This essay aims to analyze the book Engano geográfico Marília Garcia, published in 2012. It is a long narrative poem that recounts a trip through Spanish and French landscapes, and which allows to question various shifts of the poetic voice. Casos de ensino relacionados à educação física escolar: uma produção dos alunos do ensino médio

Teaching cases are records, through written narratives, of an academic episode or incident, they appear in educational scenery as a rich strategy not only for the teacher's conformation but also for their investigation. The bibliography shows that young students are still not very much investigated and it contributes to the establishment of negative images of this social subject. In this sense, the objective of this work is to analyze the stories and episodes, called teaching cases, in narrative style, written by students from High School about their physical education classes. The participants of this study are High School students from two public schools from two cities in the countryside of São Paulo state. The researcher stayed in the schools for nine months and in this meantime she made contact with the students, asking, for the ones who showed interest, the construction of teaching cases. For this interested students, the researcher explained researcher explained what teaching cases are, as well as, she presented a template to guide them in the production. At the end of this process, twenty teaching cases were delivered to the researcher. They were analyzed under the qualitative approach, valuing the expressive wealth in the narratives, complemented by the interviews with the authors. Inset the mosaic of narratives and interviews, showing a variety of experiences and possibilities of distance and approximation of the students to the physical education classes, we can indicate that from the 20 cases, only one was set as a total distance from the physical education classes (this is the student's situation since she was in the second grade from elementary school). Mentioning the positive experiences and the approximation to the physical education classes, the association of teaching cases and interviews showed that seven students lived the context and until today present an affective proximity to the classes. Memória ambiental, cultural e turismo no vale histórico do Rio Paraíba do Sul: design de uma pesquisa

This text is aimed at disseminating cultural and environmental wealth of a region little known of major tour operators - which is strongly marked by historical traditions, in a bucolic rural still and by the hospitality of its residents. The Historic Valley of Rio Paraíba do Sul, although located in the Rio - Sao Paulo road lives in the shadow of the remarkable progress of the industrial cities in the main Valley. This paper presents results of research that deepened the knowledge of this region, with notable findings from the standpoint of culture and tourism, regional and national history. Isolated by considerable geographical barriers, this region has two aspects: the rebirth of nature after the decline of coffee plantations, with ecological sanctuaries that can now point toward environmental sustainability, and the formation of a culture with two historical times - refinement inherited from the barons coffee, paradoxically linked to the rustic countryside and modernity derived of its proximity to major centers. The results presented here are part of exploratory research, but were presented at different events, emphasizing the baroque character of practices derived from these two historical times and tourist potential related to the “cultura tropeira” and to hospitality that marks this countryside.

Ensino de português e espanhol em contexto Teletandem: observações acerca de um projeto interinstitucional

Este artículo tiene como objetivo observar cómo estudiantes brasileños de licenciatura, más específicamente, estudiantes de lengua española y portuguesa organizan y ponen en práctica la enseñanza del portugués, en el contexto del TELETANDEM. La intención es comprender (a) cómo son planifi cados los contenidos de la enseñanza de Lengua Portuguesa y (b) ¿Cuál es el impacto de esta práctica a la formación de profesores de portugués y español. Lo principios metodológicos que orientan esta pesquisa están anclados en el marco de la investigación cualitativa, en su vertiente narrativa, basado en los estudios de J. Clandinin y Michael Connelly (1996 ). Los datos obtenidos hasta ahora nos muestran que, debido a la proximidad de las lenguas, este contexto de aprendizaje virtual requiere la presencia de un mediador que señala a los aprendices aspectos que deben ser considerados.

Teletandem interinstitucional português x espanhol

Este trabajo es parte de una investigación todavía en curso y objetiva observar cómo alumnos brasileños de la carrera de Letras - portugués y español - organizan y ponen en práctica la enseñanza del portugués a parejas hispanohablantes, en el contexto Teletandem. Buscamos comprender cómo/si son planificados los contenidos de LP que enseñan y el impacto de las prácticas de Teletandem a la formación de esos profesores de idiomas. Esta investigación es basada en la metodología cualitativa crítica, más específicamente en la visión de Carspecken. Los datos obtenidos hasta ahora muestran que, debido a la proximidad de las lenguas, este contexto de aprendizaje virtual requiere la presencia de un mediador que les señale a los aprendices aspectos lingüísticos y culturales que deben ser considerados.

O ensino de português para hispanofalantes no contexto virtual do Teletandem

Propusemos, neste trabalho, um estudo a respeito do ensino de português para falantes de espanhol no contexto virtual do Teletandem, um projeto que tem como objetivo promover a interação entre estudantes brasileiros, alunos da FCL / Assis - UNESP, no caso, e estudantes de universidades estrangeiras a fim de compartilharem os conhecimentos das línguas que dominam. Para tanto, enfocaremos os aspectos de ordem linguística e discursiva que emergem em sessões de interação em Teletandem entre alunos da universidade brasileira ensinando o português a alunos falantes de espanhol de uma universidade mexicana, tomando como referencial teórico a Análise do Discurso Crítica. Os dados foram coletados durante o ano de 2012. A análise mostrou que alunos com um nível mais avançado de proficiência têm um maior aproveitamento das interações, porque conseguem aprofundar mais os temas e que variáveis como: nível de proficiência, motivação, formação escolar anterior, conhecimento de mundo, domínio de ferramentas tecnológicas e controle da ansiedade diante do novo também influenciam. Devido à proximidade das línguas, esse contexto virtual de aprendizagem requer a presença de um mediador que sinaliza aos aprendizes questões que devem ser consideradas.

Implantes curtos em região posterior da mandíbula

The rehabilitation of edentulous areas with osseointegrated dental implants is a well-documented, predictable procedure in the literature, with high success rates. However, the lack of bone at the recipient bed or proximity to anatomic structures limits the rehabilitation procedure especially at the posterior mandible. Thus, short implants are an alternative treatment for such cases of severe bone resorption. The purpose of this study was to review the success rate of short implants, especially those based in the posterior mandible and to show a clinical case. A literature review was made on electronic databases PubMed and Bireme with articles published between the years 2005 to 2012, using the keywords "short dental implants". It was concluded that the success rates of short implants are similar to those presented by conventional implants but still related to their geometry and surface treatment. Also, short implants can be considered as a viable alternative for the rehabilitation of severely resorbed jaws. However, many authors consider that more research is necessary when a short implant is compared to a long dental implant.

As avaliações externas e suas implicações para a organização do trabalho numa escola da rede estadual paulista: um estudo de caso

This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews.
