Spills can ocurr during oil productive chain and contaminate various environments due to the toxicity of monoaromatics hidrocarbons. Toluene stands out for being agressive to the nervous sistem and teratogenic, with high mobility and solubility in water, which facilitates environmental impact. Studies show that fungi are potential aromatic compounds assimilators, encouraging new researches about its use on the recovery of contaminated sites. This study aimed to select and characterize fungus with potential for biorremediation of toluene. 50 fungi were selected of the Collection of Microorganisms of Interest for Oil Gas and Biofuels, of UNESP Rio Claro, all of which were isolated from sites contaminated with monoaromatic hydrocarbons. Two trials were realized to select the microorganism with greater potential. The first test evaluated fungal growth under toluene saturated atmosphere. 24 fungi were chosen because its greater biomass production to participate in the next trial, the degradation in plates test, where the blue redox agente, DCPIP, indicates the degradation reaction, turning colorless. From this teste was possible to select one isolate which showed higher growth and stronger medium discoloration as the microorganism with the greatest potential to assimilate toluene. The Trichoderma cf. koningii had its potential evaluated through gas cromatography. The experiment proved the efficiency of the methodology, with positives results from the method validation and the effectiveness demonstrated of the LA-PHA-PACK bottles to prevent the volatilization of toluene during the 21 days of experiment. Being reliable its use for monitoring toluene decay associating it with degradation. This results are important because there aren't many methodologies and vials efficient to the purpose of this work. Agressividade no rugby

O rúgbi é um esporte coletivo de contato e algumas vezes durante o jogo ocorrem situações de confrontos que provocam alterações no estado emocional do jogador, fazendo com que ele possa sentir medo, raiva, ansiedade e outras emoções, este fato pode torná-lo mais agressivo. Através disso, uma pesquisa foi realizada na tentativa de explicar o que acontece dentro e fora de campo e que pode influenciar o jogador durante uma partida. Aqui fazemos uma apresentação do que é o jogo de rúgbi e suas regras, contamos um pouco da história da psicologia e seus ramos de trabalho também, dando enfoque na psicologia do esporte da sua importância para o esporte e a educação física. E finalmente mostramos o que acontece com o jogador que fica agressivo durante a partida, os motivos, as situações que o levam a ser agressivo

Rugby, sob o olhar da agressividade

Rugby, English origin of sport, has as its origin in the late nineteenth century, and features a large number of fans in Brazil, this number that has had a significant increase. And as you know, in human relationships that take place between the competitors, technical and audience go through the various feelings and emotional fields, creating space for all kinds of possibilities, including aggression. Thus the aim of this study was to investigate factors involving bullying by the Rugby game. Given the large number of materials found in the literature dealing with the theme of aggression, a survey in the literature was conducted to investigate the theme of aggression relationship with Rugby. The literature review was made up of journals, theses and materials found in online news, blogs in order to streamline the text. It can be concluded that despite a very physical contact sport the issue of aggression is wide and is related to many factors

Susceptibilidade antimicrobiana ao metronidazole de microrganismos isolados de periodontite crônica e agressiva

The objective of this study was to evaluate the microbial susceptibility to metronidazole from microorganisms isolated from patients with chronic or aggressive periodontitis. The samples were obtained from 50 patients with periodontitis and microorganisms were isolated onto selective and nonselective culture media, identified by biochemical methods and tested for susceptibility to metronidazole. The results evidenced the susceptibility to metronidazole among gram-negative anaerobes and some intermediate susceptibility and resistance among Grampositive anaerobes and facultatives.
