A gestão e o trabalho associado no cooperativismo educacional

Em nossa pesquisa, propomo-nos a verificar, no âmbito de uma Cooperativa Educacional de Marília, como a gestão e o trabalho associado são organizados. O estudo encontra-se em andamento e a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental foram realizadas. O levantamento de dados empíricos está sendo efetuado por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada com os membros da comunidade escolar. Observamos que a gestão das cooperativas educacionais, quando alicerçada no trabalho associado, pauta-se na gestão democrática vivenciada pelo coletivo. Todavia, na sociedade capitalista, as diversas relações são hierarquicamente estabelecidas e, consequentemente, algumas cooperativas seguem essa forma de se organizar.

Gestão democrática na escola pública: uma experiência educacional do MST

The purpose of this work is to discuss the pedagogy of Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra through the analysis of the main pedagogical elements present in the Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Construindo o Caminho. The school which is ruled by the Movimento has different functioning and organization of those usually found in official schools, highlighting educational categories as: union between teaching and work, and democratic administration shared by students, teachers, other workers and community.

Currently the Brazilian construction market is growing like gangbusters and every day grows its competition. With this Brazilian scenario, the government is supporting the construction companies and offering resources for real estate projects. To acquire resources Caixa Econômica Federal requirements you must meet in planning the work, as the development of budgets, timelines and memorials. This study aimed to planning a work according to the requirements of Caixa Econômica Federal, which was done with the aid of two softwares . First the methods and tools that are used to perform a planning were discussed. Then, based on the theory and observing the requirements of the financing bank budgets, memorials and schedules with the help of software were performed. At the end of the project, it was possible to observe the importance of using theoretical methods and software to facilitate and improve the timelines and budgets made , and thus the planning itself, which every day becomes more common in construction companies, because with the increase of competition and market requirements, is critical to reducing the loss and time, thus maintaining customer satisfaction and company

The self-evaluation is increasingly necessary in a competitive environment, and a way for companies to self-evaluate is through your budget. Knowing the importance of this budgetary process, this study aimed to observe and analyze the developing process of a zero-based budgeting (ZBB) highlighting its best practices and difficulties and propose recommendations for other companies in general. This goal was achieved through a case study in an area responsible for the budgeting process in the customer services department from a white-goods company. Also was required to review the literature regarding the customer services area, waste reduction, cost management, budgets in general and the zero-based budgeting. After reviewing the literature and the study, we can highlight good practices and difficulties observed in the studied company, and also propose recommendations on how to develop a zero-based budget and evidence what plans, analyzes and justifications are essential in a good budget process execution

With the technology evolution for school proposals, became necessary the creation and modifica- tion of the pedagogical paradigms applied in the classroom. With this in mind, this monograph attempts to explain clearly and succinctly how to develop a complete game, following the precepts of appropriate pedagogy and software engineering steps, explaining the main entertainment devices and graphics suitable for the student’s intellectual development. Considering the context that integrates the internet and the information, the present paper has aimed to analyze the content from the juridical portal named Migalhas, more specifically the daily information–newsletter that is sent to its readers. Starting by the passage on the pathway of the internet, cyber culture and web journalism, and some concepts of news production, it is aimed to describe and evaluate, from the content of the proposed analyzes by Laurence Bardin, about general aspects, strategies and bulletin samples. Bringing a little of its history and description of the journalistic and news main points. The present paper approaches how these criteria, news value, and tools are chosen and used to reach the effectiveness of the proposal to take specific and fast information to the readers. Recursos tecnológicos: uma abordagem educacional

This study aimed to analyze the use of technological resources by teachers during their daily practice, especially the computer, in public and private elementary schools in Botucatu - SP. We know that today's society, called the Information Society and Knowledge, changes the context of education, since students have access to various information a short time. For this purpose, we use literature as a methodology and data collection through the application of a questionnaire answered by 49 students in public schools, state and private network cited. The choice of the students took place because of the diversity of schools in which they live. Our intention was not to make generalizations, but knowing more about the use of technology in these contexts from the perspective of students. The choice of subject had reason for their timeliness and necessity of knowledge, thus contributing to a comprehensive education and quality. Through data analysis, was explicit the difference between public and private schools, however, student interest was unanimous by the technologies and equitably
