This paper presents the development of a Web application called CityFreedom based on 3D modeling. The developed system demonstrates the use of most revolutionary and innovative techniques to create Web portals with the integrated 3D navigation scenarios to their own pages, without requiring any kind of plug-ins or external software. Everything works on the basis of compatible browsers. The CtyFreedom aims to give the user the feeling of immersion in virtual reality so get to interact with a three-dimensional city in order to see new places, traveling in an area of town that has always thought of knowing or even analyze establishments long before attend-them. It's the freedom to know and traveling around the city in a simple and trivial way. It is a new trend, the future of Web systems development

Web e jornalismo especializado: análise de conteúdo do portal jurídico Migalhas

Considering the context that integrates the internet and the information, the present paper has aimed to analyze the content from the juridical portal named Migalhas, more specifically the daily information–newsletter that is sent to its readers. Starting by the passage on the pathway of the internet, cyber culture and web journalism, and some concepts of news production, it is aimed to describe and evaluate, from the content of the proposed analyzes by Laurence Bardin, about general aspects, strategies and bulletin samples. Bringing a little of its history and description of the journalistic and news main points. The present paper approaches how these criteria, news value, and tools are chosen and used to reach the effectiveness of the proposal to take specific and fast information to the readers. Questions regarded to the opinionated character from the content were also stated as a way to evaluate its expressiveness

Perfil de pesquisa dos departamentos da Faculdade de Engenharia do Campus de Guaratinguetá

To know the profile of research of each Department of Education is of utmost importance for future actions of improvements. This type of study must be made continuously of form to evaluate Departments´ trends as well as the College´s as a whole, besides stimulating the activities of research and formation of human resources of the Departments. In this work is quantified activity of orientation and research of the Departments of the College of Engineering of Guaratinguetá - UNESP, through national and international publications in periodic, congresses and supervisions of graduation works, masters, doctoral, post doctoral, and scientific initiation, in a period five years (2007 through 2012). For balance of points to the considered issues, a criterion based on the CAPES qualification of periodic has been assumed. On the basis of the results of this work, has been observed enormous differences and particularities between the seven analyzed Departments of Education. In a general way, some Departments presented good performance in the three criteria, whereas others obtained a good performance in only one of them. The Department of Materials and Technology was the only one in which 25% of the professors obtained maximum note for the publication in periodic, while in the Departments of Civil, Electric Engineering and Mechanics 75% of the professors did not reach sufficient punctuation in order to equal a publication in periodic with B2 extract

Ginástica rítmica e especialização precoce: caminhos das pesquisas e publicações no Brasil

This final course project originates itself from the discussions of the Group of Studies and Pedagogical Research in Gymnastics (GEPPEGIN) of Unesp/RC and starts with the Pedagogy of Sport, with the purpose of knowing, analysing and discussing its existence and paths, in a series of discussions about the early specialization. The early specialization is a theme that relates frequently to the modalities of gymnastics, the focus point being that most gymnasts are specialized younger than most athletes from other sports (SCHIAVON, 2009), and not always in a proper way. It is from this issue that the intention of this study begins: knowing, analysing and discussing the existence and the ways of discussions about early specialization in researches and publications related to Rhythmic Gymnastics in the last decade (2002-2012) in Brazil. For the development of this qualitative research of scientific initiation a bibliographic research will be conducted about Rhythmic Gymnastics, with the focus on arising researches from post graduation programs stricto-sensu, recognized by Capes and, scientific papers, published during indexed periods in Brazil and classified in Qualis of Physic Education

Ginástica para idosos: relato de experiência sobre programa desenvolvido na Dinamarca

The increase in the elderly population has been significant in recent years in Brazil, with the growth in the relative share of the population aged 65 or more, which was 4.8% in 1991 and reaching 7.4% in 2010, this occurred mainly due to the growth of the adult population, especially also for the increased participation of the elderly population (IBGE, 2010). This situation has challenges of political, social, economic and mainly related to the health of the elderly population. The practice of physical activity, especially gymnastics, are offered to the population as a means of improving the health and quality of life (BURINI, 2005; MATSUDO, 2002; MAZO, 2003). From this context, this course conclusion work aims to report gymnastics programs developed in Denmark for the elderly population and reflect on the differences and similarities with the Brazilian fitness programs for seniors presented in the literature. The method used to develop this work of completion will review the literature on physical activity programs for seniors and, in particular, gymnastics, developed in Brazil and published in national Physical Education, minimum classification B2 (CAPES, 2012 ). Parallel to this, the description of fitness programs directed to older people in Denmark, as an account of personal experience of five months in Folk High School Gymnastik og Idraetshojskolen Viborg / Denmark. In the results of the study, were founded eight projects of physical activity of elderly people in the articles. Compared with the Brazilian projects studied, and observed Danish, they differ primarily the goals of the programs, which directly influences the activities conducted training. The frequency is similar but the Danish culture of physical exercise, makes Denmark people want to practice more activities off-hours programs. Another equally important aspect that emerges... Jornalismo de portal: análise de conteúdo do G1 nas áreas de cobertura da TV Tem

This work aims to situate the main conceptual aspects of regional and local media and draw a brief overview of current trends in online journalism, especially practiced by TV TEM, an affiliate of Rede Globo in São Paulo. The methodology of the study is based on literature and documents, as well as systematic analysis of G1 portals, TV HAS administered by the regional districts of Bauru, Itapetininga, São José do Rio Preto and Sorocaba. Data were collected through interviews with managers, editors, reporters and some interns. Comunicação pública e democracia digital nos processos de participação cidadã: uma análise do Portal Brasil, sob os princípios de E-engagement

This article conducted an analysis of Portal Brazil, specifically in the areas of “Education” and “Economy and Employment”, by according to the principles of e-engagement defined by the Organization for Economic Co- operation and Development (OECD). For understanding of this work, were elucidated concepts such as public communication - trajectory, principles and relations -, digital democracy, e-government and engagement and civic participation. Through this analysis was realized the importance of public communication in the processes of opinion formation and stimulus to citizen participation, as well as the performance of the internet as a facilitator instrument in the processes of relationship between State and Society

A educação infantil na produção científica: conveniamento, financiamento e qualidade

O acesso à educação infantil é um direito da criança, a sua oferta é obrigação do poder público municipal embora a matrícula seja uma opção da família. Devido a crescente demanda nesta etapa da educação, surgiram estratégias para ampliar o atendimento. Em sendo assim, atualmente tem-se expandido, na rede pública, a oferta de vagas para educação infantil principalmente por meio de convênios e parcerias público-privadas, de certa maneira, incentivados pelo Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (FUNDEB), que admite a distribuição dos recursos públicos às instituições conveniadas. Este estudo está vinculado ao Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Política Educacional, GREPPE (grupo interinstitucional) – Seção Rio Claro, mais precisamente ao Projeto de Pesquisa intitulado Avaliando a produção científica sobre financiamento e convênios na educação infantil, coordenado pela Profª Drª Regiane Helena Bertagna. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo mapear e analisar a temática relacionada ao conveniamento e financiamento da educação infantil a partir de periódicos científicos nacionais de educação, avaliados pela CAPES como ―A1 – ano de referência 2008 - durante os anos de 2000 a 2010. Por meio de pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, de levantamento e análise bibliográfica, foram verificados e analisados os assuntos mais abordados em relação à temática nos estudos científicos, a saber: teoria econômica em educação; globalização e educação; Estado e educação; organismos internacionais e a infância; política de fundos para educação; atendimento na educação infantil. Quais relações estabelecidas entre ensino de química, educação ambiental e o enfoque CTS?: um estado da arte de alguns periódicos nacionais

This work presents results of art state that searched articles to bring in its wake the relationship between Teaching of Chemistry (TC), Environmental Education (EE) and the Teaching of Chemistry directed from the Science Technology and Society (STS) standpoint. The research was carried by articles surveying in major magazines Brazilian Environmental Education and a reference in the research magazine of Science Education, being performed a qualitative analysis of those items that were identified. It was noted that little is produced on the subject of interest within this field, in mid-1998 to June 2012. In the articles analyzed did not find a perspective that allied relationship STS and EE, or EE, STS and TC. Nine articles were found in relation EE and TC, and TC and three articles STS, constituting two thematic axes: Relationship between Environmental Education and the Teaching of Chemistry and Relationship between Science and Technology Society and Chemistry Teaching, The discussion was given from the contents that comprised the categories created. The first axis involved: a) Teacher of Chemistry and EA b) Contents of Chemistry and EE, and c) Concepts and practices of EE Chemistry teachers. The second axis of the categories are: a) formative processes and conceptions of chemistry teachers in STS: b) Analysis of TC practice focusing STS. There were works produced by the same authors, who mostly used the same theme in different magazines for publication only changing the perspective of analyzing the results. Finally, a scenario indicates that restricted thematic research and the need to advance with future work

A construção da notícia no portal choike.org: comunicação alternativa na internet

This project aims to study the influence of information technology in the construction of new forms of citizenship. A large space as possible by the Internet allows the emergence of alternative news sources, as opposed to the means of mass communication. The research will take from the study of the news portal Choike.org. Maintained by civil society representatives, the website has a proposal to address topics that are infrequent in the media hegemony. To facilitate the study, we established a cut. Let's look at five bulletins Choike.org portal between the years 2005 and 2010 that address the issue of agrarian reform in Latin America, especially in Brazil. The issue is discussed by the media in general, however has more emphasis between the means of alternative journalism. For Choike.org portal, agrarian reform this intrinsically linked to social development. Therefore, this analysis seeks to highlight the role of new technologies as an important tool to aid discussion of the issue in the media as having specific focus to the issue of land reform

Efeitos da inibição da cox-2 no sistema cardiovascular de cães

Os anti-inflamatórios não esteroidais (AINEs) estão entre os medicamentos mais prescritos em todo o mundo, tanto na medicina humana, como na medicina veterinária. Atualmente os AINEs são classificados em não seletivos (convencionais ou clássicos), que são os mais antigos, e seletivos para COX-2 ou coxibes. Alguns estudos constataram uma possível relação entre os inibidores COX-2 seletivos e os efeitos adversos no sistema cardiovascular. Devido a isso, objetivou-se realizar um levantamento de pesquisas que comprovem os efeitos cardiovasculares ocasionados por essa classe farmacológica utilizando livros e artigos das bases de dados PubMed, Periódicos da Capes e SciELO que respondessem à pergunta: a inibição da COX-2 acarreta efeitos adversos para o sistema cardiovascular?. Do total de resultados encontrados, foram utilizados 16 artigos. Os trabalhos mostraram que o uso de inibidores da COX-2 alterou o perfil de coagulação para uma tendência trombótica, além de diminuir a resposta vasodilatadora gerada na resposta inflamatória. Diante dos resultados obtidos através desses estudos, conclui-se que a COX-2 desempenha papel fisiológico no sistema cardiovascular, facilitando a não formação de trombos nos vasos sanguíneos, e, portanto, que sua inibição favorece a coagulação. Assim, os fármacos que inibem a COX-2 devem ser prescritos com cautela, levando-se em consideração o perfil de coagulação do paciente
