O ensino de matemática: uma proposta para a aprendizagem dos números

The objective of this study is an analysis of the actions of teacherand students when inserted in the teaching-learning in mathematics classes in a class of third year of elementary school. A didactic proposal construction, was developed taking into account the history of the number as a human, considering its evolution through its conceptual nexus, so that the teaching-learning process would enable the construction of theoretical thought. This paper presents a brief study of teacher education, specifically early carrer, basing themselves in difficulties and knowledge of teaching practice and curriculum framework that guided the didactic proposal. Thus, not only students but also teachers are undergoing training. From the study for the preparation of didactic proposal, the proposal development process in teaching and learning skills and analysis of actions, it was possible to follow the movement of formation of a teacher-researcher in early carrer

A imagem do professor na literatura brasileira: uma análise histórica

O presente trabalho constitui uma tentativa de traçar os caminhos do magistério no plano real/histórico através do resgate da imagem dos docentes retratados na literatura brasileira, além de auxiliar alunos e professores de cursos de licenciatura a entender melhor os processos históricos. Ao longo de nossa história diversos escritores se propuseram a retratar o professor em suas obras, tais como: Machado de Assis (1840), com Conto de Escola, Raul Dávila Pompéia (1888) em O Ateneu, Oswald de Andrade (1926) em Memórias Sentimentais de João Miramar, Sylvia Orthof (1980) com a crônica Bicho Carpinteiro, Ziraldo (1995) em Uma professora muito Maluquinha e Thalita Rebouças (2006), em Fala sério, Professor! E é a partir dessas obras que ocorre uma reflexão sobre a imagem que os profissionais da educação transmitem/transmitiram para a sociedade, através do olhar dos artistas literários. Além de influenciar a visão daqueles que lêem suas obras, os escritores transpõem em seus textos elementos que nos permitem reviver o paradigma por eles vivenciado, fazendo da literatura um instrumento para o resgate da história.

O projeto de pesquisa aqui apresentado é referente ao Trabalho Final de Graduação do curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho a ser desenvolvido no ano de 2011, com o tema “Hotel de lazer sustentável”. A proposta de projeto do hotel será realizada na cidade de Itatiba, interior do estado de São Paulo, com a finalidade de atender a demanda turística não só da região como também das cidades vizinhas. Desta forma espera-se levantar dados sobre o tema hotel e sustentabilidade para se ter um maior embasamento na criação do programa do hotel e diretrizes para a realização de um projeto sustentável

A city is a place, is a housing, is the birthing place of economics. A city is made of routes, is made of people, by people and must also be structured for people. However, with the consolidation of a neoliberal economic system where ownership and economic generation prevail over the citizen's rights and the needs of those who have less, the city becomes a space of buying, exchange and increasingly commercial. The city of São Paulo is part of this context and is the result of the transformation process driven by real estate speculation, and the presented study area, the surroundings of the Municipal Market of São Paulo, is a new area in transformation. This work has the goal to bring a historical perspective and current status of the locality, with their revitalization projects, landscape changes and changes in housing, audience and resident citizens

In this way, improve animal performance through the use of ionophores has become an effective measure to increase production and profitability of farms. Among the ionophores, monensin is the best known so far, as to their effect on the pattern of rumen fermentation and its consequences on animal production, especially by improving the quality or quantity of nutrients available for absorption through the gastrointestinal tract and consequently the performance of ruminants

O diagnóstico rural parcipativo como ferramenta para o estudo de pequenas propriedades em Rio Claro-SP

Neste trabalho será abordada a modernização das técnicas em torno da produção agrícola e como o modo de produção familiar foi deixado de lado no que diz respeito às políticas públicas, que passou a favorecer as grandes produções agrícolas. É nesse contexto que apresentam-se as características desse tipo de agricultura e as técnicas utilizadas para mantê-la nos dias de hoje, com aplicação e análise do Diagnóstico Rural Participativo em pequenas propriedades rurais no bairro rural do Sobrado, município de Rio Claro, São Paulo que, historicamente, teve no cultivo do café a base para seu desenvolvimento político e econômico e se caracteriza por ter mais de oitenta por cento (80%) de suas terras destinadas às atividades agropastoris. Influência de protetores físicos coloridos nas trocas gasosas de Canafístula (Peltophorum dubium (Spreng.) Taub.)

The aim of this experiment was to study the influence of transparent, blue and red tree shelters on gas exchanges of canafístula’s (Peltophorum dubium (Spreng.) Taub.) seedlings. This study was carried out in Department of Botany, Institute of Biosciences, U ESP, Botucatu, São Paulo State, Brazil. The experiment design was randomized blocks, with 5 replications, each one containing 6 units of each treatment (nonsheltered, transparent tree shelters, blue tree shelters and red tree shelters). The evaluations of gas exchanges were made through an infrared gas analyzer. It follows that the tree shelters use may limit the photosynthesis, increase the transpiration and stomatal opening, besides reducing the water use efficiency. The colored tree shelters use created unfavorable conditions for the development, reducing the photosynthesis, because they reflected the blue and red wavelengths, allowing only the passage of the other components of the white light or of the photosynthetically active radiation

This paper aims to present a survey of Journalism students from UNESP (Brazil) and from the University of Seville (Spain) which gathered data to assess the perception of the influence of the media on political decisions in this segment. Through empirical research - qualitative and quantitative – was observed, as a result, that digital media is still gaining ground in political campaigns and the effectiveness of actions organized through on line universe which are beginning to be proven, from the perspective of students. Identificação de áreas sujeitas a processos erosivos na área urbana do município de Aparecida, SP

Historically, in Brazil, the process of urbanization and city growth was due to the intense migration of rural population to urban areas, especially in the last thirty years. This move, combined with a lack of planning, allowed the occupation of areas with potential for occurrences of erosion. The city of Aparecida, SP can be cited as an example of this process. These irregular occupations generate large material damage and human losses conditioned on mass movement of soil, resulting from the development of erosive processes. So, it is of great importance to physical characterization and identification of these areas within the same city map as a way to minimize the effects and mitigate the consequences of events. Thus, this work presents a series of graduate field campaigns, geotechnical laboratory testing and consultation with representative maps of the physical environment, as a means conclusive for delimintation of areas with potential risk for the occurrence of erosion, especially in areas undergoing urban expansion of the city Aparecida, SP. These areas were determined some geotechnical properties of soils present, evaluating the potential erodibility of them. Also presented are the descriptions of the main characteristics of these areas identified as being at risk, along with proposals to avoid or minimize the impact of problems related to erosion processes on the local population

Uma perspectiva fenomenológica para: o que é o animal no circo?

The relationship between humans and the world around is getting less symbiotic and harmonic, so as with the other animals we share the planet with, mostly about domination of plagues, domination for food, company, work or fun. This last both are responsible for the beginning of the Circus as we know, with the exhibition of wild animals and horses, and have been increased with clowns, acrobats, and jugglers, street artists, getting to be one unified show all around the world, which most of them don´t have animals. Following this tendency, the PL 7291/06 is on process on the plenary assembly to forbidden the animals inside Circus. In that matter, this work is a Phenomenological perspective of the phenomenon Circus’s animals sited beyond the animal rights activists perspective. The Ideographic and Nomotetic analysis of the activist’s speech realize that is no discordance between then. All the speeches agrees that the animal must be out of the circus, and most of them agrees about the cruelty involving the animal´s domination, about that ONGs should be the better destination for this animals, and they shows lack of knowledge about the Brazilian Circus, with or without animals, their traditions and characteristics, so as the lack of knowledge about de ecology and biology of the animals involved.

Estudo de um método para simulação e teste de sistema de freio

The brake system of a Formula SAE car has determinant character in the quality of the project. Any flaw in the design of the brakes, the vehicle is rejected for the competition. The project well done, and its smooth operation, depends on some variables that should be studied and linked to the brake components, as needed by the vehicle. After the calculations, the components were defined according to commercial availability. So it is interesting simulation of braking when the vehicle will be submitted before the implementation of the brake system, saving time and cost. This project also enable the comparison between components from different brands. This work shows the study of a method that would allow simulate and test the brake system in an upcoming project for a bench test
