This paper presents academic-scientific research on the use of Information and Communication Technology in the work of teacher educators. Specifically analysis was performed theoretical and practical approaches deployed in the prescribed work and the work actually performed by teacher educators in the use of educational software, named Sherlock.

Indicadores bibliométricos em ciência da informação: análise dos pesquisadores mais produtivos no tema estudos métricos na base Scopus

This research aims at analyzing the indicators of impact and relevance - total of published articles, average of citations, total number of citations and index h of the most productive researchers in the Metric Studies field, within periods of the Scopus base by means of a correlation study, determining the best equation of regression of index h due to the total of citations, as well as to all other indicators under analysis. As research procedure, we used the search terms bibliometr* OR scientometr* OR infometr* OR webometr* OR informetr* OR webmemetr* OR paentometr*, obtaining 36 researchers as the most productive ones. For each indicator, the following descriptive statistics were calculated: maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. The coefficient of correlation of Pearson was calculated and adjusted to the equation of regression of index h due to the total of citations. The equation of multiple regression was identified, from index h due to the other indicators. Concluding, we highlight the need for a matching of such indicators to broadly describe a researcher's multifaceted profile, seeing the complementarity of information provided by the indicators of productivity and impact, from distinctive nature.

As tecnologias de informação e comunicação na produção de um material didático digital para profissionais de atletismo

Nesta pesquisa, buscamos aproximar o atletismo das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Entre a variedade de recursos que constituem as Novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, escolhemos aqui, utilizar os vídeos disponíveis no Youtube, visto sua popularidade e por ser uma ferramenta de fácil acesso hoje em dia. Para interligar o atletismo vivenciado em Centros de Treinamento das Prefeituras Municipais, ONGs, Clubes e Projetos Sociais tivemos como objetivo investigar, na internet, os recursos didáticos disponíveis relacionados ao atletismo, especificamente vídeos do Youtube, produzindo um material didático digital que possa auxiliar profissionais de Educação Física que trabalham com o atletismo para crianças. Para estruturar esse material, utilizamos a Pedagogia do Esporte em seus três referenciais: Técnico-tático; Socioeducativo e Histórico-cultural como forma de incentivar técnicos e praticantes para vivenciar o esporte para além dos gestos motores, integrando valores afetivos, sociais e cognitivos a sua prática. Sendo assim, foram selecionados, através do Youtube, 171 vídeos relacionados com o ensino do atletismo pautado na Pedagogia do Esporte. Desses 171 vídeos: 75 estão relacionados ao Referencial Técnico-tático, 29 ao Referencial Socioeducativo e 67 ao Referencial Histórico-cultural. Desta forma, os vídeos foram organizados em banco de dados, separados pelas suas características. In addition to understanding the distribution of the populations’ health-disease process, epidemiology has sought to study the causality associated with this process, which humanity developed over time, and to interpret the narrative of this field of knowledge. A solid review of the literature was done to emphasize the importance of using popular knowledge as a qualitative health-related investigation strategy and to demystify the use of social representations in the field of dentistry. By initiating the design of a new paradigm for understanding the oral health-disease process, which favors the idea that it is also the result of a sociocultural production, knowledge of the circumstances and context in which it is inserted becomes critical for health assessment actions. Although scientific dentistry has advanced the understanding of oral diseases, communication with popular knowledge leaves much to be desired, since most professionals find themselves trapped in a fragmented model of care. Reconstruction of the logic by which the representations of oral health were produced and socialized over time can be considered a relevant and productive purpose of the representations in the dental area.

A competência em informação como fator crítico de sucesso para a pesquisa na área de ciência da informação: transferência de princípios para reflexão

This study is to provide parameters from theoretical and exploratory research in the creation and institutionalization of information science to establish a link with Information Literacy. Approaches are presented in which contributions allow us to understand the relationships and kinds of science in general and their applicability to the population studied, since these theories have a big relationship with the deepening of the area and their social, cultural and economic relationships. We hope to contribute with selective reference to assist the understanding of the issues arising from information science and the knowledge generated by its researchers. This requires developing new skills of access and use of information, providing an interaction between information literacy and knowledge building in Information Science.

Estado e burocracia: limites de aplicação da Lei de Acesso a Informações no Brasil

Saudada como consequência de um complexo processo de evolução do arcabouço jurídico-institucional brasileiro, a Lei Federal 12.527, denominada Lei de Acesso a Informações, sancionada em 18 de novembro de 2011 e regulamentada no âmbito do Poder Executivo federal pelo Decreto 7.724, de 16 de maio de 2012, atende o pressuposto do direito à informação fixado pela Constituição Federal de 1988. Valores e práticas historicamente construídos podem significar obstáculos e resistências importantes à sua aplicação. Características do próprio texto legal, que vêm à tona quando comparado aos seus congêneres internacionais, também sinalizam possíveis complicadores. Este artigo indica limites que a Lei de Acesso a Informações pode enfrentar à sua consolidação, originários principalmente do campo da cultura político-institucional, que se tornam mais nítidos com o exame de características brasileiras em comparação com outros países que possuem dispositivos semelhantes.

Práticas inclusivas para deficientes visuais, baseadas na informação e conhecimento: reflexões e ações

We live in a society governed by information, knowledge and social inclusion. This leads us to reflect on the importance of access and use of information for people with visual disabilities to build knowledge, exercising citizenship and contribute to lifelong learning. We are faced with a society more open to diversity, questioning their mechanisms of segregation and envisions new ways of social inclusion of people with disabilities. Hence the importance of understanding the inclusive practices, especially for the visually impaired person. Thus, we sought to perform a literature search to understand the theoretical corresponding to the selective approach of the existing literature on the subject. It was considered as a concept of this type of research, which provides that a systematic search for information on existing sources, ie, in all the literature that has become public in relation to the subject studied in order to offer reflections and contributions on issues of access and use of information, emphasizing the role of social responsibility of mobilizing information professionals are considered mediators and actors of vital importance in this scenario.
