Given the competitive reality of the globalized market, companies are compelled to develop strategic aspects of the management process, in order to ensure their survival. Among the strategic aspects is the price formation process, whose reasoning occurs mainly of adoption through cost system. Knowledge of costs and expenses provides conditions for the company to position itself strategically in the market, being able to follow the price of competition and sometimes even surpass them, called, more and more attention with regard to price formation. This study aims to identify the best price to be transferred to the market. To this end, were approached concept of pricing and its components, their strategies and pricing objectives, as well as the influence of demand on price formation, as well as the added value the brand and quality; and even a careful analysis of the price established by the said company in the service offered. We used the method of literature review and case study in the company ESA international aeronautical industry. Thus, we sought to explain about the main concepts for pricing in order to support decision making

Nuclear Medicine is a medical modality of therapy and diagnostic imaging using unsealed radioactive sources for its purposes. This routine activity promotes the transit of radioactive sources for the area of installation, beyond the transit of patients injected with radioisotope, which also contribute to raising the radiometric level of environment. As a consequence, it has exposured workers and public individuals to the ionizing radiation. There are protective mechanisms of radiation exposure, personal protective equipments, and measurement planes established in standard measurement at certain points of the environment in order to identify any increase in radiometric levels and \ or contamination, but do not cover the entire space occupied by workers and patients. To accomplish with the individual dose limits established by the National Commission of Nuclear Energy, it is interesting if there is an individualized classification for each Nuclear Medicine service. This work aimed to promote an analysis of the radiometric level distribution across the extent of the Technical Nuclear Medicine Sector of Hospital of the Botucatu Medical School, and produce a spatial map to identify locations with higher exposure rate to the ionizing radiation, can be used as a risk map to assist the Occupationally Exposed Individuals (IOE). To perform the radiometric levels checking it was used a digital Geiger-Muller detector available in the sector, due to its practicality compared to other detectors. Measurements were carried out at four different times for all days of the week, at points strategically established to cover all the installation

Inclusão escolar com apoio: uma análise do serviço do ensino itinerante

We investigated the process of inclusion in the school common areas, tracking the performance of a traveling school teacher (teaching support service specialist), type of service in Special Education, as a support to the school's educational proposal. Objectives: To identify, describe and analyze the performance of itinerant school teacher in a school of mainstream school, with students and their teachers, to analyze the perception of two teachers of the common teaching about the process of integration of pupils with special educational needs in their classes; examine the roles and responsibilities of itinerant school teacher through an exploratory qualitative approach. Participants: an itinerant school teacher, two teachers and two of the common teaching students with special educational needs included in mainstream school. Observations were made weekly at the school over a period of six months, semi-structured interviews with teachers and document analysis. The results showed different facets of roaming at the intersection with the common teaching among them may be noted that acts as a parallel system in the common school, creating a gap between them which may compromise or disadvantage of the dynamic performance of service support, but this gap is overcome at critical times facing the mainstream school, where this service benefit the child's learning process and promotes their inclusive education policy.

Crenças, pressupostos e conhecimentos de professores em serviço sobre língua(gem) em um curso de formação continuada

O cenário atual de globalização e comunicação intercultural traz impacto significativo para a maneira como entendemos a relação entre língua e sociedade. Gera, também, para o ensino de línguas, a necessidade de o professor compreender suas crenças, pressupostos e conhecimentos (WOODS, 1996) em relação à língua que ensina, uma vez que ele é um importante agente na orquestração da interação de várias histórias de vida e horizontes de entendimento por meio de sua prática pedagógica. Neste artigo, apresentamos e discutimos os resultados de duas pesquisas de doutorado (SALOMÃO, 2012; MENEGHINI, 2013), conduzidas em um mesmo contexto de um curso híbrido (presencial/virtual) de formação continuada, em relação às crenças dos professores sobre as variedades geolinguísticas do espanhol. Ponderamos que a questão da escolha por uma variedade está muitas vezes relacionada às concepções estruturais de língua, assim como está imbricada por uma tessitura de fatores que demonstram falta de consciência das vozes das quais os professores se apropriam para justificar suas opções teórico-metodológicas. O desafio que se coloca para a formação de professores, então, nos parece ser o de auxiliá-los no desenvolvimento de consciência crítica, promovida pela reflexão sobre suas crenças sobre língua(gem), a partir de experiências que possam levá-los a (re)conhecer suas escolhas por determinada variedade linguística.
