A produção de texto no ensino fundamental: uma experiência pedagógica

From a diagnostic on the learning of written text, this research aimed to carry out educational activities aimed at textual production, performing operation and activity of reflection on texts written by students in a learning situation of parallel recovery, aiming to improve the standard textuality of his written production. These actions were guided from the conception of language as social practice and discourse and, later, a survey was made in the standard of textuality textual productions resulting from such actions. 5 students participated in the research of a 4th grade of elementary school, a School of Duartina peripheral zone integrating the local school system of that city. The textual productions written by these students were analyzed from three categories: common mistakes in the process of literacy, with subdivisions: phonetic transcription, dialetação, hollow hipossegmentação or vocabulary, or improper separation hiperssegmentação, overcorrection, exchange, omission or addition letters, phonemes homorganic exchange; factors textual and contextual, in which it reviewed the following factors: coherence, cohesion and story elements, clarity, in which category were analyzed: the segmentation of text into paragraphs, grammar errors of different nature, use of direct and indirect speech. The results of the intervention and ongoing analysis of data shows that there has been considered developments in the performance of the written production of the research subjects

Proposta de criação de um Parque Natural Municipal no entorno no bairro Mãe Preta em Rio Claro - SP

This study aims to identify the environmental and social elements that should underpin the creation of a Municipal Natural Park in accordance with Law 9985/2000, establishing the SISTEMA NACIONAL DE UNIDADES DE CONSERVAÇÃO ( SNUC ) . The northeast sector of the city of Rio Claro - SP , envolving, among others , the neighborhood Mãe Preta, the most significant of the site is consolidated as an area of significant environmental value for the consolidation of a conservation area . The proposed establishment of this unit has been discussed since the beginning of this year by Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento, Desenvolvimento e Meio Ambiente de Rio Claro- SP (SEPLADEMA ) and meets the Municipal Director Plan that provides for the establishment of several protected areas in the City . The study area suffers severe pressure due to peripheral urbanization and characterized environmental fragility according to numerous studies by researchers at UNESP, Rio Claro - SP and research in situ. Angiografia comparativa, prós e contras entre os métodos: por raios-X, Tomografia Computadorizada e Ressonância Magnética

By the early 20th century, the blood vessels could only be seen by anatomical studies. Shortly after the discovery of X-rays by Conrad Roentgen in 1895, the first experiments with radiographic imaging were performed with blood vessels. In 1905, the first experiment involving catheterization of arterial and venous system in dogs was performed and only in 1914 performed on living human patients. Parallel to these landmarks, there were advances in diagnostic imaging devices and the evolution of contrast substances was of utmost importance to the current angiography occupy a prominent role not only in terms of diagnosis, but also in the treatment of various disorders. A emergência do pluralismo teórico-metodológico na alfabetização: em busca de uma prática pedagógica para formar escritores

This qualitative research was performed with the goal of investigating the contributions of theoretical and methodological perspectives in the alphabetization process, aiming to train proficient writers of texts with communicative function. Hence, such were the goals established for this research: giving a retrospective look on the synthetic and analytic methods of teaching literacy; verifying the possibilities and limits of theoretical and methodological approaches of acquiring the ability to write and identifying the teachers’ ideas concerning basic concepts (such as literacy, text and textual genres) imbued in the teaching of writing; and establishing which activities they develop in the course of teaching whether the pedagogical practices of the teacher observed contributed to the formation of students who were capable of producing significant texts of diverse genres, suitable to the objectives, to the readers, and to the context of the circulation of texts. The research was done in a public elementary school, in a 2nd grade class of the city of Jaú. Subjects of the research were four teachers and twenty-eight children. For this work, two instruments were used for data collecting: a questionnaire and direct observation, registered in research diaries. Among the observations made were that, although there are many studies on literacy, the practices actually adopted in class are empirical in nature and do not contribute to the process of developing individual writing or reading skills at all; rather, it is only valued the ability of establishing relations between phonemes and graphemes; literacy teachers do not have adequate knowledge of concepts of literacy, teaching, text and textual genres, valuing only one methodological theory and disregarding other contributions on the field of text production

Diagnóstico da suscetibilidade à erosão linear, fluvial e assoreamento em trecho da Bacia do Rio Passa Cinco, Ipeúna-SP

Este trabalho teve como tema principal o mapeamento geológico-geotécnico de determinado trecho da Bacia do rio Passa Cinco, e sua suscetibilidade a processos erosivos lineares, fluviais e de assoreamento. A área tem 129km2 e está situada principalmente no município de Ipeúna, estado de SP. O estudo foi desenvolvido a partir de análise por sensoriamento remoto (land systems) de fotos aéreas e associação a mapas geológicos, geomorflógicos, pedológicos e perfis de alteração. Esta análise integrada permitiu a divisão da área em dez Unidades Básicas de Compartimentação (UBCs), com base na metodologia apresentada por VEDOVELLO em diversos trabalhos. Foram obtidas dez Unidades Básicas de Compartimentação, apresentadas na ordem de ocorrência na Depressão Periférica (6 Unidades) e no relevo escarpado (4 Unidades). A partir desta compartimentação, verificações em campo e imagens de satélite foram adotados parâmetros para a análise quanto a suscetibilidade a aos processos erosivos lineares, fluviais e de assoreamento, obtendo-se três Unidades com alta suscetibilidades a processos erosivos lineares, e uma Unidade com alta suscetibilidade a processos erosivos fluviais e assoreamento. Como produto foi gerado um Mapa geológico–geotécnico em escala 1:50.000, com perfil representativo da área e uma tabela-síntese com as principais características e análise de suscetibilidade aos processos analisados

Several studies use only male rats in their experiments, even with all the evidence of differences between the sexes, not only in the reproductive behavior but also in the development of diseases. This absence of studies using female rats is due in part to the estrous cycle. It is known that one estrous cycle lasts four to 5 days and consists of four phases: proestrus, estrus, metestrus and diestrus. Ramos et al. (1999) identified and mapped a QTL in an F2 population derived from interbreeding of strains of SHR (spontaneously hypertensive rats) and Lewis (LEW) rats and found, on chromosome 4, the first QTL of the world related to anxiety in rats. After several backcrosses between SHR and LEW strains, it was developed a congenic strain called SLA16, to refine the study of this QTL. This QTL corresponds to a large genomic region, approximately 75 million basepairs (Mb), and was first called Ofil1 (inner open field locomotion 1). Currently it is called Anxrr16 (anxiety-related response region 16) according to the rat genome database (RGD). Izidio et al. (2011) suggested that the natural fluctuation of the hormones in the estrous cycle of female rats could influence the effects of this locus on behavior. That is, females in DP (diestrus-proestrus) present the QTL in the same genomic region that males, while females in EM (estrus-metestrus) do not present it. The effects of the estrous cycle in the SLA16 strain and its isogenic control SHR were analyzed on the elevated plus maze (EPM), black and white box and on the open field test (OF). In the open field test, the SLA16 strain had higher central locomotion (F=5.0, p <0.05) and peripheral locomotion (F=12.6, p <0.01) compared to the SHR strain. In the elevated plus maze test, the SLA16 strain had the higher number of entries (F=9.5, p <0.01) and time spent in the open arms (F=10.3, p <0.01) compared to the SHR strain. Alterações de volemia podem ser causadas por diferentes situações fisiológicas como vômito, diarreia, aumento da ingestão de sódio, ou pelo uso de diuréticos. A depleção de sódio produzida pela injeção subcutânea (s.c.) do diurético furosemida acompanhada de uma dieta deficiente em sódio por 24 horas é um modelo amplamente utilizado no nosso laboratório para o estudo do apetite ao sódio. A depleção de sódio com o diurético furosemida promove um aumento da excreção de sódio e água, levando a alterações no balanço hidroeletrolítico corporal dos, ativando assim respostas comportamentais, hormonais e autonômicas para corrigir tais mudanças e restaurar a homeostase. Estudo do nosso laboratório demonstrou que apesar de apresentarem redução de volume plasmático, não se observa alterações significativas da pressão arterial em ratos com 24 h de depleção de sódio pelo tratamento com o diurético furosemida combinado com uma dieta deficiente de sódio. Desta forma, no presente estudo investigamos o papel do sistema renina-angiotensina pela injeção periférica de losartan (antagonista de receptores AT1 de angiotensina) e do sistema vasopressinérgico pela injeção periférica de composto de Manning (antagonista de receptores V1 de vasopressina) na manutenção da pressão arterial de ratos depletados de sódio. Foram utilizados ratos Holtzman (280-300 g, n=73) com cateter inserido na artéria femoral para registro da pressão arterial pulsátil (PAP) e veia femoral para injeção intravenosa (i.v.) de losartan ou composto de Manning. A pressão arterial média (PAM) e frequência cardíaca (FC) foram calculadas a partir do registro da PAP. According to Sérgio Buarque de Holanda, there is a “thinking addiction" in Brazil that disfigures reviews and creates disadvantages for a better understanding of the real changing of conditions in society. It is in Raízes do Brasil that this "reasoning addiction" is best defined as an "Invincible disenchantment from the view of our real conditions". This definition is supported by the bovarism theory - pouvoir qu`a l`homme de se concevoir autre qu’il n’est - theory formulated by Jules de Gaultier (1858-1942), French homme de lettres and who promoted Nietzsche in France - for this title, he is self intended as a philosopher, which extends the characterization of the individual drama of Flaubertian's character of Madame Bovary for the characterization of nations. Sérgio Buarque de Holanda is not the only author who uses this notion, before him, it was also in Paulo Prado and Lima Barreto and much after him in Celso Furtado and Paulo Eduardo Arantes, to keep with the best known authors. This article aims to show how bovarism is born, what it is meant in the French context of origin and how it acclimatized in Brazilian's intellectual experience, theoretically basing important diagnostics of our society. This is to conduct genetic mapping of a concept which is still strong in the horizon of the decisive clash between national projects that deal with Brazil's peripheral condition.

Tratamento cirúrgico de tumor odontogênico queratocístico: relato de caso

Introduction: The Keratocystic Odontogenic Tumor (KCOT) is a benign odontogenic tumor with an infiltrative and potentially aggressive behavior with high recurrence rates. The KCOT occurs more often in men than women, with a frequency of 2:1, being more frequent in the mandible with a predilection for the body and branch. Treatment of KCOT remains controversial. Treatment usually includes enucleation, marsupialization, peripheral ostectomy, curettage associated with Carnoy solution and resection. Objective: To report a case of a KCOT located in the mandible. Case report: male patient, 15 years, with a KCOT on the right side of the mandible treated by enucleation and peripheral ostectomy, with four years of preservation, with no signs of recurrence. Final Comments: The treatment by enucleation associated with peripheral ostectomy reduces the relapse rate, preserves anatomical structures and can avoid a second surgical procedure for reconstruction of bone defects generated in surgery en bloc resection.

Efeitos de drogas antiplaquetárias na doença periodontal

The association between platelets, angiogenesis and progression or repair of periodontal disease has been little explored and, consequently, the results are inconclusive. The pathogenic bacteria present in the periodontal pocket release endotoxins that affect the endothelial integrity and are able to induce the production of chemical mediators derived from plasma proteins and blood clotting while altering platelet function. There is great interest in the modulation of platelet activity in vascular disorders, especially cardiovascular diseases. For this reason, antiplatelet drugs, that are commonly used in the prevention of thromboembolic diseases, such as myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke and peripheral arterial disease, have been used. Aspirin is the only non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent with antiplatelet activity. In the periodontium, instead of only reduces levels of inflammatory cytokines, also significantly affects bleeding on probing, suggesting a dose-dependent modulation of periodontitis. In contrast, clopidogrel and ticlopidine are thienopyridine drugs with no known antiinflammatory action, suggesting that this benefit is related to an antiinflammatory effect indirectly correlated to their antiplatelet activity already established. In the literature there is limited information about the effect of these drugs on periodontium and periodontal disease development. Antiplatelet drugs hypothetically can change both the pathogenesis of periodontitis and subsequent periodontal tissue repair by blocking the secretion of chemical mediators which in general are important in modulating inflammation and tissue repair.

Identidade e reconhecimento na cultura de rua

Direct descendant of the music of the Black Atlantic, hip hop became the spokesman of excluded minorities, for example setting up of the reunification that is geographically separated through communication. The hip hop appropriated new forms of mass communication, allowing the reworking of the story through a counter-hegemonic discourse that seeks self-knowledge and appreciation of the roots of black people. The street culture is the narrative of disenfranchised youth, generating narrative of inclusion, which gave a space of enunciation periphery enabling them to intersubjective recognition. This project aims to discuss the role of hip hop as an agent conscientizing youth peripherals in order to bring to the debate the form of identity construction around the peripheral street culture since, as an intervention that acts as a symbolic system guiding cultural practices and attitudes of these young people. Methodologically, we analyzed specific bibliographical about hip hop and literature originating from the periphery itself. Selected discography of some rap groups. They are Racionais Mc's, 509-E and DJ Hum and Thaíde that constitute the vanguard of hip hop in Brazil. We use music from rapper Emicida this while some contemporary exponents of rap, with national and international.
