Padrões normativos de gênero em livros infanto-juvenis sobre educação sexual

The concept of gender is relational and refers to the the overcoming of the biological determinism, it has historical and cultural roots going beyond the anatomical differences between men and women. This documental research investigated patterns of sexuality and gender in sexual education books for children and teenagers. Ten books were analyzed, selected in bookstores websites. The content of the books and their illustrations show: 1) stereotypical and naturalized view of femininity and masculinity, 2) patterns of traditional and patriarchal families, 3) romanticized concept of marriage and reproduction, 4) stereotypes of beauty and "normal" body. It is concluded that sexual education books for children and teenagers reproduce normative standards that can stimulate a sexist education and should not be used in works of sexual education without critical reflection.

O consórcio do Rio Jacaré: limites e desafios para a cooperação intermunicipal e para o desenvolvimento regiona

This article has, as its main subject of reflection, a brazilian experience of intermunicipal cooperation named the "Consórcio Intermunicipal pela Conservação da Natureza na Bacia do Rio Jacaré Pepira" better known as "Consórcio do Rio Jacaré", located in São Paulo State, Brazil. Having its origin in 1985, the consortium is considered the first inter-municipal experience of cooperation witch tried to associate regional development with environmental issues. The research, qualitative in the method, designed as single case study and supported by data collected through desk research, systematized information on the projects and activities of the Consortium, pointing among the members those which effectively beneficed from the supposed cooperation, along with the difficulties faced and the context which led the consortium to the state of stagnation in which plunged after 1999. The results showed that, despite its historical and regional importance, the consortium could not be seen as a management model, being weakened by the political and institutional environment, the local realities, the absence of maturity of partners for joint cooperation, in addition to the lack of clarity on the regional dimension of the projects.

A escolarização da literatura infantil nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental: um processo subsidiário aos fins pedagógicos

Literature is a treasure for humanity and for the school. It causes psychological function of the individual, inserts it in the context of various cultures and historic moments, and, by having formative nature, School and Literature are intrinsecally related institutions. But literature is not the end of the first teaching, while the school has the purpose of teaching literature. Literature is not a source of good leads standards; have to be educated without this process to misrepresent. Thus, it was estalished is to investigate the inadequacy of schooling of Children's Literature pointed out by Soares in 2006, is still reality that becomes present in school or if there was any change in that status. Specific objectives were established: 1)Scanning separately in each of the books education system, from first to fifth grade of elementary school, according to the following categories involving education of literary reading: selection of genres and authors; presentation of these genres and no change from one genre to another; 2)analyze the way children's literature is presented by note-books analyzed education system develop the sensitivity of the student for pluris-signification and expressiveness of literary language, while fulfilling its social function and knowledge; 3)review the comprehension activities of literary reading proposed by notebooks to seize their educational goals. Therefore, we carried out basic theoretical research, demonstrating the functions of literature and the teaching of literature in school, and documentary research. Triagem interventiva: a caracterização de uma demanda

This paper analyzes the process of sorting through the intervening demand survey that reaches the Center for Research and Applied Psychology (CPPA) “Dr. Betti Katzenstein” UNESP Assis. The objective was to better understand the reality of conflicts that people face and, therefore, to characterize the patients who seek help in CPPA. With greater understanding of demand, it is possible to trace more consistent referrals and tailor the service to the school clinic profile of clients that demand. Recalling that the actual attendance of screening is already a form of interventional care, because it provides patient care from first contact. This was a documentary research, which had collected their data sheets of the CPPA trials conducted in 2011. 394 screenings were performed. We present the distribution of the demand for sex, age and complaint that motivated the search for care. It can be concluded that the characterization allows a customer routing more efficient services offered at the institution, as it contributes to a better understanding delineated in each case and a reduced number of dropouts in the screening process.

Mídia: material didático ou instrumento manipulador? : o que dizem os estudos?

Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a mídia e o universo didáticopedagógico, e assim como o uso dos meios midiáticos podem contribuir frente a aprendizagem . A pesquisa mostra esse novo aluno, como também esse novo professor, e quais os desafios que ambos passam por usarem os meios de comunicação, em especialmente a tecnologia. Para tanto foi realizada uma pesquisa documental, e diversos autores dialogaram entre si diante do tema apresentado. O estudo pautou-se pela abordagem qualitativa, fundamentada a partir de alguns autores. A pesquisa mostrou que com o avanço tecnológico os jovens se interessaram mais com os estudos, já que a informação ficou cada vez mais rápida, contudo mostrou também que alguns professores têm certo tipo de receio de usar outros materiais didáticos além do tradicional. O estudo também mostrou que apesar dos benefícios que a mídia traz, o importante é estarmos atentos já que tem-se um excesso de informações, e precisamos selecionar uma informação boa de uma ruim

A contribuição dos filmes na formação de professores

Participei do projeto de extensão Grupo de Formação: Diálogo e Alteridade, constituído por graduandos do curso de Pedagogia. Esse projeto está articulado a um curso de extensão, oferecido para professoras coordenadoras, vice-diretoras e coordenadoras pedagógicas do município de Rio Claro, e do qual também participam os graduandos. O curso, ao longo de dois anos (2011-2012), teve a pretensão de promover a sensibilização do olhar através do uso dos filmes. Em virtude das experiências vividas durante o curso e da grande presença das tecnologias em nossa sociedade, a presente pesquisa objetivou compreender quais as contribuições das mídias e dos filmes no ambiente escolar, tanto em relação ao trabalho pedagógico com os alunos como nos processos de formação continuada de professores e gestores. A partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada nos Anais da ANPEd (Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação) e do ENDIPE (Encontro Nacional de Didática e Prática de Ensino) sistematizei a produção científica que trata dos filmes no contexto educacional. Na busca por compreender quais as contribuições dos filmes para a formação das educadoras que participaram do referido curso, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa documental a partir dos registros da pesquisadora e das escritas produzidas pelas participantes do referido curso. Imagem corporal e ginastas: pesquisas e publicações no Brasil. -

The present study emerged from discussions of the Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas Pedagógicos em Ginástica (GEPPEGIN), from UNESP/RC, and had the intention to understand and analyze the existence and discussions on Body Image and Gymnasts in researches and publications over the last decade (2003-2013) in Brazil. Body image refers to the mental representation of the body, structured according to the world. It is known that cultural and social pressures have been imposing an ideal body model and generating consequences as body dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study aims discuss the body image of Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics' athletes. The choice of these modalities is justified by the fact that they are directly related to body image, especially the issue of the necessity of low body weight, beyond the relationship of complex movements and the need of good body awareness (BERRY; HOWE, 2000; KERR et al., 2006). For the development of this qualitative research, a documentary survey were conducted over the last decade (2003-2013) on Body Image and Gymnasts, focusing on researches of strictosensu postgraduate programs, recognized by CAPES, and scientific papers published in journals indexed in Brazil and classified in Physical Education Qualis. For categorization of information related to the theme, was used the organization by the units of analysis proposed by Laville and Dionne (1999). Based on the studies analyzed, perceive a dissatisfaction with body image to most participants from all studies, being athlete or nonathlete. A relação aluno e a escola: a cultura como resgate do prazer de estar na escola

Este trabalho coloca em pauta os problemas de sociabilidade e convivência existentes dentro da escola em busca de algumas respostas e de uma compreensão mais aprofundada sobre os motivos pelos quais alguns alunos não se sentem acolhidos na instituição, o que os afasta da convivência social e reflete negativamente em sua aprendizagem, em sua trajetória social e em seu futuro desenvolvimento profissional. Partimos da hipótese de que o envolvimento de alunos em atividades culturais tais como cinema, música, literatura, teatro, visita a museus, etc., seja participando como ouvintes ou em oficinas, pode, através de suas várias formas, resgatar um convívio produtivo entre alunos e a instituição fazendo-os querer estar na escola, propiciando oportunidades de desenvolvimento a partir da aquisição de bens culturais, complementando a formação intelectual formal. O trabalho visa acompanhar uma turma do 6° ano de uma escola estadual de Rio Claro, participante do Projeto de Extensão Educação, Cultura e Inclusão Social e verificar os efeitos do acesso aos bens culturais no desempenho escolar, nas relações com seus pares, com seus professores e com a instituição. A pesquisa fundamentar-se-á teoricamente na Sociologia de Pierre Bourdieu e nos escritos de Juarez Dyrell sobre escola e cultura. Charges: um olhar estereotipado dos professores

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso, intitulado Charges um olhar estereotipado dos professores, é o resultado de um interesse sobre esse tipo de arte gráfica desde a adolescência atrelada à curiosidade sobre a imagem construída historicamente sobre os professores e sobre sua vida profissional. Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os estereótipos que são atribuídos aos professores nas charges procurando observar características de gênero, de vestuário e de caráter psicológico. Para atingir esse objetivo, teve-se o intuito de utilizar como material de pesquisa as charges do autor italiano Francesco Tonucci que publicou mais de mil charges na Itália e na Espanha. Esse autor procura abordar em seus desenhos temas que mostram a educação formal e informal em seu país, criticando à forma como a educação é tratada, essas realidades se encaixam com a do Brasil em muitos aspectos, e são estes aspectos que forneceram dados para analise. Para desenvolver essa pesquisa se utilizara a abordagem qualitativa, seguindo a metodologia de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. Neste trabalho foram observados os estereótipos atribuídos aos professores e discutiu-se que imagem é transmitida desse profissional por esse suporte de leitura tão popular. Para aprofundar a questão dos estereótipos se realizou leituras de artigos que abordaram a questão dos estereótipos no contexto educacional, além de fontes que forneceram explicações sobre o fundamento histórico que deram razões para que esses estereótipos acontecessem. Quanto às charges se realizou um breve apanhado histórico de como esse tipo de arte gráfica surgiu e porque faz tanto sucesso nos meios de comunicação

O funcionamento de uma escola de ensino integral no município de Rio Claro

EE Prof. Carolina Augusta Seraphim, School of Basic Education Cycle II, located in the municipality of Rio Claro in São Paulo, adopted the new Model School of Integral Education in 2013 from analysis and studies of state and local experiences, as an alternative to the demands of the public. The objective of the study is to characterize the operation of this new teaching model implemented by the Secretary of Education of São Paulo, based on the experiences gained through this school in the city of Rio Claro. This is a documentary research that was grounded on the content analysis of documents relating to the design of the program and the school to be searched. Having the information gathered will be compiled and analyzed using the theoretical framework as bibliographies of authors related to the topic, resulting in discussions about the recovery and casualization of teaching about this new teaching model
