The theme approached relates contemporaneous organizational competitive scenario to draw parallels between the organizational structure, Knowledge Management and Public Relations. Many aspects are complementary and can be grouped, enabling the idea of verifying the possibility of a Public Relations work like a manager of Knowledge Management. The objective of this study focuses in analyzing the administration ways of the organizational environment to verify the best kind of structure for the competitive development pattern, then we sought the meaning of Knowledge Management and their results to draw a parallel between the image of the Knowledge Management process manager and the Public Relations professional. The methodology chosen was bibliographic research, by which we noticed the theme relevance, the proposal validity and build a convergence between the skills of a person responsible for managing processes in Knowledge Management and the capabilities of a Public Relations professional. This way adopts a human feature to the managing process, respecting the technical-informational scenario of this area

A institucionaliza����o da agricultura familiar no mercosul

The Mercosul project, signed in 1991, represents the union of a political project, characterized by a democratic agreement among its members, with an economical project characterized by the trade liberalization among its regional members and among these with the global economy. So, it was constituted, with the aim to expand the national trades by the integration, to increase the economic development process with social justice. However, the Mercosul follows the historical trajectory of Latin America integration, characterized by models that aimed the economical development from the strengthening of the industry. According to that, the Mercosul politics are priority for economic issues, focused in the industrialization and trade relations, giving less priority to the social demands. In opposition to such ideas, in 2004 was created the Especialized Meeting about Family Farm (Reuni��o Especializada sobre Agricultura Familiar - REAF) in the Mercosul, that aim to strengthen the public policies of the sector, to promote the commercialization of the family farm products in the region. So, the family farm, a sector historically marginalized from the integration projects, it is institutionalized in the Mercosul. In that way, the aim of this research is to discuss the reasons that leaded to the family farm institutionalization, and also to analyze the advances and problems of the Especialized Meeting about Family Farm

Como se d�� a concep����o de gen��ro na educa����o infantil

This research will try to understand how the concept of gender works at school, since working and discussing the body and sexuality is not a matter to be treated only within the family environment, school is a place for formal and appropriate new knowledge about sexuality, gender and body, in order to be part of the child framework according to adequate theory. At school, which is a place of different social values and especially to build readings world is surrounded by theoretical frameworks appropriate to think of the body not only as biological, but as one that can vary, feel desires and pleasures, changes and growth. This research aims to understand the notes of literature regarding to teaching children about respect for others, how children notice parts of your body, the space they are in, how they build their own and other perceptions, supported by their teachers, how they express themselves and show social rules and behaviors, focusing on building an egalitarian and respectful society regarding to relations between men and women which begin in childhood and is part of sexuality taught at school by teachers. No final do arco-��ris: leprechauns e potes de ouro. A parada LGBT de S��o Paulo: a visibilidade e a contrapartida para uma igualdade de gênero

Desde 1997, todos os anos muitas pessoas se re��nem na famosa Avenida Paulista, cart��o postal da grande cidade de S��o Paulo, para uma manifesta����o contra o preconceito e pelo direito civil dos homossexuais. Em todo o mundo essas manifesta����es se tornaram figura importante do movimento ativista homossexual na luta pelo respeito �� diversidade, para abertura de discuss��es sobre os direitos pol��ticos dos gays, tendo em vista que elas d��o maior visibilidade ��s suas atua����es na sociedade. Com o passar dos anos a Parada do Orgulho dos Gays, L��sbicas, Bissexuais e Transgêneros - GLBT de S��o Paulo tornou-se um fen��meno de p��blico, que desde 2004 ostenta o t��tulo de maior parada gay do mundo. Este estudo se utilizar�� de levantamento de pesquisas e documentos te��ricos que tratam da quest��o, dentro de uma perspectiva qualitativa a respeito da parada, elencando sua import��ncia, seu objetivo, seu interesse e sua milit��ncia, na constru����o de uma educa����o voltada ao entendimento da diversidade sexual.

Entenda RP: campanha de difus��o da profiss��o de Relações P��blicas

The profession of public relations presents itself in Brazil currently as a profession in expansion. However, by it���s time of performance, it should already be instated and legitimatized by society like other areas that even though appeared later, are already known and understood. Therefore, this project intends to seek for answers about the current situation, analyzing since it���s appearance in Brazil until now a days. With this analysis of the whole historic trajectory it is possible to understand the many movements that occur today in the area of public relations that are constantly searching for a legitimating and valued profession. However in this context surfaces a paradox: How to value something that is not known? So this project starts up again a campaign of divulgation of public relations promoted by the ABRP (Brazilian Association of Public Relations), now on the internet using the social networks, seeking to have a wider audience, interaction and reach. By this campaign it is possible to show to different publics the existence and relevance of the profession in the Brazilian context in objective and practice way making it more comprehensible in Brazil

Economia solid��ria e tecnologias sociais: media����o para a emancipa����o social de grupos autogestion��rios

The goal of this paper is to critically analyze the practices developed by Solidarity Economy and to merge them with social technologies, aiming to achieve social transformation of popular groups. This transformation consists in the empowerment of those groups in means of work organization, considering their self-management and also the development of techniques and technologies utilized. Based on the understanding that technical development has no neutral character and it follows linearity within society, a discussion around the forms and uses of technology is conducted here, aiming at the perspective of changes in technologies��� development and also assigning social character to them. To think of social technology requires us to consider the space in which it is inserted, once it refers to a collective demand that belongs to self-managed groups. Therefore, to intent beyond self-management work, new productive forces are discussed here, and also the analysis and adhesion of an alternative technology for popular cooperatives

We realize this days a spacing of individuals, on what concerns their relationships with others. At the same time, the technologies and the possibilities of virtual interaction are more and more present and developed. At this point, we draw a connection between the virtual immersion and the detachment from personal and face to face relationships. Wear this reality, this project proposes a discussion of the communications while transmitting messages and content, as well as a basis for social relations developed between individuals in a given society. From this analysis, we depart for the development of an action joining the Public Relations and Design, while communication areas that when involved, enable the development of an empirical theory for the increased use of social relations, through the feelings

Qual �� o gênero das lutas?: um estudo de caso sobre o boxe ol��mpico

A pr��tica do boxe ol��mpico cresce a cada ano, por��m esse aumento poderia ser mais significativo se o esporte n��o trouxesse consigo tantos preconceitos, estigmas e dificuldade para inser����o na sociedade. As mulheres que optam pela pr��tica do boxe ol��mpico freq��entemente s��o associadas ao que a sociedade considera como ���masculino���. Esse trabalho possui o objetivo de pesquisar quais s��o as quest��es relativas ��s relações de gênero existentes em praticantes femininos de boxe. Para tanto, procura investigar quais s��o as dificuldades, os preconceitos, os estigmas e as vantagens da pr��tica do esporte, buscando relacion��-los com o projeto de extens��o Boxe Ol��mpico, ministrado na UNESP ��� Rio Claro, no qual a orientanda �� monitora. Para tal feito, a metodologia utilizada ser�� uma pesquisa bibliogr��fica, ou seja, desenvolvimento de um levantamento, an��lise e discuss��o da bibliografia sobre o tema, bem como a pesquisa participante nas aulas ministradas no projeto de extens��o. Ainda �� evidente o preconceito em rela����o a praticantes femininos do boxe. Novos projetos e perspectivas acerca da pr��tica do boxe ol��mpico s��o um come��o de uma nova vis��o, dessa vez, contextualizada socialmente, culturalmente e historicamente. Al��m de proporcionarmos viv��ncias reais e experienciais aos alunos, podemos tamb��m contemplar a descoberta de praticantes interessados no esporte de rendimento, mostrando que todas as possibilidades (inicia����o e rendimento esportivo) s��o encontradas no esporte. Conclu��mos, portanto, que a reflex��o, a discuss��o e o aprendizado sobre o boxe ol��mpico �� uma possibilidade para a supera����o de preconceitos e dificuldades diante da pr��tica feminina no esporte. Abrir novas portas e dar espa��o para projetos que proporcionem, al��m da viv��ncia, uma elucida����o correta sobre o esporte �� dar oportunidade para o esporte se desenvolver com maior facilidade.

An��lise da qualidade de vida de pacientes com a doen��a de Charcot-Marie-Tooth tipo 1A

A doen��a de Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) �� a mais freq��ente das neuropatias heredit��rias, mas a sua hist��ria natural �� pouco conhecida. Apesar da maioria dos pacientes apresentarem uma evolu����o com caracter��sticas mais ���benignas���, �� associado �� doen��a com um comprometimento funcional, o que pode ser acompanhado de limita����es e incapacita����es. O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a qualidade de vida de pacientes afetados pela CMT1A. Considerando que a qualidade de vida pode sofrer influ��ncia de vari��veis s��cio-culturais, um estudo neste contexto mostra-se oportuno. Nenhum estudo de nosso conhecimento realizou tal avalia����o no contexto brasileiro. Fizeram parte deste estudo pacientes com CMT decorrente da duplica����o 17p11.2-p12 (CMT1A) que foram avaliados quanto ao comprometimento funcional por meio da aplica����o do SF-36. Esse question��rio �� utilizado internacionalmente para aferir a qualidade de vida dos indiv��duos. Os resultados obtidos foram submetidos �� an��lise estat��stica. Como resultados n��o se observaram associa����es entre o gênero e os dom��nios avaliados para a qualidade de vida. Os dados obtidos revelaram que a qualidade de vida dos pacientes com CMT1A se mostrou comprometida principalmente quanto aos seus Aspectos Sociais (p = 0,02) e Aspectos emocionais (p = 0,04). Adicionalmente, houve uma tend��ncia ao comprometimento da Capacidade Funcional (p = 0,08), sendo que os outros ��ndices de avalia����o de comprometimento f��sico se mostraram preservados. A presen��a ou aus��ncia de ocupa����o parece influenciar os Aspectos Sociais apresentando uma tend��ncia de diferen��a significativa (p = 0,07), possuindo o grupo com ocupa����o valores superiores. Apesar da CMT1A apresentar piora cl��nica ao longo dos anos, a idade mais avan��ada n��o implicou em uma pior percep����o da qualidade de vida no grupo de pacientes estudados no presente trabalho...
