Thinking about improving public education in Brazil means thinking not just what we wish to develop competencies and skills in individuals, but understands clearly identify the type of citizens who are training and what kind of society we want for the future. So if there are social and cultural changes they should have their comtraponto within the classroom considering education steeped in culture and therefore in the forms of modern communication. The challenge for school education is to show the students inside the classroom, as will be outside.

Building on some core concepts of dialogic discourse analysis, this article aims to discuss, through an examination of the bestseller lists in Brazil during the years 2000 to 2010, the central features of contemporary mass literature. By the evidence of the prevalence of self-help books, we examine how the phenomenon is consisting. The conclusion that we get is that self-help can be seen both as a discourse genre and as style.

Antonio Candido, author of fundamental papers to understand Brazil’s cultures process formation, in his works about sociology and literature formation, he draws an explanation of these process of cultural genesis by mean of referential and functional systems, that become possible Brazilian society expression though scientific and literary cultures. These processes and explanations look at for functional correlations between elements and system by mean of relationship between authors-works-receptors, nevertheless, it must to investigate the individual contributions of authors and works to formation of shapes and directions of system.

The history and formation of the government in Brazil was, and still is, a central object of study in several fields of knowledge. Albeit with varied approaches highlight was given in the literature for two central reforms occurred between mid 1930s and mid 1990s This perception establishes a long history of Brazilian public administration, putting in their two extreme nodal points of this trajectory: the creation of DASP and the action of the MARE. Each of these institutional projects is directly linked to the conception of the role and performance of the Brazilian public administration instruments, as well as the goals to be achieved, revealing the intimate connection with the coeval political debate of each period. Based on this scenario, the objective of this study is to analyze the role of DASP as a strategic instrument in a Brazilian public "intelligentsia" in construction during the 1930s, strongly associated with a political project of modernization of Brazilian society

After years of stagnation, the naval construction industry in Brazil has been experiencing a period of recovery caused by investments in the oil and gas sector and the implementation of governmental programs that aimed to regenerate it. However, efforts in learning and innovations are needed in order to reinsert the country in this activity and achieve international levels of competitiveness. Based on literature about learning processes and continuous improvement practices and their impact in the innovative and productive processes, this paper aims to identify the main tendencies, mechanisms and procedures to improve the construction and management processes in the Brazilian naval construction industry. The methodology used for the data analysis classifies obtained information from magazines and annals of congresses of the sector, according to the established analysis categories (phenomena). Such categories study information related to the productive and technological processes of the industry, the main internal and external relations of the industrial park, the management of resources and processes, policies, investments, etc. The data was collected in the period 2004-2010, and more than 500 registers that show a dominance of the investment phenomenon, especially in the increase of productive capacity, were catalogued. In addition to this, there is evidence of modernization in the manufacturing plan and the equipment, diverse forms of cooperation, implementation of human resources management practices and engineering or processes and products. Hence, a process of catching up governs and is guided by modernization and increase training in this industry.

Literature is a treasure for humanity and for the school. It causes psychological function of the individual, inserts it in the context of various cultures and historic moments, and, by having formative nature, School and Literature are intrinsecally related institutions. But literature is not the end of the first teaching, while the school has the purpose of teaching literature. Literature is not a source of good leads standards; have to be educated without this process to misrepresent. Thus, it was estalished is to investigate the inadequacy of schooling of Children's Literature pointed out by Soares in 2006, is still reality that becomes present in school or if there was any change in that status. Specific objectives were established: 1)Scanning separately in each of the books education system, from first to fifth grade of elementary school, according to the following categories involving education of literary reading: selection of genres and authors; presentation of these genres and no change from one genre to another; 2)analyze the way children's literature is presented by note-books analyzed education system develop the sensitivity of the student for pluris-signification and expressiveness of literary language, while fulfilling its social function and knowledge; 3)review the comprehension activities of literary reading proposed by notebooks to seize their educational goals. Therefore, we carried out basic theoretical research, demonstrating the functions of literature and the teaching of literature in school, and documentary research. Were analyzed 20 documents (the system apostilled notebooks), paying attention to classwork it to him of genres, authors and works chosen to be worked out, observing the cases of texts fragmentation and transport the genre to the page of the notebook system apostilled, and investigating the goals of literary reading instruction through the analysis of comprehension activities. Álvaro Lins (1912-1970), was an important literary critic of brazilian modernism that marked the twentieth century by the great influence of his writings. In 1963, he published Os Mortos de Sobrecasaca: obras, autores e problemas de literatura brasileira. Ensaios e estudos 1940-1960, that brings in the subtitle his concerns in building a balance on the modernist legacy to literature and culture in Brazil. This work makes possible a schematic view of the evolutionary process of literary production, because it indicates an exam about the twenty years of ripening of modernist proposals from a reflection that is organized as a history of Brazilian literature based on leading writers of the national literary canon.

Les premières pièces de Victor Hugo ont été les responsables d'une véritable révolution dans l'histoire de las Litterature Française, mais elles n'ont pas eu une acceptation immédiate de la part de la critique, qui s'est partagée entre les partidaires des romantiques et, par conséquent, de nouvelles idées diffusées par le Cénacle et les classiques, les adversaires des jeunes écrivains qui ont embrassé les concepts hugoliens, Au Brésil, la réacrion a été postérieure, mais identique. Qualqu'on ne trouve pas dans les journaux des discussions à propos de la nouvelle école, des nouvelles idées ont été, au début, rejetées par les intellectuels brésiliens et, quelque temps plus tard, adoptées par les écrivains désirant créer un théâtre national basé sur les prinipes défendus par Victor Hugo, le porte-parole du mouvement romantique.

Nous comprenons que la littérature, quelle que soit l'adjectif qui accompagne - enfant, adolescent ou adulte - est l'art. L'art de la parole qui crée des mondes possibles, pas réel, à travers un langage très élaboré et complexe qui permet la compréhension de toute la l'expérience humaine. D'autre part, la réalité de l'éducation brésilienne nous montre que nos étudiants ont de la difficulté à comprendre des textes écrits, ce que compromettre l'apprentissage de toutes les matières du programme. Dans ce sens, cette étude a eu l'óbjective à à souligner les possibilités que nous avons d'incorporer la literature brésilienne pour les enfants e les jeunes - appropriée aux étudiants de l'enseignement de base, les enfants et les jeunes - comme um élément transdisciplinaire, associant toutes les disciplines du programme scolaire de l'école élémentaire, notre découpure. Ainsi, nous le signalons dans Cacoete, d' Eva Furnari (2005), des éléments de toutes les matières du programme d'études de cette étape scolaire Brésilienne, afin de montrer aux les enseignants de tous les domaines qui le travail avec la littérature conduit nécessairement à la compréhension de toutes la connaissance. Notre étude a été réalisée sous une approche qualitative de caractère bibliographique. Pour l'embasement théorique nous utilisons de auteurs qui recherche le concept et les spécificités du texte littéraire, selon Rolland Barthes (2007) et Tzvetan Todorov (2009) aussi que des auteurs qui l'étudient spécifiquement de la littérature pour les enfants, selon Nelly Novaes Coelho (2006) et Fanny Abramovich (1983; 1999). Ils ont été également consultées des auteurs qui recherche sur la lecture, la littérature et l'école, selon John Wanderley Geraldi (2006), Marisa Lajolo (1997), Ana Maria Machado (2011), Iara Conceição Bitencourt Neves et al (2003), Roxane Rojo (2002), Ezequiel Theodoro da Silva (1988)...

From a bibliographical study, the objective is the study of children's literature and its contributions in the lives of pre-readers, especially from zero to three years. This course of completion of work includes Children's Literature and Visual Arts, addressing the relationship between the illustration and children's books, indicating the importance of their contact from the first years of life, and how much contribute to the emotional, cognitive and child's learning, also helping to solve problems they will face throughout life, awakening the imagination and creativity, necessary factors in the child's education. By reading the stories, by adults, children are immersed in an imaginary world which stimulates the drawing, the music, to leave, thinking, imagining, playing, seeing the book and write, so the allies books Early Childhood Education will help the child, making it capable person, critical and interested in learning. In addition to attracting and marvel children, illustrations and graphic design aroused the interest in books and reading, inspiring the imagination and creation, therefore, the books submitted for babies should be made of materials that are suitable for their age group therefore more resistant and attractive, containing attributes for the development of motor and sensory skills of babies and children
