In front of the vast and widespread use of new technology in 3D animation currently, this research aims to give an overview adjacent to major film productions with Studio Ghibli and its main director/animator: Hayao Miyazaki. Showing up as an interesting exception to worldwide success, the Ghibli feature films are made with the predominance of 2D hand-drawn art. Its process dates back to the first animations created in the early twentieth century, though such tools have been “overcome” by big studios like Walt Disney, Pixar and Dreamworks, the works of Miyazaki still get considerable highlight, preferring the pencil and paper than the computer. With the aid of some authors in particular as McCloud and the founders of Anima Mundi, and other theorists of design and subjective philosophy, some analyzes are mapped to better understand the connection between the work of Miyazaki and his contribution to the field of illustration and originality as a whole. The objective is to find the key points of Ghibli animations which will drive new parameters between creativity, illustration and Western and Eastern praxis.

The objective of thisstudy was to verify, using the Ecological Development Theory (EDT), as the practice and swimming learning for People With Disabilities (PWD) causes changes to both the practitioner and in other environments experienced by it as well as the other environments influence the learning to swim. The study included 16 PWD, students linked university extension project, Department of Physical Education of UNESP Bauru, taught by coordinators LAPEF, which aims to includes wimming in the PWD ofevery day life, students linked to an institution of Bauru-SP, three employees of the institution and two swimming project teachers.Interviews with the families of the students were made, with the institution s employees, with the project teachers and analyze thes wimming lessons applied in the project for one semester. Based on the results we can say that the practice and learnings wimming for PWD causes changes to both the practitioner and for other environments experienced by her (home, institution) and also, what other environments experienced by PWD influence in practice and process of learning to swim. Using the terminology of EDT, we conclude that theme so system (home activities institution) influences in the microsystem (swimming lessons) and the microsystem influences the mesosystem, so the activity was significant and temporal persistence influencing the development of PCD.

The Casearia genus (Salicaceae) is well known because of the medicinal use of its species. Among them, a noteworthy one is the C. sylvestris specie because it already has studies concerning its antiproliferative and/or cytotoxic activity in tumor cells. Furthermore, this specie is popularly used against snake bites, in gastric ulcers treatment and as anti-inflammatory. As well as this, there are other species from this same genus which have been poorly studied, such as the following species: C. decandra, C. grandiflora, C. javitensis, C. arborea, C. lasiophylla and C. ulmifolia. However, several biological activities have been reported for them. In this context, the aim of this project, besides of contributing to the Casearia genus studies, is to study those six species through the analysis and documentation of their leaves' chemical composition (aqueous, ethanolic and hexanic extracts), using analytical separation techniques coupled with spectroscopic techniques, such as UHPLC-DAD, GC-MS and NMR 1H, which will assist the identification of new secondary metabolites in this genus. Moreover, another goal of this present work is aiming the bioprospection of substances with medicinal and economical potential and finally promote the systematic study of some biological activities, such as antimicrobial and cytotoxicity bioassays. A wide variety of metabolites was identified in those three types of extracts, being most of them detected for the first time in Casearia genus, highlighting C. lasiophylla and C. decandra for featuring antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
