This article aims to further discuss the Local Productive Arrangements (APLs), considering some geographical visions thinking about spatial configuration and the economic and social processes that characterize them, configuring a wide range of territorialities and productive territories that mark the landscape current Brazilian. In this sense, APLs are present today in both the figure of those who study analytical concept for regional development, and as a public policy supporting networks and supply chains in their territorial bases, especially small businesses. Thus, this arrangements can be read, geographically, as territorial productive specializations that are configured in spatial circuits of production, integrated with other regions, localities and supply chains through the morphology of networks and districts and grounded in networks of urban networks of material and immaterial flows which are bringing urban centers of different sizes. Considering the multidimensionality of the subject, the clusters have certain weaknesses in terms of their assumptions and perspectives, especially the limitations of the tool if designed just for resources and policies applied at the local level. Suggest the approach of a "geography of APLs" is to seek treat it from a territorial and socio reading.

Sistema atende mulher: sistema de informação no centro de referência da mulher Ednalva Bezerra

The physical, psychological, sexual, moral and patrimonial violence affects women of different ages, social classes, ethnic and racial groups, levels of education and religion, all over Brazil. One of the obstacles in the strategies of prevention and facing violence against women, in public care services, focuses on the absence of an information system, automation of data and care flows. The existence of reliable data is essential for performing diagnoses, goals and conducting research on women in situations of violence who access the service agencies. In this sense, the goal of research is to present the experience of implementing a policy of data management called Woman System, in Ednalva Bezerra Women's Reference Center, which offers host/psychological and social care, guidance and legal referral for women that face any violence situation. As methodological paths, we adopt research in action. In our analyzes, we found that in this kind of public service, the use of the data system may improve the full and humanized care to women in situations of violence. Thus, the System Woman Care, still a developing phase, appears to improve the flow of relevant information within the institution, driving a process of knowledge, decision-making and intervention against gender violence.

O desafio da pesquisa em folkcomunicação: cartografia 1998-2011

Este trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa realizada, inicialmente, sob a supervisão da Cátedra UNESCO de Comunicação e posteriormente complementada e atualizada para essa publicação. O projeto fez primeiro inventário das pesquisas apresentadas em anais de eventos que tratam da temática e dos conceitos da Folkcomunicação, apontando sua importância nos cenários comunicacional e cultural do Brasil. Tratou-se de evidenciar a produção de um conjunto de pesquisadores, representantes de várias regiões do País, que buscam divulgar e estimular os estudos no campo da Folkcomunicação e da cultura popular. Utilizando a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, buscou-se demonstrar os espaços de inserção e de divulgação do legado Beltraniano, com a finalidade de sistematizar, inicialmente, essa produção, contribuindo para a formulação de diretrizes capazes de fazer avançar o conhecimento determinados pelos fluxos midiáticos ou por eles intermediados no que tange a produção comunicacional nessa área do conhecimento.

Economia Criativa e a Mídia Radical: laboratórios experimentais para a inovação de plataformas midiáticas, conteúdos e recursos midiáticos

The Creative Economy is an experimental laboratory for the creation , innovation , invention and reinvention of the universe of media - analog and digital . The scenery in the media and converging technologies favors the process of “ creative destruction and destructive creation “ of this field . The mapping of basins and technological corridors distributed through the territory of concentrated areas creates an infrastructural chassis for the production of content , information and entertainment . As locus and logos of immaterial production , digital ecology that gives speed to the flow of production - planning, fundraising , publishing , distribution and enjoyment - and allows the dispossession of their local clusters , the fragmentation and dilution of their creative chains . The collective cultural production and creation appropriating these capilarizados articles and produce content against political, economic and social status quo . The land is fertile and favorable to the emergence of radical media and rebels that recreate the public sphere , and edit poor public spheres , alternative , radical and efficient , the tactical point of view . This article aims to contribute to studies and research that scour the ecosystem of the media for understanding the management of their creative processes, actors and critics of tangible and intangible resources that support their communication actions .

Balanço de energia de fluxo de CO2: cerrado da floresta estadual de Assis

Based on climatological data and energy flow, this paper analyzes the behavior observed in microclimatic an important remnant of cerrado in the São Paulo State. The seasonal climate is well marked, in the study area, with two climatic periods (one dry and one wet). The vegetation presents physiology as a function of water availability and the local thermal conditions and can be seen marked changes in the landscape due to the more or less presence of solar radiation. It’s important to understand the ecosystems behave in the context of global change. It has gained the attention of many researchers in the world.
