Desafıos do profıssional de saúde na notifıcação da violência: obrigatoriedade, efetivação e encaminhamento

The notification of the occurrence or suspicion of violence is mandatory for health professionals and is a key tool for epidemiological surveillance and the definition of public policies for prevention and intervention. However, professionals feel unprepared for this assignment, which renders underreporting prevalent. To address this issue, the objective is to identify the means available to the professional to submit notification as well as ensure due process follow-up. For this purpose, research and document analysis was conducted in Brazilian legislation, ordinances, and government programs, codes of ethics and consultation of the literature in databases on the subject over a period of five years to establish a brief comparative analysis with other countries. The conclusion drawn is that while some measures are inapplicable, knowledge about the appropriate process for the notification and routing to specific organs will enable healthcare professionals to make the appropriate decisions for the protection and safety of the victim, besides the measures in order to change this situation of violence in the country.

A universidade e o desafio de escrever para professores

The article broaches processes relating to the production of texts aiming primary education teachers, focusing both function and role of the authors on these texts. In the present educational context, the authors of these papers perform an important purpose as their actions integrates the legitimation of specific discourses and new modalities of teacher formation. These academic researchers come across new challenges, e.g. writing for school teachers. The study which data is presented in this article was accomplished under a qualitative approach, starting with documentary analysis, and interviews, having as an empiric reference a special program for graduated working teachers.

Avaliação: um desafio na educação física escolar

With the wide variety of content to be worked out what really is expected of students in curricular physical education component? And as teachers conduct and evaluate this learning? These processes occur in the same way in public and private institutions? What is the relationship of the assessment with the students, with content and with the school? These were questions that motivated this research, which aims to conduct a desk review involving different schools, and interview their teachers, in order to identify possible relationships between teachers, students and educational institutions when referring to the assessment of physical education, between schools in different school systems (private, state and municipal), specifically from 6th to 9th grade. The survey was conducted in three different schools in the city Bauru/SP, being a private school, a school hall and a state school, and their physical education teachers. As a methodological reference was used qualitative research, and documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews were the techniques used for data collection. The data collected were tabulated and analyzed separately, and after the first analysis were separated into four categories that related to the study of literature review, interviews of teachers and the political projects of schools teaching (the documents that were analyzed). After the analysis performed it was revealed that the ways teachers surveyed perform their assessments contradicts the main problems and difficulties found in the literature. And regardless of the demands made by the educational institution that really influences the evaluation in physical education classes is the commitment and professional commitment to his students and his principles

Formação acadêmica inicial em educação física: perfis profissionais, objetivos e fluxos curriculares de uma instituição privada de ensino superior do interior do Estado de São Paulo

The present study represents a qualitative thesis, characterized as a case study, which uses the method of the present approach. In addressing the academic home in physical education, there is the constancy of the discussions regarding the curriculum and professional formatting. In view of the curriculum modifications to fit the new legislation, and the fact they are few studies related to private institutions that offer such courses, which offer even greater number of courses when compared to public institutions aimed to investigate and analyze the professional profiles, curricular goals and flows contained in the pedagogical projects of courses bachelor degree in physical education and a private institution of higher education of the State of São Paulo, as well as verifying the existence and adequacy of articulation to the institutional educational project and the institutional development plan. Compounding the literature review discussed the key historical facts relating to courses in physical education in our country, and its path to the current model. Also presented was the law of physical education courses in force in Brazil and some concepts about teaching course projects and their relationship to other institutional documents. Techniques were used to review and document analysis, with primary source documents of their own and other government institution. It found a lack of interest of some private institutions of higher education in official documents available for this type of research, which is bad since there are more courses offered by them compared to public institutions. As for the degree course for training teachers of physical education, found lack of specificity regarding the differentiation between content and the bachelor, which ends up deviating from the expectations contained in the course to the one presented in the curriculum. O estudo errado e a escola conivente: a escola como reprodutora das estruturas do capitalismo

A escola possui um papel fundamental em nossa estrutura social contemporânea ocidental. Ela interage dialeticamente com nossa sociedade sendo um local reprodutor e alterador de valores, crenças e hábitos em que quase todos frequentam por mais de uma década. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo trazer reflexões sobre a função da escola, a quem ela serve e porque, analisando a música Estudo Errado de Gabriel, o Pensador, dialogando com autores que abordam a escola em uma perspectiva crítica, como os críticosreprodutivistas, Althusser e Bourdieu, mas também com Gramsci, Foucault, entre outros. Os questionamentos sobre a função da escola e seus interesses constantemente são feitos de maneira superficial e se aprofundados poderiam colaborar para uma maior criticidade e transformação do cotidiano e da prática escolar. A pesquisa se desenvolverá em uma abordagem qualitativa e a metodologia utilizada será pesquisa bibliográfica, análise documental, através da análise de conteúdo. Meu intuito com este trabalho é discorrer sobre as forças que direcionam a escola, desconstruir a aparente neutralidade que a escola possui no imaginário popular e trazer a tona que a escola é produto de um conflito social

A educação cristã por princípios e sua aplicação

A educação cristã na atualidade tem gerado novas vertentes e abordagens de ensino, entre elas a Educação por Princípios. Com origem nos Estados Unidos, essa abordagem chegou ao Brasil em 1988, e já possui um número considerável de escolas que aderem a essa perspectiva, porém, ainda não é conhecida no contexto educativo. A partir deste pressuposto, o seguinte trabalho tem como objetivo ampliar a compreensão da Educação Cristã por Princípios, seu histórico, sua filosofia, seus métodos de ensino e a aplicabilidade dos princípios no currículo escolar. Para isso foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa seguindo a metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica e análise documental. Concluiu-se que alguns dos pontos da abordagem apresentada dificilmente poderiam ser inseridos na escola regular, por esta ser laica. Entretanto, os sete princípios básicos que caracterizam a Educação por Princípios trariam grandes contribuições, principalmente por resgatar valores de convivência social
