounce and notify suspected and/or proven cases of violence to the eligible public agencies, has a very low percentage of participation in these notifications. Therefore, the objective of this study was to map the conception, placement and forwarding done by kindergarten professional about suspected and/or proven cases of maltreatment in their students to determine how such phenomenon is known, recognized, (re)constructed and (re)produced in social relations. The surveyed institutions were five kindergarten public schools, located in a mid-size city in the state of São Paulo. The adopted methodological procedures were the collection and analysis of quantitative-qualitative data, based on the anthropological research method on urban social groups. To collect the data, we used the following instruments: the questionnaire (38) and the interviews (6), applied in the period of October/2009 to May/2010. The analysis of the obtained data indicated some factors that hinder an effective positioning in fighting violence: professionals report the presence of suspected maltreatment (45%), however, the allegations are not investigated; the lack of knowledge and/or distorted concepts about the legislation, and also indicators of the presence of maltreatment, of its negative consequences to the development of the child, the false belief in the sanctity of the family and that maltreatment only occurs in the ghetto, in the lower classes... As diferentes concepções de corpo ao longo da história e nos dias atuais e a influência da mídia nos modelos de corpo de hoje

Sabe-se até hoje, que falar sobre o corpo não é só tratar de matéria. O corpo tem uma importância bastante grande e interessante dentro do contexto social e filosófico. Sócrates, Platão, Descartes são exemplos de filósofos que tentavam compreender o corpo de alguma forma. Desde a Grécia Antiga, o corpo é encarado como um santuário. Os Jogos Olímpicos representavam essa visão, com toda a beleza de corpos atléticos e vigorosos. Ficava clara a concepção de que um corpo bonito e saudável era sinônimo de beleza e virilidade. Mas nem sempre isso foi assim. Na Idade Média, corpos bonitos eram aqueles que, esteticamente falando, não pareciam tão atraentes assim. Ser gordo nessa época representava saúde. Para as mulheres, ser gorda significava ser uma boa reprodutora e mãe de filhos saudáveis. Além disso, a Igreja exercia forte influência nessa época, chegando até a extinguir os Jogos Olímpicos. Qualquer culto ao corpo era estritamente proibido. Até chegarmos aos dias de hoje, o corpo passou por diversas modificações. O que se vê hoje, são corpos construídos, seja pela mídia ou por cirurgias plásticas. A concepção de corpo da sociedade contemporânea é puramente artificial.

Coordenador pedagógico: algumas concepções acerca de sua função na escola

This study aims to analise the relevance of the pedagogical coordinator as a mediator subject of the instructor formation within the school context. Thus, I seek to comprehend the functions that this coordinator may develop at school, affirming the contributions of dialogue and writing as instances of the resignification of the teaching practice. In this sense, the meetings of the HTPC(Collective Pedagogical Working Hours) are relevant spaces of the teaching practice. This qualitative investigation is the result of a bibliographic research, about the theoretical production, in the field of the education, that aims the thematic of the pedagogical coordinator and his functions at school. I've considered the articles located at the “Anais” of the ENDIPE(National Meeting of Didacticism and Teaching Practice) clipping the years of 2004,2006 and 2010, in the subject of teacher training, just like some bibliographic productions. I also introduce a teacher's report that helps to comprehend the HTPCs meetings as important spaces of experiences exchanges between the teachers, contributing to the quality of education offered

As concepções infantis sobre a escrita reveladas em ditados e textos redigidos a partir de leituras feitas pelo professor

A leitura e a escrita assumem papel fundamental na vida em sociedade. Em busca de meios para permitir igualdade de condições de ensino, mudanças curriculares têm sido feitas nas escolas públicas do Estado de São Paulo. Hoje, com a obrigatoriedade do Ensino Fundamental, as escolas públicas se deparam com uma dificuldade: grande diversidade de alunos, difícil de ser atendida plenamente. Esta dificuldade manifesta-se no processo de alfabetização. Cada aluno possui mecanismos próprios de aprendizagem, mas muitas vezes, em meio às circunstâncias, eles são tratados da mesma forma, como iguais. Como parte do projeto Bolsa Escola Pública e Universidade na Alfabetização, esta pesquisa focaliza as produções de 23 alunos matriculados no segundo ano de uma escola estadual para comparar a escrita apresentada pelas crianças em ditados, e em textos por elas produzidos a partir de histórias lidas.

Um levantamento bibliográfico no período de 2008-2013 sobre a alfabetização científica nas séries iniciais para o ensino de física

This study aimed to review the publications in the area of Education Physics that has contributed to Scientific Literacy and STS - Science , Technology and Society , with students of elementary school in Basic Education , looking for understand the importance of an education that aims the formation of critical citizens, in opposition to passive recipients of technological influences of a modern society , but which are able to understand and reflect the importance and influence of science and technology in political, social and environmental to society . In this context , the Physics, is one of the areas of natural sciences with direct implications in daily life , we believe in the importance of introducing physical concepts in science education since the early years of basic education , either as a approach playful , experiment, study of books , magazines , papers , etc. . , so that the knowledge about physics can be built through experience and the analysis of daily phenomena, instead of only being addressed in the last three years of teaching average basic education

Estados emocionais e educação física escolar: considerações iniciais à luz de uma psicologia bioecológica

A Educação Física Escolar, entre outros objetivos, deve propiciar o desenvolvimento afetivo-social de seus alunos, e dentro desse domínio encontramos os estados emocionais, freqüentemente pouco explorados nessas aulas. Sabemos que a atividade física, em qualquer âmbito, atua sobre o indivíduo, modificando seus componentes físicos, motores, sociais, psicológicos e afetivos. Sendo assim, através desse estudo buscamos analisar qual importância tem sido atribuído ao desenvolvimento afetivo-emocional nas aulas de Educação Física, em que contexto se manifestam as emoções (em particular o medo, ansiedade, autoconfiança, vergonha, motivação, e agressividade) durante as aulas, e como esse trabalho tem sido desenvolvido pelos professores, sugerindo também algumas formas de atuação para os mesmos. Para isso, foram entrevistados alunos e professores de Educação Física de duas escolas públicas de Rio Claro. Após a análise e discussão dos dados, somados à revisão de literatura, ficou evidente que o trabalho das emoções dentro do ambiente escolar tem sido pouco explorado e que há uma grande dificuldade dos professores em incluir o desenvolvimento emocional em seus conteúdos, objetivos e metodologias. Sugerimos então uma maior estruturação nas grades curriculares vigentes, visando um melhor preparo dos profissionais licenciados com relação à parte emocional de seus alunos, tornando-se parte deste currículo a disciplina de psicologia do esporte, já poderíamos observar algumas mudanças no modo de como o profissional encara as emoções e a presença delas em sua aula. Outro importante ponto observado foi a diferença de linguagem de professor e aluno, fato este que distancia o professor de seu aluno, talvez uma reciclagem periódica destes profissionais seria um ponto a ser pensado, para que estes possam cada vez mais se aproximar da linguagem, das manias... Dificuldades e/ou problemas de aprendizagem: concepções e práticas docentes

It is known that some children fail to learn in school and among them are those that present difficulties and / or learning problems. At this difficulty and / or problems are attributed to various causes neurological problems, environmental or both. The areas most likely to be affected are: reading, writing and mathematics. This situation happens frequently in the daily life of schools and teachers should be prepared to work with diversity and enable the development of all, this includes having this particular part of the school population has a significant learning and an appropriate social relationship. It is therefore aim of this study, to investigate the conceptions of teachers in relation to the theme and possible practices of those in public elementary schools in Bauru city, a medium-sized city in the state of Sao Paulo, with those children who can not learn. Because it is a fact that often occurs in schools, it is necessary to investigate how teachers are working with these students since the school should ensure quality education for all and pedagogical efficiency. To obtain the data we used a questionnaire with multiple choice and essay questions, this tool was applied to a municipal school. It was noted that there is confusion between the terms learning difficulties and problems which affect the performance of teachers with these students and the working conditions of educators hinder their practices

As concepções de corpo e de cultura corporal presentes nos discursos oficiais da área de educação física

A temática do corpo e da cultura corporal perpassa por várias ciências e áreas de conhecimento, tornando-se complexa e multifacetada. As relações entre corpo e cultura têm provocado o interesse constante de diversas áreas do conhecimento, como a Educação Física; e essa relação é fundamental e constitutiva dos seres humanos, sendo indissociável. Nosso trabalho situa-se na fronteira entre as ciências sociais e a educação física, com ênfase na educação física escolar. Por ser um tema intrigante, dotado de complexidades e integrações diversas, o nosso enfoque repousará nas concepções de corpo e cultura corporal presentes na área da educação física escolar, seja nos documentos oficiais emanados pelas instituições reguladoras, seja nos projetos pedagógicos do curso de graduação e de uma escola de ensino fundamental. Trata-se de uma investigação qualitativa, utilizando pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, através da análise de conteúdo. Para tanto, será utilizada referências da área de educação física, bem como da sociologia e antropologia e a pesquisa abrangerá os PPP (Projeto Político Pedagógico) de uma escola de ensino fundamental da cidade de Rio Claro e do curso de licenciatura em Educação Física da UNESP de Rio Claro, além dos documentos oficiais, como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e o Currículo do Estado de São Paulo. Analisando os documentos, pudemos perceber que no Currículo do Estado de SP e no PPP de uma escola estadual de Rio Claro, as concepções corpo e cultura de movimento se assemelham por se tratar de uma escola pública paulista que se utiliza desse documento como referência na sua organização curricular. Em contrapartida, nos PCN e no PPP do Curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física da UNESP de Rio Claro, as concepções de corpo e cultura corporal de movimento são parecidas por se tratar de um curso de ensino superior que parece se basear nesse documento...

Programas de educação ambiental de empresas privadas: concepções que sustentam algumas propostas

This study is supposed to identify the Environmental Education of the State of São Paulo that offers Environmental Education programs based on companies proposals. It was carried out a survey of private companies proposals for Environmental Education to schools from Rio Claro city. An analysis of the documents found on their programmes was done, through knowledge, participation and values, whereas the prospect of an Environmental Education toward the construction of citizenship. A trend was identified in materials of submitting an Environmental Education based on knowledge and actions involving changes claim based on antropocentric values and day by day concepts. Many of these proposals are restricted to important days and ⁄ or specific activities, that are taken in an certain way.

Profissão docente, vida decente: um estudo sobre o uso do tempo no cotidiano do magistério dos anos iniciais

This paper presents an approach to time perception in the daily elementary school teachers. The research was conducted with five teachers from the public system of the Rio Claro City, São Paulo State. The methodology chosen for the preparation of the research was based on two factors: literature review and content analysis. For the literature search were used books and scientific articles, as content analysis, based on information collected from responses of teachers, research subjects, the questionnaire prepared by the researcher, also counted with the testimony in the form of narrative of these teachers (P1). In the final considerations points that all respondents have the perception of scarcity of time to carry out numerous tasks related to the practice of teaching. Also highlighted is the fact that all respondents can not separate work and personal life, as many of the jobs are taken home by integrating everyday of individual teachers, that is, their time outside the classroom
