A oferta educacional na educação infantil: um estudo dos conveniamentos em municípios pequenos do interior paulista

Esta pesquisa, financiada pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (Fapesp), tem como objeto de estudo as parcerias entre o público e o privado realizadas por municípios paulistas para a oferta educacional na educação infantil. O estudo é parte integrante da pesquisa “A oferta educacional na educação infantil: arranjos institucionais entre o público e o privado” coordenada pela professora Raquel Borghi e financiada pelo CNPq. O objetivo geral é identificar, mapear e analisar os arranjos institucionais firmados entre municípios paulistas pequenos e instituições privadas para o atendimento educacional em creches e pré-escolas. O estudo foi realizado com uma amostra de 50% dos 56 municípios pequenos (de 10.001 a 50.000 hab.) que declararam possuir parcerias para a oferta de educação infantil, e que constam do banco de dados da pesquisa “Estratégias municipais para a oferta da educação básica: análise das parcerias público-privadas no Estado de São Paulo” (ADRIÃO, coord., 2009). Foi realizado levantamento junto aos municípios selecionados, tendo em vista o recolhimento de informações como ano de integração das creches aos respectivos sistema de ensino, justificativa para a opção pelo convênio, formato da subvenção publica as instituições privadas, tipo de instituição como Stricto Sensu (SS), ONG‟s, fundações, filantrópicas, OSCIP‟s entre outros. O desenvolvimento do estudo vai requerer, ainda, o levantamento e a análise de produções teóricas relativas ao financiamento e à oferta da educação infantil. Os resultados evidenciam que os convênios, legitimados pela atual legislação e impulsionados tanto pela esfera pública e/ou privada, estão em expansão, e em alguns municípios representam a única forma de atender a essa faixa etária, mostrando o equívoco de muitos municípios de aderir a esse tipo de atendimento municipal

Recursos audiovisuais na educação: desenvolvimento do Blog do projeto Te Vejo na Escola

Há quatro anos o projeto Te Vejo na Escola que pesquisa e desenvolve recursos audiovisuais relacionados à conservação ambiental e outros temas transversais na educação formal, visando despertar o espírito de cidadania nos alunos do ensino infantil e fundamental. Acreditando nessa premissa deste projeto experimental pretende-se consolidar uma plataforma de compartilhamento – em forma de blog - desses materiais para ter como objetivo a ampliação da abrangência do mesmo atendendo a demanda dos educadores dentro de sala de aula

O material didático para alunos surdos: a literatura infantil em libras

The reading of history is a fundamental part of early literacy for children as part of the goals for all children's education. The wheel of history or storytelling is an important moment of great help in the cognitive development of children, including a child with disabilities. Searching the accessibility of communication is that the present study aimed to make accessible in Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) the book O Penuginha by Luiz Vitor Martinello. To facilitate the achievement of this objective, it was considered appropriate to develop a descriptive study following the methodology of qualitative research, to survey the literature on how learning takes place in the Portuguese language by deaf students. This study resulted in a DVD with video recording with the translation of the book O Penuginha in LIBRAS and the narration of the book in Portuguese. Therefore, this project became relevant as the paradigm of the twenty first century is the inclusion of all people in different scenarios and the school is one of the first places where the removal of barriers is essential

The problem addressed in this undergraduate thesis is whether the different endings of the fable The Ant and the Grasshopper permits the educator to organize from the expiatory approval to the reciprocity approval the pedagogic procedure of evolving processes, as theorized in the moral development of Jean Piaget. We used six versions of the fable, three of which ends in a expiatory way and three in the reciprocity. We discussed the data from a Piagetian theoretical standpoint and presented some strategies for the educator to pursue the development of infantile morality in the classroom in what concerns the qualitative evolution of the concept of justice

As contribuições dos jogos para o desenvolvimento e aprendizagem da matemática em crianças da pré-escola

This research aimed do verify the contribution of the games of rules to the development and learning of the mathematics of a philantropic institution for preschool children – Centro de Educação Infantil Santo Antônio (CEISA) - from March to September 2010. The overall universe comprehends one teacher, one class auxiliary, one trainee, the organization teaching coordinator and twenty six students. The main objective was to explore games as a strategic resource for the development and learning, by searching auxiliary contributions for teaching the mathematics, and ways to wake and keep the interest of the students for the games as tools of development and learning; to identify important points for such development and learning by using games; to detect the difficulties of the students in the process of teaching-learning mathematics; to use games as a moment for fun; to show the teachers the possibilities of using ludic materials as methodic resources and to make interventions, by means of the games, to enhance the process of teaching-learning the matematics, through a qualitative approach, using the interview as instrument by means of an observation and study of case

A (in)visibilidade dos maus-tratos na infância: concepções e posicionamentos dos profissionais da Educação Infantil

Even though we have an advanced protective legislation regarding children, the maltreatment perpetrated against them is still considered a public health problem in our country, with significant rates in the 0 to 6 years old range. This practice results in serious damages to the development of the assaulted individual: mental health, social adaptation and integration, and even repetition of the learned model. The school, although required (art. 245, ECA) to denounce and notify suspected and/or proven cases of violence to the eligible public agencies, has a very low percentage of participation in these notifications. Therefore, the objective of this study was to map the conception, placement and forwarding done by kindergarten professional about suspected and/or proven cases of maltreatment in their students to determine how such phenomenon is known, recognized, (re)constructed and (re)produced in social relations. The surveyed institutions were five kindergarten public schools, located in a mid-size city in the state of São Paulo. The adopted methodological procedures were the collection and analysis of quantitative-qualitative data, based on the anthropological research method on urban social groups. To collect the data, we used the following instruments: the questionnaire (38) and the interviews (6), applied in the period of October/2009 to May/2010. The analysis of the obtained data indicated some factors that hinder an effective positioning in fighting violence: professionals report the presence of suspected maltreatment (45%), however, the allegations are not investigated; the lack of knowledge and/or distorted concepts about the legislation, and also indicators of the presence of maltreatment, of its negative consequences to the development of the child, the false belief in the sanctity of the family and that maltreatment only occurs in the ghetto, in the lower classes... Botânica na educação ambiental: jogos como propostas para a educação infantil

As ações do homem têm causado danos à natureza, colocando em risco a vida na Terra, muitas vezes, pelo erro de se acreditar na infinitude dos recursos naturais. Torna-se assim necessário um processo de educação para a formação da consciência ecológica, que pode ser definido como Educação Ambiental. A Botânica é o estudo do Reino Vegetal, o que envolve seus aspectos estruturais, sua fisiologia, bem como seu papel no meio ambiente, sendo que este último tem recebido muita ênfase, dada a importância dos vegetais na manutenção das condições da vida. Dada essa forte relação entre a Botânica e a Preservação ambiental, torna-se relevante a busca por propostas de ensino que articulem estes dois campos. Documentos como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, do ensino médio e do ensino fundamental, assim como o Referencial Curricular Nacional para a Educação Infantil incentivam uma abordagem contextualizada dos assuntos relacionados ao meio ambiente, de forma a permitir ao aluno, não apenas a compreensão da diversidade e complexidade dos seres vivos, mas também, a percepção de seu próprio papel como agente transformador do ambiente. No nível infantil, a educação ambiental é um dos temas que pode e deve ser abordado, favorecendo a formação da consciência ambiental que se deseja, bem como despertando o interesse pelo ensino de Botânica para que este permaneça nos próximos níveis de ensino e para a vida. A importância das atividades práticas na Educação Infantil é inquestionável e o jogo é uma das atividades que favorece o desenvolvimento da criança, podendo ser utilizado como material didático capaz de auxiliar na formação de indivíduos críticos e criativos. O FUNDEB e seus impactos na oferta da educação infantil conveniada: um estudo em municípios paulistas de grande porte

Elaboração de cartilha para orientação de pais de alunos de escolas públicas sobre obesidade infantil

Esta pesquisa procurou investigar os trabalhos já publicados em revistas, periódicos, artigos científicos, livros e outros meios de comunicação, informações sobre a obesidade infantil, desde seu surgimento, métodos de prevenção e tratamentos adequados para evitar que a epidemia da obesidade continue a se alastrar em nosso país. O objetivo final desta pesquisa e revisão bibliográfica, foi o desenvolvimento de uma cartilha infantil, voltada para pais e alunos de escolas do ensino básico, a fim de alertá-los sobre a obesidade infantil, utilizando diversas gravuras e linguagem simplificada, para que tanto adultos quanto crianças possam compreender o conteúdo da cartilha. Os indivíduos obesos sofrem devido a diversos problemas, além dos problemas relacionados a saúde em geral, ainda são estigmatizados em nossa sociedade que valoriza mais a aparência que a saúde física, para isso a problemática da imagem corporal também foi abordada na cartilha. Temas como alimentação, atividade física, lazer, cuidados dos pais, doenças associadas e o crescente aumento da obesidade infantil no Brasil foram abordados, entre outros

A ideologia dos filmes utilizados na educação infantil: uma análise a partir da teoria crítica

This work has as purpose to show what are the influences of media in the education and in the shaping the thinking and understand that ideologies are present in the films used in the classroom in kindergarten. For this, I directed the discussion beginning by concepts as Ideology and its more different definitions by several thinkers over the years, the thinkers of Critical Theory of Frankfurt School, called “frankfurtians” of first and second generation of this school, also making an association between Cinema and Education, evidencing concepts involving this association as Cultural Industry, using films properly in classrooms in kindergarten, with the teacher as mediator and then discussed what amounts of movies on children's education, how they assist and deepen the knowledge developed by students in schools of infantile education. Additionally, they are exposed the different opinions about the subject Film and Education for students from kindergarten, what benefits and what disadvantages in the use of films, the different opinions on the subject. We also discuss, in this work, the ideologies present in three films produced by Walt Disney, they are Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Alice in Wonderland, relating them to how they can contribute to the development and learning students in kindergarten. I associated more as possible the previous discussions to analyze the ideologies present in these films, by summarizing these, and decomposing them through an analysis tool called frame. Finally, I completed everything that was discussed and analyzed, which students in kindergarten may develop with the use of films in schools, what they contribute, in some way, for the learning and education of students as viewers using the school as access to different cultures and the teacher as a mediator of this relationship

Projeto de Escola Infantil Sustentável em Bauru

The inclusion of sustainability practices in the construction is a growing trend. This propensity to sustainability takes place from the 1980’s due to the concern about the scarcity of natural resources and damages caused by the men to the environment. Another upward sector in the architecture business is the environmental psychology. The understanding of the environment and it’s planning and adaptation to meet the real user’s needs are essential factors to build an widely used and comfortable environment. An environment can only be considered complete when it meets the real user’s needs. Sustainability related themes as well as environmental psychology are highlighted in the discussions about the projects as fundamental factors to the environment’s quality. This work seeks the development of an kindergarten school, conceptually grounded in researches and analysis of school environments, playful projects and sustainability in the built environment, aiming its use in the city of Bauru. A amizade em crianças da educação infantil es relações interpessais estabelecidas no ambiente escolar

The research aims to propose a study of the central concepts of friendship among children of kindergarten and how such conceptions influence the interpersonal relationships within the school. We intend to observe the friendly relations between the kindergarten children, to examine how teachers of early childhood education business with the friendly relations between children and their conflicts and to propose alternatives to work with the theme friendship in the garden childhood, aiming at the socio-moral development of children. To do so, as the main theoretical basis the studies of Jean Piaget (1932/1994) on the development of moral reasoning in children. The methodology is based on Piaget's clinical method, which aims to understand how the subject thinks, analyze and resolve certain situations, presented as short stories. We hope that by doing so, we contribute to the debate on the educational work aimed at building the moral autonomy of the children, especially in kindergarten

A educação infantil na produção científica: conveniamento, financiamento e qualidade

O acesso à educação infantil é um direito da criança, a sua oferta é obrigação do poder público municipal embora a matrícula seja uma opção da família. Devido a crescente demanda nesta etapa da educação, surgiram estratégias para ampliar o atendimento. Em sendo assim, atualmente tem-se expandido, na rede pública, a oferta de vagas para educação infantil principalmente por meio de convênios e parcerias público-privadas, de certa maneira, incentivados pelo Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (FUNDEB), que admite a distribuição dos recursos públicos às instituições conveniadas. Este estudo está vinculado ao Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Política Educacional, GREPPE (grupo interinstitucional) – Seção Rio Claro, mais precisamente ao Projeto de Pesquisa intitulado Avaliando a produção científica sobre financiamento e convênios na educação infantil, coordenado pela Profª Drª Regiane Helena Bertagna. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo mapear e analisar a temática relacionada ao conveniamento e financiamento da educação infantil a partir de periódicos científicos nacionais de educação, avaliados pela CAPES como ―A1 – ano de referência 2008 - durante os anos de 2000 a 2010. Por meio de pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, de levantamento e análise bibliográfica, foram verificados e analisados os assuntos mais abordados em relação à temática nos estudos científicos, a saber: teoria econômica em educação; globalização e educação; Estado e educação; organismos internacionais e a infância; política de fundos para educação; atendimento na educação infantil.
