Inflação e crescimento econômico: uma análise da política de Vargas ao final do Estado Novo

This article is about the measures that were taken against the inflation in the final period of Estado Novo. Characterized by an inflationary pressure increasing in the end of World War II and the regime crisis. We stand for the idea that the measures concerning the end of the inflation were subordinate to the economic development. The struggle against inflation was mainly based on the control of the prices and measures to extend the supply. The anti-inflationary policy of Vargas’ mandate was directly conditioned by political disputes around the transition and the direction of the economy.

50 anos de produção acadêmica brasileira sobre alfabetização: avanços, contradições e desafios

Aiming to contribute to understanding the Brazilian academic production on literacy, theses and dissertations on the subject, completed between 1965 and 2011, are analyzed. Situating them in the historical process of constitution of literacy as an object of study, since the 19th. century, beyond the political and historical context of origin in the 1960s, the following contexts are focused, especially from the 1980s, when begins the process of expansion in terms of amount of this academic production and geographic diversity as well as areas of expertise of the graduate programs in which they were defended. While these advances confirm the importance of approaches that consider the interdisciplinary and multifaceted character of literacy, there are contradictions that present significant challenges to researchers seeking both understand the permanence of motivations and pragmatic purposes as to proposing new themes, objects, theoretical and methodological aspects for the development of new research that are lacking, as diagnosed needs and desired progress, scientifically and socially.

Adequação curricular: alternativas de suporte pedagógico na Educação Inclusiva

The organization of the inclusive education is a slow and complex process, which has the necessity of investments in supports for all the scholar team. Aiming at spreading one of the actions carried out for the promotion of the inclusive educational practices in a municipal education system in a western city in the state of São Paulo, this paperwork has the objective of presenting an elaborated manual of orientations for the implementation of the individual curricular adaptations (ACIs) for students who demand special educational necessities (NEEs). The material was constituted on the basis of three data sets: 1) tabulation of the evaluations of the curricular adaptations already made; 2) the literature review; 3) analysis of the themes which have emerged during case discussion meetings mediated by the researchers with teachers from the Specialized Pedagogical Support Service (SAPE), with teachers and administrators from the common education system and the technical-pedagogical team. The final version of the manual contemplates the theoretical-operational aspects about the themes: flexibility and curricular adequation, inclusive education, definitions of NEEs, how SAPE works; and it finishes with a model proposal of ACI. It is expected that the spreading of this material can subside new curricular propositions for students with deficiency that are very distant from the academic level expected for the current scholar year.

Acessibilidade em Ambientes Informacionais Digitais

The current nature of World Wide Web (Web), which highlights the collaborative participation of users in some digital information environments, lead to development of guidelines with a focus on Inclusive Digital Information Architecture for a different audiences in multiples informational ambiences. This research proposes guidelines for a inclusive digital information environment, aiming to identify the elements of accessibility that allow the promotion of inclusion digital information, in order to highlight the references of the Architecture of Digital Information, the international recommendations and the structures representation of information (specially accessibility attributes), with the look of Information Science and New Technologies of Information and Communication. The thesis is as to the need to develop methodologies with guidelines that contemplate the elements of digital accessibility focused on the task of the user. The research problem is that actual methodologies and recommendations used for the development of digital information environments do not cover all the elements of accessibility with a focus on user needs. The proposition is to present, through a methodological approach (exploratory and descriptive), a theoretical-methodological proposal to promote elements of digital accessibility to the development of digital information environments, for users with or without special needs. The overall objective of this study is to contribute to the development of inclusive digital information environments, in perspective of union of theories, recommendations and technologies for the development of digital accessibility guidelines. In a theoretical dimension, the research covers a critical review of the specialized literature in the areas of Information Science and Computer Science and, in the applied part, the analysis and development of a proposal of guidelines for the architecture of a digital information environment with accessibility.

A presença de personagens negros como protagonistas nas obras destinadas ao Ensino Fundamental I em 2010 pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca na Escola (PNBE)

Esse texto é resultado das análises preliminares do projeto de pesquisa intitulado: Literatura infantil e a presença da criança negra: uma análise dos livros de literatura infantil recomendados pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca da Escola (PNBE) de 2010, que tem como objetivo analisar a presença dos personagens negros nos livros de literatura infantil recomendados pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca Escolar (PNBE) no ano de 2010, com o objetivo de compreender como as crianças do primeiro e do quinto ano do ensino fundamental I veem a presença do personagem negro na literatura infantil. A escolha pela série inicial e pela série final do ensino fundamental I tem a intenção de investigar se as percepções acerca dos personagens negros são diferentes ao decorrer do processo escolar, ou seja, analisar se as crianças pequenas possuem representações diferentes das crianças maiores. Por tratar-se da proposição de uma pesquisa de tipo etnográfico, serão realizadas observações para analisar e interpretar aspectos da literatura infantil veiculada na escola, entrevista semiestruturada para compreender como as crianças vêem a presença do personagem negro na literatura infantil, revisão bibliográfica e análise dos livros de literatura infantil recomendados pelo Programa Nacional Biblioteca Escolar (PNBE) de 2010. Foi escolhido o último ano do programa com o intuito de analisar as obras que estão em circulação atualmente.

Métodos da eletrorresistividade e polarização induzida aplicados nos estudos da captação e contaminação de águas subterrâneas: uma abordagem metodológica e prática

A pesquisa teve como objetivos gerais à aplicação dos métodos geoelétricos na hidrogeologia, visando: (1) estudos para captação de águas subterrâneas para abastecimento em geral; e, (2) estudos das contaminações de solos, rochas e águas subterrâneas, envolvendo as fases de investigação preventiva, confirmatória, remediação e monitoramento. Como objetivos específicos, através da aplicação dos métodos da eletrorresistividade e polarização induzida, utilizando-se das técnicas de campo da sondagem elétrica vertical - arranjo Schlumberger e caminhamento elétrico - arranjo dipolo-dipolo, e dos parâmetros de Dar Zarrouk, tem-se uma discussão e proposição metodológica e prática, em função da geologia local, sobre os produtos obtidos por essa metodologia, tais como: caracterização geológica na identificação de aqüíferos promissores e investigação de áreas contaminadas e/ou sujeitas à contaminação. Portanto, esse trabalho procurou apresentar uma discussão sobre os principais métodos e técnicas de campo dos métodos geoelétricos aplicados em estudos hidrogeológicos, com destaque na captação para abastecimento e diagnóstico de solos, rochas e águas subterrâneas frente a poluentes. A proposição metodológica apresentada, procurou aplicar uma relação entre a resolução de métodos e técnicas com custos e prazos adequados a um trabalho envolvendo a Geofísica Aplicada em estudos hidrogeológicos. O emprego da eletrorresistividade, com as técnicas da SEV e CE, por si só, revela-se decisivo para atingir os mais variados fins envolvendo esses tipos de estudos. A resistividade elétrica dos materiais geológicos, é definida, principalmente, em função de seus constituintes mineralógicos e o tipo de fluido presente, sendo, portanto, ideal para os estudos hidrogeológicos de maneira geral. Caracterização geológica do perfil laterítico no município de Rondon do Pará, bloco sul do projeto Alumina Rondon

This completion of course work has as its object of study the Bauxite Province of Paragominas regarded as the richest Amazon bauxite province and whose genesis is related to laterization processes responsible for the formation of mineral deposits of the Rondon Alumina Project, designed to assess areas in the southeast of Pará State, for mineral resources exploration of bauxite, which is the main source of aluminum in the country. Located in the region of Rondon do Pará - PA, the study area is geologically inserted in Lithostratigraphic Unit called Cobertura Laterítica Matura (Mature Lateritic Cover), formed by alteration of paleotropics Cretaceous siliciclastic rocks, and its geomorphology corresponds to a broad plateau with displays of representative profiles of the processes that acted in the region. In this context, the present research aims to characterize the geological evolution of the laterite profile, with detailed studies in the area, geological description of the formations from the bauxite surfaces, and mineralogical composition litochemical of different horizons that were correlated and deployed in an evolutionary model compatible with its traits. The data collected during the analysis subsidized metalogenetic understanding of the processes that acted in the enrichment of aluminum and iron as well as the redistribution of the latter modified profile. The results and information were embodied in the form of geological characterization of the different constituents of mineral associations of bauxite horizons, similarities or differences in both textural and structural aspects, in order to propose a evolutionary model with retaken of gibbsitization processes

Poesia visual e poética postal

Ce travail cherche montrer quelques caractéristiques de la Poésie Visuel, expresion artistique qui melange le langage verbal et le langage visuel à tel point qu´on ne peut pas afirmer une classification appuyée sur les genres traditionnels. Aprés une curte presentation des chemins et des points polémiques de cette esthétique, on analyse comme exemple deux compositions sorties de le grand réseau de communication de l´Art Postal qui est né les années soixante et survit aujourd´hui avec intensité. L´Art Postal a une structure fondé sur la simultanéité de l´information que ressamble à la forme de la poésie visuel. Cettes compositions contemporaines sont confrontées à la tradition du poème visuel qui commence peut-être à l´époque des premiers écrits de hiéroglyphe. Elles sont analysées, donc, dans son originalité. Subsídios para o gerenciamento de resíduos de serviços de saúde em municípios de médio porte: estudo de caso de Araraquara - SP

The Health Care Wastes (HCW) present serious risks to health and to the environment, if incorrectly managed, because in addition to the presence of pathogenic agents, the may pollute the soil and the water. Thus, a study was performed aiming at diagnosing the HCW management in Araraquara (SP), identifying the difficulties of the agents (municipal gestors and managers of institutions which generate this wastes) in implanting the HCW management Plan (HCWMP) proposed by ANVISA, in order to subside the HCWMP implantation. The methodology was based on question applications in health centers selected to be the samples, and on quantitative data related to the phases of Treatment and Final Disposal, provided by DAAE. As a result, it was observed that a great part of the interviewed centers managed these wastes according to norm RDC no 306/ 2004 of ANVISA. However, only 24% of the interviewed centers knew about this norm, and only 22% of them had the HCWMP. The difficulties in managing the HCW concentrated in the correct segregation of theses wastes in the generation source. The large number of people involved in this phase suggests the causes of the difficulties.

Aplicação do lean six sigma na linha de produção de turbinas industriais a vapor

This work evaluates the implementation of Lean Six Sigma into the Steam Turbine’s Blades Manufacturing Process, aiming to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency. Therefore, several tools have been applied, such as VSM, Spaghetti Diagram, Ishikawa, Pareto, DMAIC, Benchmarking and Control Charts, seeking to propose process improvements, as well as Quality Indicators creation. It was obtained a significant waste reduction throughout the process, achieving a lead time reduction of 42% and 83,41% in transport. Also, were introduced the Lean Thinking concepts, such as pull production and Continuous material flow. At the same time, it was possible to calculate the process capability and the sigma level, evaluating and proposing some improvements

A seleção dos conteúdos cartográficos presentes na proposta curricular dos cadernos São Paulo faz escola de geografia do 6. ano do ensino fundamental II

Cartography is one of the languages that express the knowledge of the geographic space and, therefore, the official curriculum proposals have highlighted the importance of the geography teaching which articulates its contents with this language in primary education. So, we present an analysis of the content selected to the curriculum mapping specifications of the São Paulo faz escola material, specifically for the 6th year of Elementary School II, version 2009. From the perspective of qualitative research, with instruments and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research, we analyzed documents and observed little concern with the proposition works that present the physical and social characteristics of the state of São Paulo. Also, we noticed the lack of concern with representations in local and regional scales. The research brings many examples on the global scale. It explores few activities using graphics and charts. Despite bringing thematic maps in their entirety, it does not show an example of conical projection as well as cartograms and anamorphosis. Comportamento forrageiro de abelhas visitantes de Solanun lycocarpum (Solanaceae) St. Hill e aspectos da biologia floral

A polinização é um serviço indireto prestado pelos ecossistemas, de valor ambiental e econômico para a sociedade humana. Em função dessa importância, a conservação de espécies de abelhas nativas é fundamental e o conhecimento de aspectos da biologia e ecologia dessas espécies é a base para a proposição de planos de manejo e conservação. Neste trabalho, foram feitas observações focais, avaliando os padrões de atividades diárias e sazonais, com ênfase no comportamento de coletas de recursos de abelhas nativas em flores de Solanum lycocarpum, uma espécie em que é característica a síndrome de polinização vibrátil. Os visitantes observados foram dez espécies de abelhas: Apis mellifera L., Oxaea flavescens K.; Centris sp1, Centris sp2, Exomalopsis sp.., Xylocopa suspecta M., Xylocopa frontalis K., Bombus morio S., Bombus atratus F., Trigona sp., além de espécies de abelhas da família Halictidae. As abelhas maiores, como Xylocopa, Oxaea, Centris e Bombus são certamente os polinizadores mais eficientes de Solanum lycocarpum. Isso se deve ao comportamento dessas abelhas nas flores, particularmente em relação à posição da abelha em relação ao cone de anteras quando forrageia e à seqüência de movimentos que cada uma desenvolve nas flores.
