Os professores e o consumo de projetos que chegam �� escola: o caso do Projeto Lego Education

O estudo proposto focaliza o modo como os professores recebem, consomem e se apropriam de projetos educativos que s��o implementados nas escolas de ensino fundamental. Trata-se de um estudo de caso que focaliza a implementa����o, iniciada em 2008, do Projeto Lego Education em escolas de uma rede municipal de ensino no interior paulista. A implementa����o do referido projeto insere-se em um contexto mais amplo marcado pelo crescimento de um ���rent��vel mercado formativo��� (N��voa, 1999) entre n��s atualmente. Diante desse contexto, surge uma quest��o: Como foi, para os professores daquela rede de ensino, a inser����o do Projeto Lego Education em seu trabalho docente e como os mesmos lidam com o projeto atualmente? Para tentar responder a essa quest��o o presente estudo foi realizado com os professores que foram capacitados e atuaram na implementa����o do projeto, a partir de entrevistas semi-estruturadas e observa����es. Objetivou-se investigar como o referido projeto foi apropriado (de Certeau, 1994) pelos professores na sua implementa����o e como os mesmos percebem o projeto atualmente. Pretendeu-se identificar, assim, maneiras pelas quais os professores relacionam-se com materiais did��ticos, livros/guias do professor e cursos de capacita����o docente ligados ao Projeto Lego Education, procurando caracterizar as maneiras como os mesmos se apropriam e consomem (de Certeau, 1994) tais produtos que lhes s��o dirigidos. Nesse estudo foi realizada tamb��m a an��lise de documentos relacionados ao Projeto Lego Education (sites das empresas envolvidas, manuais e revistas, entre outros materiais), focando em como esses materiais se referem ao professor e sua pr��tica em sala de aula. The expansion of the electrical system is currently a subject of great importance to the development of Brazil. For its realization, large projects are needed, requiring large-scale investment and realization processes of great complexity. Thus, this type of project has a high strategic importance for the performance of companies that conduct. Seeking a way to determine a method to align traditional practices for measuring quality to the corporate strategic needs, this work is the study of the use of the balanced scorecard methodology, applying quality management and operational excellence, with a focus on projects in power systems. We analyzed some cases of successful application of the methodology in business segments in the next study, culminating in a proposed model of the method

PGCP - Plataforma para Gerenciamento Colaborativo de Projetos

Collaborative Systems are designed to support individuals in order to solve a problem together, or cooperatively (or collaboratively). Such systems have the advantage of not requiring the presence in the same location of the participants. The basis of any Collaborative System is communication, where users interact with each other in order to exchange information. Communication among individuals is accomplished through collaborative tools such as chat, email, document repository, etc.. Using these tools, companies can reduce operational costs, saving on travel and accommodation of its employees to attend meetings. The project members only need a computer with internet access to use collaborative tools. Project management is essential to the quality of the nal product. To perform a proper management, methodologies must be applied using methods, tools and procedures. There are some phases that are considered generic for all software process models, they are: de nition, development, maintenance and activity to support the software process. In this paper is described a platform for project management using the concepts and features of Collaborative Systems. The goal of this platform is to unify various collaborative tools (such as chat and document repository) in a project management system. Using the system, it becomes possible to manage projects, and the ability to maintain an active constant communication between members of each project

Proposta de um processo de categoriza����o de fornecedores para a execu����o de projetos

Nowadays, in business environment, organizations seek to differentiate through special programs and plans, taking the concepts of sustainability, performance and benefits generated for society. Based in this competitive environment, as companies depend on the use of subcontractors to perform services for your different customers, the work performed by them is directly related to the vision created by the final customer���s vision of the company responsible for the project. Considering that the supplier hired to execute the project does not share the strategic concepts related to the level of services to be offered to the final customers, thus creating the need to develop methods that enable the alignment between the project owner, responsible for preparing the executive project, and the supplier, responsible for the execution of the work. Tangent to this need, it was necessary to create a method of evaluation and categorization for suppliers to hired for the projects. As a result it has been proposed a process of categorization of suppliers, through the restriction of possible companies to be hired for a project designed to promote alignment between strategies and continuous improvement of the solutions offered to the market

Teoria do desenho de mecanismos: aplica����es na teoria dos conflitos internacionais

O presente trabalho busca apresentar os conceitos principais referentes �� Teoria do Desenho de Mecanismos e sua aplica����o �� Teoria dos Conflitos Internacionais, e como sua utiliza����o pode solucionar alguns problemas referentes �� metodologia mais utilizada na an��lise dos conflitos, baseada na Teoria dos Jogos tradicional. Atrav��s de uma an��lise game-free, estabelecem condi����es gerais para a resolu����o de conflitos entre pa��ses, sem a necessidade de estabelecer formas de jogo espec��ficas. Desse modo, determinam-se resultados para qualquer equil��brio de qualquer forma de jogo que envolva pa��ses em disputa. O trabalho segue apresentando a rela����o causal entre incerteza e incentivos para revelar de maneira desonesta informa����es privadas como causas fundamentais de guerra. Analisam-se separadamente as condi����es que levam �� guerra em dois tipos de incerteza, constantemente discutidas na literatura de conflitos internacionais: incerteza em rela����o ao custo de guerra e em rela����o �� for��a relativa. O ensino do desenho para crian��as e jovens

Through my experiences as a teacher assistant in a free course design, I seek to understand the intentions and needs of children and youth with the design, so as to work it in a more consistent as the season and wishes of each student. For this I seek aid in studies on children's drawing of Derdyk Edith and also in observing the relationships that children and young people have with the drawing held in my practice as a teacher. Still reflect on the design in some of its particulars, especially concerning the optics of some artists and scholars of the practice of drawing. At the end of the study, propose suggestions for practices to be developed with children and young people who would be various forms of working drawing with experimental forms of building graphics, aiming so that students can add these unique experiences to broaden their understanding of design as well as its arch graphic possibilities. Thus inspired, especially in Derdyk considerations about the experimental design, I can conclude that through experimentation, we can offer young people a diverse thinking design and the possibilities of conceiving it.

An��lise dos problemas de comunica����o permeados pela cultura organizacional e estrutura de gest��o de projetos em uma empresa na ��rea da constru����o

In a supplier of building products were identified difficulties in communication between the Product Development area and other areas of the company that could spoil projects and processes. The process of product development is important in placing the company in the market, and through research and planning, design new products and seek to comply with the costumer in relation to deadlines, quality and cost-effective. The development of a product involves many areas in the company and communication is essential in this process. The goal of this study was to identify possible communication problems permeated by organizational culture and structure of project management working in the company. A survey was applied using a Likert scale in three different areas of the company, with questions including the topics: communication, culture and organizational structure of project management and subsequently conducted the median test and the Spearman test to analysis of responses. With the understanding and analysis of the survey it was confirmed the difficulties of communication between people and the areas of the company, besides there is an influence of the type of culture acting in the company and the current management structure of the project in a good performance of internal communication

Um estudo de novos paradigmas na realiza����o de projetos de instala����o el��trica residencial (automa����o)

Through awareness of new trends of consumption of the population with regard to housing, comfort, entertainment, security and sustainability, it was crafted a work that set out to study and develop the concept of home automation and how it will revolutionize the electrical installation projects and energy savings. A pre-wiring project, taking into account, basically, the installed load, is presented as a basis for comparison. The protocols for communication between intelligent devices in an automation environment, used in the work, are the X-10, LonWorks and UPnP. The home network is studied and divided into subsystems, for a better understanding, which are the lighting, audio, video and multimedia system, security, air conditioning and central vacuum system, and the idea of integrated design and system integrator is introduced, showing the change necessity in the design philosophy of electrical installations. The main means of energy savings in an automated home, such as dimerization, master off and smart meters are presented and, finally, it was concluded that there is a need to structure electrical installation projects more comprehensive with regard to home automation, in order to become more efficient and useful to users

This study examined the practices of crowdfunding, collective vehicle of fundraising for the production of works of culture, education, social programs etc over the internet. Through the analysis of registered projects and finalized in Brazilian site funding col-laborative Catarse, we were able to list interesting points to be considered to deter-mine what lead people to cooperate or not with this kind of practice. It was noticed that the internet materialized in front of individuals as an important vehicle for social participation, enabling the concern to collaborate on projects, people and causes that have common characteristics or interests bring benefits to society

Brasiliana e Reconquista do Brasil: projetos editoriais de tradu����es

The purpose of this historiographical work is to make a comparison between editorial translation projects of narratives about Brazil written by foreign travelers published in two collections: Brasiliana, by Companhia Editora Nacional (1940s), and Reconquista do Brasil, by Itatiaia jointly with EDUSP (1970s). Both have similar goals, that is, to publish works describing Brazil and Brazilians, but, whereas, the former mostly offers texts written by domestic authors, the latter makes greater room for translations. The most apparent difference among the collections is that, while Brasiliana makes allowances for translators to reveal, in their prefaces and notes, their views on the author, the work, as well as their translation projects, Reconquista publishes few notes and prefaces by translators. The comparisons between the editions explore the difference between the focus given to the works by different institutional guidelines.
