This article examines some aspects of the organization of multigrade schooling, taking as reference the state of Sergipe. It describes the profile, the conceptions and pedagogical practices of teachers working in multigrade classes in public schools. The data presented result from a statistical analysis of information collected by Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixiera (Inep) and from researches realized with public school teachers of Sergipe. The research has shown that the organization of multigrade schooling has different patterns and its central premise is the junction of years/grades, disregarding the age factor and inhibiting a possible pedagogical intervention, which considers the diversity of subjects and their lifetime. Therefore, it is necessary that teachers have a closer look at subjects of education in rural areas and build an educational intervention that goes beyond administrative aspects of formation of classes. The analysis of conceptions and practices of the teachers working in multigrade classes showed that the teaching work is obstructed by external determinations and by administrative barriers, inhibiting new reflections and practices that break up with the traditional logic of grades, permeated of excluding elements. The article aims to contribute to the dissemination of reflections and policies in the area of country education, especially for schools organized by multigrade schooling.

Estudo biométrico das furcas radiculares vestibular, mesial e distal dos primeiros e segundos molares superiores permanentes de humanos

Foram analisados 100 dentes primeiros molares e 100 dentes segundos molares superiores, direitos e esquerdos, permanentes, extraídos de humanos, com o objetivo de explorar a região anatômica da furca, mais especificamente realizar medidas das distâncias das aberturas das furcas vestibular, mesial, e distal até à junção esmalte-cemento, e das distâncias das referidas aberturas até às faces radiculares pertinentes: vestibular, mesial, distal e lingual. Utilizou-se para mensuração um microcomputador 486 DX-66Mhz, no qual estava instalado um software analisador de imagens Mocha-Jandel Scientific SigmaScan Pro, version 2.0. Em relação às distâncias das aberturas das furcas até à junção esmalte-cemento foi observado que as distâncias médias para a furca vestibular foram de 3,50mm e 3,03mm; para a furca mesial de 4,44mm e 4,69mm; para a furca distal de 4,26mm e 3,73mm, respectivamente para os primeiros e segundos molares superiores. Em relação às distâncias das aberturas das furcas até às faces radiculares pertinentes foi observado que as distâncias médias da furca vestibular até à face mesial da raiz mesio-vestibular foram de 3,78mm e 3,72mm; da furca vestibular até a face distal da raiz disto-vestibular 3,62 e 3,64mm; da furca mesial até à face vestibular da raiz mesio-vestibular 7,33mm e 6,89mm; da furca mesial até a face lingual da raiz lingual de 4,13mm e 4,33mm; da furca distal até à face vestibular da raiz disto-vestibular de 5,61mm e 5,09mm; da furca distal até a face lingual da raiz lingual de 4,73mm e 4,65mm, respectivamente para os primeiros e segundos molares superiores.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo documentar as atividades realizadas no Estágio Curricular Obrigatório do curso de Graduação em Física Médica, realizado no Laboratório de Farmacologia da Junção Neuromuscular do Departamento de Farmacologia do Instituto de Biociências da UNESP de Botucatu. O estágio englobou atividades relacionadas à Instrumentação e à Iniciação Científica, ambas visando ao estudo da Farmacologia da Transmissão Neuromuscular. Desta forma, neste relatório serão apresentados, inicialmente, uma breve revisão dos aspectos fundamentais da morfologia e da fisiologia da junção neuromuscular. Posteriormente, serão descritos os métodos de estudo da transmissão neuromuscular aprendidos no decorrer do estágio, especificamente, as técnicas miográfica, que permite o registro da contração muscular, e eletrofisiológica, que possibilita o registro de atividade elétrica celular, ambas in vitro. Finalizando, serão apresentados os resultados do Projeto de Iniciação Científica desenvolvido, cujo objetivo foi estudar a ação do extrato etanólico da planta Tabernaemontana catharinensis sobre o bloqueio neuromuscular induzido por toxinas ofídicas na preparação do nervo frênico-músculo diafragma isolado de camundongos

Trailer: análise da linguagem utilizada por esta peça publicitária cinematográfica

This final project intends to discourse about the cinematographic publicity piece that is the trailer and its main features. Its relation with the publicity is studied so we can understand how this relation occurs, once the trailer is found in between the cinema and the publicity. The trailer features are exposed, such as the persuasive features, so it becomes evident the importance of studying this advertising tool from a broad perspective. In addition, we seek to determine its aesthetics, its compositional characteristics and their relevance in movie marketing. The paper discusses briefly about the universe of the movie marketing, as a way of situating the trailer as a tool in a set of publicity techniques that help in selling movies. A case study is conducted, involving the analysis of 5 trailers from different categories of gender, in order to capture the essence of the overall trailer, such from the persuasive perspective as the audiovisual perspective. Finally the is the addition of a current universe of characteristics that can be found in the contemporary trailers, grounded by theorists and film scholars that accompanied the evolution of this advertising tool

The theme approached relates contemporaneous organizational competitive scenario to draw parallels between the organizational structure, Knowledge Management and Public Relations. Many aspects are complementary and can be grouped, enabling the idea of verifying the possibility of a Public Relations work like a manager of Knowledge Management. The objective of this study focuses in analyzing the administration ways of the organizational environment to verify the best kind of structure for the competitive development pattern, then we sought the meaning of Knowledge Management and their results to draw a parallel between the image of the Knowledge Management process manager and the Public Relations professional. A aglomeração urbana de Piracicaba: uma análise da integração funcional entre os municípios sob a ótica do movimento pendular

The growth area of cities has resulted in a phenomenon of conurbation (or expressing tendency). This correspond to a combine of two or more urban cores, there are formations of conurbations. In this way, there are the formations of urban concentrations and can achieve the step metropolitan or not metropolitan. Besides, this kind of expansion generates many social and environmental problems related about habitation, rubbish, drain, and others. Piracicaba, a city in expansion, recently, shows evidences of conurbation not metropolitan around itself. Like this, the paulista government, at June, 26 of 2012, institutionalized the Urban Concentration of Piracicaba, a regional unity, intending the administration along with 22 cities. However, for this fact, must be taken into account functional integration among urban centers, because the number of municipalities are presented to compose a urban concentration of level not metropolitan. It has checked along this research, according with proposition about 22 cities. Thus, the objective of this research is identify and analyze the functional integration among participating municipalities through the commuting, in other words, the spatial displacement of people, important factor to be taken into account when defining urban concentration. Considering the displacement routine people, the commuting, also aimed identify the flow of public transport intercity travel among the cities of Piracicaba Regional Unity. Then, analyze the criteria used for establish the Piracicaba Regional Unity, if it was considered technical character or if it was prioritized the political character.
