OBJETIVO: Conhecer as representaes sociais dos profissionais das equipes de sade da famlia sobre o fazer terico-prtico do nutricionista. A pesquisa foi realizada em Unidades de Sade da Famlia de um municpio do estado de So Paulo. MTODOS: Foi utilizada a metodologia qualitativa, tendo como sujeitos 27 profissionais, eleitos por critrio intencional. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Para a interpretao dos dados, utilizou-se a anlise categorial temtica, apropriando-se da Teoria das Representaes Sociais. RESULTADOS: Como resultados, emergiram quatro temas: Nutricionista na Estratgia de Sade da Famlia, Abordagem de questes alimentares pelos profissionais da equipe de sade da famlia, Educao nutricional e Problematizando a ausncia do nutricionista na equipe de sade da famlia. As principais representaes obtidas com relao ao nutricionista foram relacionadas prescrio de dietas, alm de revelarem um conhecimento mais amplo sobre as funes e atribuies desse profissional. No houve dvidas sobre a importncia da educao nutricional na promoo de prticas alimentares saudveis, apesar de os sujeitos terem demonstrado uma viso superficial e pouco abalizada teoricamente sobre o tema. CONCLUSO: A ausncia do nutricionista na equipe de sade da famlia foi atribuda a fatores como o baixo reconhecimento social, a desvalorizao profissional, o pouco tempo de existncia da profisso, o desconhecimento do ncleo de competncia do nutricionista e a manuteno do modelo mdico hegemnico. Concluiu-se pela necessidade de mais estudos que problematizem a insero do nutricionista em equipes de sade da famlia.

The objective of this study was to analyze the business cards used as the initial strategy of marketing Dentists, based on the Code of Dental Ethics, Law No. 5081 / 24/08/1966 and the principles of marketing. It is a cross-sectional study, which evaluated the 54 cards of Dental Clinics of Municipalities of the Northwest Region of So Paulo. Among the cards reviewed, based on the Code of Ethics, only 59.63% contained the registration number in the Regional Council of Dentistry, in 32.22% of the cards noted misuse of the term general practice, rather than GP. The item was on the cards unless found the specification of the profession Surgeon / Dental Surgeon (57.41%). According to Law No. 5081 / 1966, which regulates dentists, 37.22% of the cards improperly determined that the exercise more than two professional specialty; contained 19.26% of total ad price and terms of service payment. Thus, it appears that business cards are an important means of dissemination of professional work, but some Dentists have neglected ethical and legal principles. Thus, it emphasizes the need for awareness among professionals about the issues related to advertising and marketing.

The training of the dentist should be aligned with the demands of social needs. For this to happen, contents related to the main problems faced by the population, such as domestic violence, must be addressed in their education. The present study aims to evaluate the degree of knowledge of dentists in relation to domestic violence, as well as verify that the Curriculum Grades of five private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and five state HEIs are in accordance with what is required in Curriculum Matrices established for undergraduate dentistry. It is a cross-sectional study with the application of a questionnaire to dentists of Basic Units of a small municipality in the interior of So Paulo and analysis of the Political-Pedagogical projects and curricular matrices of the HEIs. It was found through this research that only 9.1% of dentists know how domestic violence cases are recorded, 20% are familiar with the legislation and all the professionals are not aware of the records of notifications of violence. With respect to the curricula, between 86.37% and 94.12% of the curriculum content is focused on technical disciplines. A lack of professional efforts in addressing the problem in what refers to the identification and reporting of cases and, the lack of awareness of the legislation on the subject was found. There was also the need to adapt the curricula of the HEIs towards an approach of the subject, seeking to adequate them by the demand of the society with regard to the responsibility of the dentist in the treatment, notification and prevention of the phenomenon.

This article presents a reflection on the profession of designer from the historical period for the pre-industrial revolution approaching the figure of the industrial designer in France and emphasizes the special attention given to it in England as the focus of the Industrial Revolution. Deals with some of the changes that the designer profession suffered along the way, that these changes occur in parallel to social, economic, technological. This study also reflects on the role of the professional in contemporary society and the challenges facing the profession.

Este artigo busca analisar os impactos que a internet trouxe para os movimentos sociais, tanto na sua organizaao, quanto na sua abordagem midiatica, com o intuito de entender a forma de atuaao das manifestaoes sociais no novo milnio. Com o advento da internet a grande midia perde seu monopolio, tornando a comunicaao mais democratica - apesar de ainda ser segregativa e baseada na renda. O estudo foi desenvolvido por meio da pesquisa exploratria, descritiva e analtica de cunho qualitativo e os exemplos e objetos de estudo discutidos sao as manifestaoes que ocorreram nos ultimos anos como o Occupy Wall Street (EUA) e as manifestaoes brasileiras ocorridas no ms de junho de 2013, mostrando sua abordagem pela midia e o peso que a internet teve no desenrolar dos acontecimentos.
