O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as organizações esportivas brasileiras, comparando o modelo de gestão profissional implementado no vôlei a partir da década de 70, apresentando os resultados que este alcançou e o modelo baseado na cartolagem utilizado no futebol ainda hoje. Será enfoque do trabalho também a participação da mulher na gestão esportiva e as conquistas das mesma no mundo esportivos a partir do século XX

O número de técnicos e técnicas que comandam equipes masculinas e femininas

It is known that gymnastics and sports, for the most part, were made by men for men, and its practice was almost exclusively for males, especially until the First World War. Vestiges of this strong male influence in sports still remain to this day, especially in leadership positions. It is clear that most sports, both male and female, are mostly coached by men. Thus, this study aimed to examine, through quantiqualitative research, the number of women and men who lead male and female volleyball, basketball and soccer elite teams, participating in the most important national championships, and the number of men and women graduated in physical education courses in Brazil in order to check a possible relationship between the low number of women working as a coach and the percentage of women graduated in physical education. For the acquisition of data, Internet searches were made on the sites of confederations, leagues and sports leagues selected for the study, and on the site of the National Institute of Educational Studies Anísio Teixeira (INEP). It was identified that the total number of graduates from 1995 to 2008 was 192,707, with 99,869 men and 92,838 women, showing a balance between these numbers, which did not happen with the numbers of male and female coaches. The data indicated that no women worked as a coach in male and female volleyball teams in the seasons 2006 to 2010, no woman worked as a coach in the male basketball teams in the seasons from 2000 to 2010, and only an average of 1.67 women led female basketball teams in the seasons 1998 to 2010, and no woman has ever worked as a coach for male soccer teams, while only an average of 2.67 women acted as a coach of female soccer teams. Diferença no número de técnicas e técnicos no voleibol: uma análise das categorias de base até o adulto

Voleyball is a sport that has gained an important contingent of public, achieving a growing visibility especially in recent years. Despite being a very democratic sport, as it is practiced by both men and women, it can be observed that there are differences when the analysis refers to who is in charge of the teams. So the purpose of this study was to analyze the presence of women in the country volleyball (coaches) from base categories to the professional adult, through a documental research. Data were collected from electronic documents, official websites and websites of federations teams. The results indicated that the number of women coaching volleyball athletes is minimal, revealing the difference between the professional treatment given to male and female genders. Therefore, it became clear that certain discrepancies are caused not only by lack of professionalism, but also by the cultural characteristics that still consider the place of women as domestic and not in the command of field sports

Influência da torcida sobre o desempenho de atletas de voleibol

O contexto esportivo tem sido marcado por um numero crescente de torcedores, sendo esses algumas vezes apaixonados por esporte, ou meros curiosos que acompanham matérias jornalísticas, os mesmos torcedores que vibram nos momentos de vitória e vaiam nos momentos de derrota. Podemos dizer que essa torcida poderá desequilibrar o atleta a ponto de interferir em seu desempenho e levá-lo a uma ansiedade capaz de gerar outras fortes tensões, perdendo totalmente o controle da situação pela qual está passando. As equipes desportivas devem dar uma importância maior para a preparação psicológica dos atletas em função do modo como os fatores psicológicos, os agentes causadores de estresse e a baixa alto-estima causam interferência no cotidiano de um atleta. E essa preparação é sempre colocada em segundo plano quando comparada a preparação física, técnica e tática. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar qualitativamente qual a influência que a torcida pode exercer sobre o desempenho de atletas de voleibol durante uma partida, seja ela disputada com a torcida incentivando ou tentando atrapalhar os jogadores. Em pesquisa documental (uma entrevista feita em 1997), cujos dados encontram-se armazenados no LEPESPE, Laboratório de Estudos e Pesquisas em Psicologia do Esporte, IB/UNESP, sob código DEF/UNESP/MCZ/97, coletados em campeonatos esportivos, no estado de São Paulo, incluindo jogos oficiais da Secretaria de Esportes e Campeonatos Esportivos Universitários por equipe de pesquisadores do laboratório, percebeu-se que tanto em turmas de treinamento, como em jogos entre classes ou entre escolas é que uma primeira preocupação fica mesmo por conta do jogar para ganhar, seguida da intenção de se fazer um bom papel, uma bela figura. As metamorfoses no espaço com o advento da Copa do Mundo no Brasil: estudos sobre o distrito de Itaquera-SP

The present work discuss the reproduction of the social relations from the point of view of the new urban production relations - having as empirical universe for analysis-, the Itaquera district in the Sao Paulo metropolis, with the advent of the World Cup in Brazil. Starting with the reading of a reality in movement, in which the analysis walks covering the dialectic relationship between space and society, where the first is translated into product and life reproduction condition, aiming to unveil the metamorphoses that will take place in the urban space with its consequent contradiction, what it may be the expanded capital reproduction concomitantly with the process that denounces a spoliation movement of the social space. With the society approval before these big architectural projects enabled by ideology, it’s determined the (re) production of artificial spaces of consumption, funded for the capital extension. T he people’s daily lives are surrounded by computing devices, with increasing resources (sensors) and, with increasing processing. How these devices communicate is still not natural and This retards the growth of Ubiquitous Computing. This paper presents a way in which these devices can communicate using Jini technology and concepts of Service Oriented Architecture, applying these concepts in a test case of Ubiquitous Computing. To conduct the test case was constructed a fictitious system for management of a soccer championship, where users can interact with each other and with the system in a simplified way, have access to data in real time of the championship during the event. This communication is performed by services built using Jini technology, which were based on key SOA concepts, such as modularity and reusability

Interferência do bullying no esporte de alto rendimento

Examine the phenomenon of bullying behavior that makes people teased, laughter, sarcasm, irony, among other types of attacks. This is not only physically, but with moral violence, emotional or psychological. When there is an effective intervention against bullying, all individuals in the group start to suffer with this situation, which can lead to psychological disorders, hampering the progress of relations as well as team sports, over a period of training and competition. This article analyzed a sample of athletes in order to find behaviors that characterize the extent of bullying and can see the consequences of it, as early drop out. Through the results it was concluded that the actions that characterize bullying are present in very high performance football and may even lead to drop out the sport. We also evaluate the environments frequented by teams can become enhancers of this phenomenon, they are times when athletes have a living space and one that may become amenable to the events, plus the fact that many athletes have already thought about leaving the sport because to bullying

Uma análise dos impactos sócio-econômicos na África do Sul ao sediar a Copa do Mundo de 2010 e perspectivas de impactos no Brasil como sede da Copa do Mundo de 2014

O presente trabalho visa analisar os reais impactos políticos, econômicos e sociais ocorridos na África do Sul decorrentes do fato de ter sediado a Copa do Mundo FIFA de 2010 além de procurar analisar os eventuais impactos que o Brasil eventualmente sofrerá como sede da Copa do Mundo FIFA de 2014. Por meio da leitura de artigos, trabalhos científicos, livros e websites procurei demonstrar as conseqüências para a África do Sul bem como as expectativas para o Brasil em relação ao evento. Além da análise dos resultados socioeconômicos obtidos na África do Sul em 2010 e procurar mensurar os impactos que o Brasil há de sofrer em 2014 por sediar a Copa, esta monografia ainda apresenta a característica que este megaevento esportivo tem de alterar a economia dos países-sede e movimentar quantias consideráveis de dinheiro. Como resultado da pesquisa, podemos dizer que a primeira Copa sediada no continente africano foi bem sucedida em termos político-sociais, pois, apesar das dificuldades, conseguiram passar uma boa imagem do país para o mundo mostrando ser um povo hospitaleiro, alegre e simpático. Para o caso do Brasil, sabe-se que incentivará o problema da corrupção, da violência urbana e da diferencia entre as classes sociais, porém é uma grande oportunidade para o desenvolvimento econômico do país e de conquistar lugares no cenário político mundial jamais antes conseguidos
