Este trabalho teve como objetivo a realização de um levantamento bibliográfico da situação em que a cidade de Rio Claro, interior de São Paulo, se encontra em relação à Leishmaniose Tegumentar Americana, uma vez que, o município foi apontado como foco da doença no ano de 2000 por mídias regionais. O trabalho visa identificar o período de maior número de casos bem como a situação atual da doença na cidade. Este levantamento bibliográfico, contou com auxilio de agentes de saúde da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e Instituto Adolfo Lutz presente na cidade, além de departamentos da prefeitura municipal envolvidos com tema. Ficou evidente que o município enfrentou períodos de surtos da doença, porém, atualmente a LTA está controlada, apresentando poucos casos em relação há anos anteriores. O atendimento aos doentes é oferecido gratuitamente na rede municipal de saúde. A cidade procura através dos órgãos envolvidos com o tema, conscientizar a população quanto ao risco e método de prevenção

This Work focuses the importance of children‟s literature with the insertion of authors‟ like Aesopo, La Fontaine and Monteiro Lobato in the early years of elementary school, so that children could develop their reading that could bring reflections about the use of the language. It entends to show that books can give kids maturity to notice that when it comes to language there‟s not righ or wrong, but contexts that they should fit, in so that they can communicate and decrease the language prejudice. The authors studied in this study are the ones who study the language, the importance of children‟s literature and language prejudice at schools. This work was done through quantitative and qualitative approach, divided into 2 parts, observation and interventions, the research could be in touch with the observed class and get information about the students. Later the researcher could act by telling stories and get data. A third-grade class in a public school in the year of 2010, was observed during the internship in the early years of elementary school compared to another fourth grade class of another public school. The results and analisis oh the data show kids‟ lack of contact with an appropriate children‟s literature, like the fables which are short tales with moral and romance like Emília no País da Gramática by Monteiro Lobato, would make it difficult to learn the production of consistent texts and appropriate language in different contexts. Schools play an important role for kids to be in touch with these good books, so they should have the main role in the children‟s development and background, making them able to be aware of the importance of reading and writing in their lives. Most of the children found it difficult to write texts, but in the end they reached a god level of language related to the proposed context, writing consistent texts, but the part of children still mistake and in literacy and language adaptation

The current work aims to analyze the contributions of PIBID for initial graduation of the teachers, in view of the undergraduates of Physics Course at UNESP Guaratinguetá . A brief literature survey about the national situation of teacher education was performed, at which the main difficulties and challenges, as well as the solutions stated in place by the government to solve them, have been highlighted. A description of the historical of PIBID at UNESP, from the institutional project to reach the subproject developed by Physics Course of Guaratinguetá, was presented. To characterize the development of the subproject, it was performed a survey on the activities performed by the PIBID’s scholars, since its implementation on campus in 2010 until the end of the year 2013, in order to map the experiences lived by program participants. These data were obtained from the analysis of reports by scholars themselves, video analyzes and record of the weekly meetings held by the group, reading electronic messages exchanged on a specific group of e-mails and written evaluations by members of the program. Completing data collection, eleven scholars undergraduates of the program were interviewed, and the results were classified by topics, defined from recurrence in the interviewees speech. The global analysis of the data was based on theoretical references commonly used in research on graduation of teachers, as Nóvoa (1992), Mizukami (2005, 2006) and Gatti (2008). The results indicate that the licensed ones see in PIBID a differentiated opportunity for initial teaching graduation, for adding practical learning experiences for students of EB within the school context, and especially for creating space for reflection on their experiences with the support of more experienced teachers, committed to the training of all involved ones

This research aimed at studying the social role of reading, its importance in building knowledge and training of readers, as well as reflect on the teaching of reading in schools, with children in the literacy process. For their achievement, were used as theoretical support authors who are dedicated to the study of language, thematic reading, and phenomena that occur through it in the school environment, especially those of Bakhtin, Kleiman, Chartier, Foucambert, among others . The research was carried out using the approach of qualitative research, using participatory action research, through which the researcher could have direct contact with the observed phenomena, to participate and collect the participants' actions in its natural context, the from their perspective and their views. As for collecting and analyzing data, we used the tools of questionnaire, interview and participant observation. Its subjects a literacy class and their respective teacher, in 2009. By analyzing this information, one can draw a picture of reading in the school environment and teaching practices that surround this object. The results of the literature survey and data analysis suggest that reading is a social practice, and as such has indispensable social function in society today. And the school, one of the greatest instruments of contact with the world of letters, therefore, of reading for children means not literate, have key role in developing and training of readers who are aware of the importance of reading and perpetuate this practice in their daily lives. It is possible in many countries, perhaps all, there is business groups of pharmaceuticals industry, cosmetics together with the universities that use animals in scientific research and testing for the creation of new products and medicines. Currently is growing discussion about standards and criteria for the use of these animals (guinea pigs) and also increases the number of debates on ethical issues in research with animal models. This research seeks to portray the reality of the use of animals in scientific research academic at the University, specifically to research in physical education, as it has used animals in the areas of Physiology of Sport and Physical Activity, Nutrition for Athletes, among others. Initially is shown the pre-reflection, exposing the laws governing the subject, treating the animal experimentation with regard to its history and the issues of speciesism and the methodological mistake. It reveals what it is and as is the use of animals in education and the inability of the student to change that reality, to refuse to participate in the cruel activity, and even they are aware of their rights as in the case of the withdrawal of consciousness. Presents researchers and universities not use animals and ends the pre-debate showing Who is really the most animal research at the university by providing alternatives for them. We conducted a literature survey on animal experimentation, research universities, and alternative methods. The following is the phenomenon in understanding and awareness of the researchers who use animals in their research, conducting a phenomenological analysis of his speeches, revealing the meanings of their animal research. The focus of this study is, therefore, the analysis of discourses of researchers who carried out research using animal experiments (guinea pigs). O emprego significativo de polímeros na sociedade moderna causou um grande desenvolvimento tecnológico em torno de sua produção a partir do petróleo. Contudo a limitação crescente de disponibilidade e as altas sucessivas do preço do petróleo têm estimulado, cada vez mais, novas pesquisas no desenvolvimento de biopolímeros provenientes de recursos renováveis. O biopolímero dextrana tem origem da conversão do substrato promovida pela enzima dextranasacarase que é secretada por micro-organismos principalmente pertencentes à família Lactobacillaceae. O objetivo desta pesquisa tem por meio do levantamento bibliográfico reunir conteúdos relacionados ao biopolímero dextrana, a enzima dextranasacarase, os micro-organismos produtores e suas aplicações industriais. Devido a algumas características da dextrana (Hidrofobicidade, estabilidade, pureza e habilidade de formar soluções claras e estáveis, entre outras), a mesma apresenta um grande leque de aplicações na indústria farmacêutica, alimentícia, petroquímica e química. As pesquisas que vinculam a dextrana às aplicações industriais estão em plena expansão e sabendo que a produção de dextrana é proveniente de recursos naturais renováveis e de origem microbiana, o momento atual é favorável para um aumento de sua produção, causando a valorização deste biopolímero no mercado nacional e internacional

The present paper is a reflection of studies and analyzes on issues involving the training of Geography Teachers. By realizing this projetc, we aim to analyze the influences of specialization training in the teaching practice of the subjects who graduated in Geography at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Rio Claro Campus. This is primarily a discussion of the university curriculum, the professionals it forms and the current politics of training teachers of Geography. Thus, we conducted a literature review, and will be used questionnaires and interviews with the subjects, graduated in degree course and a BA in Geography in the last four years

O termo Artemídia Sequente expressa um processo artístico-científico realizado na interface Arte-Comunicação-Ciência, apresentado como Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso em Artes Visuais na modalidade Bacharelado. A primeira parte deste trabalho tem como objetivo identificar e evidenciar, na abordagem da pesquisa artístico-científica, algumas das consequências da vinda da linguagem do mangá para o Brasil na produção atual de histórias em quadrinhos, tanto as observadas no mercado editorial tradicional quanto na produção independente. A identificação é feita a partir de levantamento bibliográfico e iconográfico do tema Mangá no Brasil, de estudos de casos com análises de obras de ambas as vertentes de publicação e de contextualização da veiculação digital/virtual. Além disso, também relacionarei os quadrinhos analisados com a Internet para assim estudar seu vínculo com o público através do meio digital. Na segunda parte tenho como objetivo mostrar e especificar a Artemídia Sequente ao relatar o processo completo da produção de uma história em quadrinhos de minha autoria: Dragon Tales, uma consequencia do mangá na publicação de quadrinhos no Brasil. O presente trabalho está inserido na linha de pesquisa Processos e procedimentos artísticos do Departamento de Artes Plásticas do Instituto de Artes da UNESP e descreve: partindo das ideias iniciais, roteiro, concept arts, desenhos das páginas, line art e chegando até a finalização da revista com o fechamento dos arquivos para serem enviados a uma gráfica. A monografia inclui também, como apêndice, uma cópia impressa do primeiro capítulo da história que produzi em forma de revista. A metodologia utilizada foi a Cibernética Pedagógica Freinetiana, desenvolvida no Grupo de Pesquisa Artemídia e Videoclip, do qual é líder o orientador... The development of the sugar and alcohol sector and its sugar cane cultivation has been given in an accelerated way in Pontal do Paranapanema, mainly from the last decade, and with this has taken quick changes in the dynamic socio-economic and environmental of the region, further accentuating some conflicts and dilemmas social and environmental legacy. This work was done in order that these issues are further explored, that of moving towards a greater theoretical-scientific maturity, and even has a better apparatus to support measures (corrective or preventive) that show required anti such conflicts. For this purpose, we used the environmental licensing as a means of doing this analysis, since it is one of the main instruments of control/ regulation of the State against the development of activities of the sugar and alcohol sector. We also used a little of the vast potential of information that is contained in the environmental agencies. In this case, we used six Environmental Impact Study / Environmental Impact Report (EIS /EIR), six Preliminary Environmental Reports(PER), five Characterization of Enterprise Memorials (CEM), among other documents /studies present there. Some of the information, organized and made available in this work, has even greater potential to be exploited. Many studies inform that with aging process there’s a drop, not only in the cognitive functions, but also in the functional fitness. This drop can damage the old people’s daily activities, making them lose their independence. These declines can be softened with the practice of physical exercises. So, the aim of this study is to develop a systematic review in the literature which is the quantity of lectures done using the Square Stepping Exercise, we use a follow keyword “Square Stepping Exercise”. We performed a search in the following databases: PUBMED, Portal de Periódicos CAPES, Google Acadêmico e Catálogo Athena (acervo da Biblioteca de todos os campus da UNESP). Those procedures were complemented for manual searches in the references of the found lectures, like the access to the curriculum vitae, plataforma Lattes. There were analyzed articles, in Portuguese and English. Language were selected 11 studies (2 monografies, 1 masters lecture, 1 experience relatorie, 1 book chapter and 6 articles). The references found had improvement in motor and cognitive aspects. With this review, it was concluded that the SSE showed itself as a useful method to get better and/or maintain the analyzed aspects. It’s also necessary new studies with different populations, tips of analyse, periods of time and other aspects

This study aimed to contribute to the environmental planning of the watershed Embirí stream - UGRHI Pontal Paranapanema (belonging to the Paranapanema Management unit) in the cities of Presidente Prudente and Regente Feijó, São Paulo. This basin is located in the area of the Santo Anastácio river source, responsible for supplying water to about 30% of the population of Presidente Prudente. The methodological procedures based on Leal (1995) and Rodriguez et al. (2004), and the steps include inventory and diagnosis of the basin. We conducted extensive literature review, cartographic and documentary on the subject area of research, field work, preparation of thematic maps and summary chart of physical units and environmental use and land cover, participatory mapping of environmental risks, quality analysis of water. Most of the basin of the stream of twine had a high environmental fragility and the main problems found were lack of riparian vegetation, erosion, siltation of water bodies, irregular disposal of debris and the dumping of sewage. The results were summarized in the diagnosis and can identify the most important environmental impacts, environmental and spatial weaknesses of the legislation, and thus draw up proposals for action to the area that is substantially degraded

O objetivo deste trabalho foi o de buscar compreender melhor o funcionamento linguístico em anúncios publicitários. O corpus se compõe de cinco anúncios impressos, publicados em revistas atuais, dos anos de 2011 a 2012; nos quais foram analisadas as técnicas argumentativas e recursos linguísticos neles contidos, em especial aqueles que contribuíram para criar um clima coloquial, de aproximação da marca com o cliente em potencial. Para a presente pesquisa, foi feito um levantamento bibliográfico dentro da área da Linguística de Argumentação. As análises realizadas buscaram verificar como a linguagem é usada para persuadir o consumidor, principalmente com o uso de metáforas. A partir delas, pode-se verificar que os textos publicitários se constituem uma rica fonte para os estudiosos da língua, já que a publicidade é capaz de ampliar o sentido de uma palavra, se utilizando de diversos recursos linguísticos

O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar questões sociais e econômicas do cotidiano de quatro comunidades quilombola (Cedro, Pedra Preta, Ribeirão Grande e Terra Seca) residentes da Reserva de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Quilombos de Barra do Turvo (Vale do Ribeira/SP), e levantar o debate acerca da questão da luta pelo reconhecimento da posse da terra frente à saída dos mais jovens da comunidade para as grandes cidades. Através dos dados coletados por meio de levantamento bibliográfico a respeito do tema e entrevistas semiestruturadas com representantes das famílias das quatro comunidades, foi possível discorrer a respeito da problemática da saída dos jovens, que afeta diretamente o futuro dessas comunidades tradicionais, bem como a sugestão de alternativas que visando geração de renda para essas famílias e a inserção e o futuro estabelecimento desses jovens no cotidiano das comunidades. Os resultados deste trabalho mostram que esses quilombolas, bem como seus antepassados, formam comunidades essencialmente rurais e agrícolas, com dinâmica fortemente ligada ao meio natural circundante. Quanto às suas práticas agrícolas, as famílias se dividem em dois grupos: os praticantes da agricultura tradicional, também chamada de “coivara”, e a agroecologia, com Sistemas Agroflorestais bem estabelecidos, onde os agricultores são organizados através de uma cooperativa agroflorestal. Essa divisão agrícola, como mostrado na pesquisa, tem reflexo direto na organização social e econômica das comunidades, bem como no processo de preservação do patrimônio cultural desses grupos. A pesquisa apontou ainda para um grande êxodo dos indivíduos mais jovens das quatro comunidades rumo aos grandes centros urbanos, pela falta de interesse destes na cultural local, ou pela busca por empregos regulares, levantando o questionamento sobre a preservação da cultura e do território quilombola de Barra do Turvo

This work has as its theme the role of emotions and affectivity in learning, particularly in science learning, being developed from a literature review. We start from the idea that learning occurs through changes in the neural networks of each individual and that these changes are caused by a combination of genetic and biological factors also influenced by emotions and affectivity. We seek information on the functioning of the human brain, highlighting the neuroanatomy and neurocognition, to understand how the brain processes information, including the feelings and emotions experienced by the individual. Once we try to understand which roles are assigned to the feelings and emotions in different learning theories, emphasizing the cognitive and humanistic theories. Finally, we found some more recent contributions to the understanding of the learning process, to the field of neuroscience. We were led to conclude that there is great scope for research in applied neuroscience to education, since the work, especially in the national literature are still scarce
