Modern society is characterized by the advance of technologies, the emergence and constant development of the technological field is responsible for a series of population adjustments, that being practically molded and daily transformed by media, which usually has the power of manipulating opinions and public approaches in every capacity and extensions of our lives, being a significantly and important tool, which most part of individuals in contemporary society can't work and live without, therefore most part of individuals depend on the use of many technological means, including social means, which have great relationship with the development and emergence of many psychological problems that completely impact on the social life of affected individuals, thus Physical Education is an area with the goal of verifying the level of influence that media reflects on the lifestyle choice to be followed and the relation of this influence with the presence and development of a series of psychological disorders that affect directly the health of those individuals. It has been gathered data about the subject according to scientific basis, more specifically, on Academic Google, Scielo and Pubmed, where it has been researched scientific articles that could contribute with the data and information to complete the text. Meningite supurativa secundária a otite média e interna em um gato: relato de caso

Suppurative meningitis are rarely reported in dogs and cats. The present study aims to report the occurrence of suppurative meningitis secondary to otitis media and interna in a five-year-old female Persian cat examined at the Veterinary School of Unesp-Botucatu with acute progressive multifocal neurological alterations. Analysis of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) demonstrated predominance of neutrophils (90%) and the presence of bacteria. Therapy with antibiotics was initiated, but the animal came to die. beta-hemolytic Staphylococcus, beta-hemolytic Streptococcus and Proteus mirabilis were detected in fragments sent to culture. The present report demonstrates the importance of performing more specific exams such as complete CSF analysis in cases of otitis media and interna. This way, central nervous infections can be diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, as those are acute diseases with poor prognosis.

Características do processo de diagnóstico de hanseníase no atendimento primário e secundário

Contexto e objetivo: A hanseníase caracteriza-se por ter diagnóstico eminentemente clínico, principalmente através da constatação de hipo ou anestesia das lesões, ou seja, sem necessariamente o uso de exames adicionais, como baciloscopia e biópsia, utilizados para classificação clínica da doença. Buscou-se definir se há tendência à desvalorização da avaliação clínica em favor do excesso de exames complementares, investigar a adequação do registro nos atendimentos da atenção básica e compará-los com o obtido em serviço de média complexidade. Desenho e local: Estudo transversal, de base populacional, utilizando registros de prontuários, realizado em dois âmbitos de atendimentos de saúde da cidade de Campinas (SP): os Centros de Saúde e a assistência dermatológica especializada de hospital de ensino. Métodos: Os registros foram investigados por meio da aplicação de checklist, contendo itens indispensáveis ao atendimento a hansenianos. Associações foram testadas pela prova de Goodman e ao nível de 5% de significância. Resultados: Foram avaliados 33 prontuários oriundos dos centros de saúde e 36 do hospital, observou-se polarização entre registros adequados e ausentes, evidenciando a presença de efeito tudo ou nada nos atendimentos; de 26 variáveis, apenas em 5 (19,23%) obteve-se predomínio da avaliação do hospital sobre os centros de saúde; evidenciou-se dependência de exames complementares, solicitados em 67 dos 69 atendimentos (97,10%), para diagnóstico da doença. Conclusão: Confirmou-se, neste estudo, déficit da avaliação médica e indicação inadequada de exames adicionais. Por associar-se com excesso de solicitação de exames, a observação clínica mostrou-se incompleta, comprometendo a capacidade diagnóstica dos atendimentos a hansenianos.

A (des)construção da imagem do sujeito professor na mídia: evidências da materialização de valores sociais

The main objective of this study focuses on investigate how the style of the Conhecimento Prático Língua Portuguesa magazine, from Escala publisher, reveals a materialization, in its wordings, of social values that surround our society regarding the teaching class. Besides, we thought about the construction of an other - teacher - by means of the I speech (the enunciator). Furthermore, we reflected on how happens the genre opinion article handling and whether there is, when aimed to the teaching class. All these questions were discussed under the perspective of Bakhtin's theory, focusing our analysis in the wording notions, dialogism, style and speech genres. Our analysis indicates a materialization of social values in syntactic issues and a hybridization of genres when the addressee is a teacher

Reestruturação e automação de processos: caso de um processo da área de compras e suprimentos de uma empresa brasileira do setor de mídia

Innovation in the field of Information Technology (IT) have made companies evaluate their processes and activity of its supply chain to conform to this new reality. In the supply chain management, one of the tools that revolutionized the activities was the use of management information systems such as ERP tool. This system allows greater integration of data from multiple areas of the enterprise and beyond, giving more activities to processes and activities. This work aims to analyze the results and impacts of the restructuring of an equipment leasing process in a Brazilian media company and verify that the gains and improvements that were targeted in the initial design of this restructuring have been achieved. Also the risks identified with this change will be studied, the reactions of those involved in this process and the performance of the chain as a whole. To carry out this work was carried out a single case study with data collection in the assessed company and literature related to supply chain and information systems
