Gramsci e a Teoria Crítica das Relações Internacionais

This text has the following aims: a) to discuss Gramsci and Horkheimer’s epistemological status, joined authors in an theoretical approach known as Critical Theory of International Relations; b) to draft an analysis in order to show the mentioned and joined authors’ different epistemological statuses in the theoretical approach in discussion; c) to begin a reflection pointing the absence of accuracy in this approach - whose beginning happened with Canadian political scientist Robert W. Cox – due to joining different epistemological statuses and ignoring the theoretical consequences put by respective central Gramsci and Horkheimer’s concepts: hegemony and emancipation.

Aspectos do anti-psicologismo e da crítica ao empirismo milliano em Frege

This article presents some aspects of the relationship between the philosophies of Frege and Stuart Mill, from the standpoint of the fregean critic of psychologism and empiricism. I defend the thesis that, in Foundations of Arithmetic, Frege directs his criticism to the empiricism professed by Mill in his System of Logic; this critic does not constitutes a ‘charge’ of the English philosopher as being a psychologist. For this, we presented several aspects concerning the role that the antipsicologismo has in the Fregean thought and its direct relationship with the logicist project of reduction of arithmetic to logic. To defend our thesis, some arguments intended to show that empiricism not necessarily and directly imply psychologism are presented.

Apontamentos para uma crítica marxista do direito

Este artigo apresenta alguns apontamentos para uma sociologia jurídica marxista. Para isso, apreende o deslocamento do lugar do direito na obra marxiana a partir d A ideologia alemã e, em seguida, decompõe e analisa a questão jurídica em três planos: 1) relação de produção como relação jurídica, 2) as relações sociais institucionalizadas como formas jurídico-estatais socialmente reconhecidas como legítimas e 3) o direito como a ideologia jurídica (sistema de normas, crenças e valores segundo uma forma discursiva própria) que recobre os dois elementos anteriores e lhes atribui sentido e validade moral.

The process of environmental impact assessment (EIA), in the extent of previous environmental studies, has as one of its functions to provide subsidies to the actions of environmental managment of enterprises. However, the proper estructuring of programs that allows to support this managment does not often occurs. This research sought as one of its objectives to evaluate in which extent the process of EIA can be a subsidie for the EMS, providing basic elements of this system. In addition, more specifically, the research had as one of its objetives the development of subsidies for the implantation of an Environmental Managment System (EMS), based on the model of ISO 14001 (2004), for a sewage treatment plant yet to be constructed in the city of President Venceslau / SP. In order to achieve theses objetives, a discussion was held based on the evaluation of environmental studies available in the library of Cetesb / SMA. Still, for the elaboration of subsidies for the EMS of the treatment plant, the research was focused on the structuring of environmental management program, based on the information contained in its Preliminary Environmental Report (PER). The research had as one of its products, the development of subsidies for the planning and control of the environmental aspects and impacts and for the environmental program of the enterprise, based on the use of environmental indicators. It was concluded, based on the results that, in general, the previous environmental studies analyzed showed little emphasis on the phase of development of structured environmental programs that offer guidelines to achieve the desired results for the environmental performance of the company.

This study aims to evaluate structurally a heat exchanger that has been in operation since the mid-60's and was built COSAN for operation in one of its sugar production plants in São Paulo, this equipment as well as many similar devices are operation in plants throughout Brazil, and thus to be acquired by large corporations as in the case of COSAN, pass the scrutiny of inspection work, and work such as recalculations in the latter case in structural evaluations to verify the possible need for adjustments to project or operation and thus ensure the structural integrity of the equipment. To this were first done field survey using techniques of NDT and NDT's for determining the thickness of the main parts of the equipment, made the revaluation dimensional and existing project and considering the loads operating performing the characterization of the equipment as specified in the standard regulatory number 13 - NR13 and the other for this type of equipment and finally an analysis using a static approach, as an analysis tool using the finite element method

Determinação da crítica razão esforço-pausa em Uchi-Komi no judô, com a utilização de deltas de variação de lactato sanguíneo e da escala subjetiva de esforço de Borg

In the competitive judo, the form as a trainer organizes the process of his/her athlete's training is a very important task for a good acting and a better use of the technical procedures. There is great importance in determining the exercise intensity for the judocas training due to the interest for the high income in several competitions, and few studies returned for this research area, involving those athletes' different physiologic conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve protocols of physical evaluation for this modality, increasing his/her applicability. The present study aimed at to verify the validity of a protocol of specific aerobic test of the judo (technique ipon-seoi-nague), no exhausting, adapted of the method of CHASSAIN (1986), using deltas of variations of the lactacidemia and of the Scale of Perception of Effort of Borg, in athletes well. The test adapted to the judo constituted of four exercise series with two efforts similar (double) of 180 seconds with one interval of 90 seconds among them. The series of exercises were accomplished in consecutive days. The intensities of the double tests were of 85%, 95%, 105% and 115% of the minimum lactato for each participant. This work used the technique ipon-seoi-nague, obeying the reasons effort-pause individualized for each athlete, that you/they correspond to the intensities of exercises proposed by the protocol of CHASSAIN (1986). In that way, the athletes applied a blow (maximum speed) and they rested some seconds, depending on the regime effort-pause of the session. At the end of each collection collection of blood (25NL) of each participant's earlobe was accomplished, seeking to measure the concentration of sanguine lactato. The collections were accomplished at the end of the first and of the second efforts, in each one of the series. For the analysis of the Perception of the athletes' Effort, the Scale of Perception... A ideologia dos filmes utilizados na educação infantil: uma análise a partir da teoria crítica

This work has as purpose to show what are the influences of media in the education and in the shaping the thinking and understand that ideologies are present in the films used in the classroom in kindergarten. For this, I directed the discussion beginning by concepts as Ideology and its more different definitions by several thinkers over the years, the thinkers of Critical Theory of Frankfurt School, called “frankfurtians” of first and second generation of this school, also making an association between Cinema and Education, evidencing concepts involving this association as Cultural Industry, using films properly in classrooms in kindergarten, with the teacher as mediator and then discussed what amounts of movies on children's education, how they assist and deepen the knowledge developed by students in schools of infantile education. Additionally, they are exposed the different opinions about the subject Film and Education for students from kindergarten, what benefits and what disadvantages in the use of films, the different opinions on the subject. We also discuss, in this work, the ideologies present in three films produced by Walt Disney, they are Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Alice in Wonderland, relating them to how they can contribute to the development and learning students in kindergarten. I associated more as possible the previous discussions to analyze the ideologies present in these films, by summarizing these, and decomposing them through an analysis tool called frame. Finally, I completed everything that was discussed and analyzed, which students in kindergarten may develop with the use of films in schools, what they contribute, in some way, for the learning and education of students as viewers using the school as access to different cultures and the teacher as a mediator of this relationship
