A assessoria do serviço social na gestão das políticas sociais

A obra tem origem nas indagações surgidas a partir da experiência profissional da autora e do acompanhamento, desde sua formação acadêmica, da implantação e gestão da Lei Orgânica da Assistência Social (Loas) em 1993, reestruturada na Política Nacional de Assistência Social (PNAS) em 2004 e recentemente organizada como Sistema Único de Assistência Social (Suas). Ela analisa o processo de assessoria na gestão política de assistência social no âmbito municipal com objetivo de contribuir para o debate sobre a gestão descentralizada e participativa e promover entre os profissionais da área conhecimentos e inquietações acerca do Suas, concebido a partir da Constituição Federal de 1988. O livro defende a ideia de que a assistência social, como política pública universal, redistributiva e de qualidade, é fator fundamental da proteção social brasileira. E que sua reestruturação, que resultou no rompimento com o ultrapassado modelo socioassistencial sustentado no clientelismo, busca avançar rumo à garantia de direitos sociais por meio da inserção da assistência social tanto na prática quanto nos espaços de decisão políticos. Nesse contexto, propõe uma reflexão sobre a ação profissional do Serviço Social no âmbito da política. As reflexões e conclusões da autora baseiam-se de análise de dados obtidos em pesquisa qualitativa realizada com profissionais que atuam em assessoria do Serviço Social na região administrativa de Franca, a Nordeste do estado de São Paulo, formada por 23 municípios de vários portes. Produzindo para disponibilidade: uma aplicação da Teoria das Restrições em ambientes de produção para estoque

The objective of this paper is to present how the Theory of Constraints has recently been dealing with make to stock environments. This new format introduces interesting innovations in terms of the use of simplified Drum-Buffer-Rope method as well as ways to pull production in environments that produce in advance of demand. It also innovates by creating conditions for providing market opportunities based on the explicit assurance of product availability, hence its name: make to availability (MTA). Although it provides important contributions to production planning and control, articles that have directly addressed this issue have not been identified to date in both national and international journals.

In different crops, the seeds treatment with the use of fungicides and/or insecticides has been performed before the storage or in the seeding moment as a guarantee form of longer conservation period and adequate initial stand. However, it is not known if the various products used for the treatment interfere with test results of electrical conductivity of corn seeds. The experimental design was completely randomized and the analysis carried out in a factorial 5x5x2 with four replications. The treatments consisted of five cultivars of corn (DKB 390YG, DKB 185YG, 2B710, AGN-30A91HX and AL Bandeirante) treated with four insecticides (imidacloprid+thiodicarbe, thiamethoxam, fipronil, fipronil+piraclostrobin+thiophanate-methyl), and the control previously treated by the company with fungicides (fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M e captan) and insecticides (pirimiphos-methyl, deltamethrin e bifenthrin), analyzed in two different times (after treatment and at 35 days of storage). Seeds were subjected to tests of germination, electrical conductivity and water content. The results showed that the treatment of corn seeds with insecticides and fungicides doesn't interfere on the test results of electric conductivity, even if the analysis is made after 35 days of storage of seeds.

From one dimension of culture, the word boundary breaks away from the idea of territorial boundary defined a priori as something fixed to the delineation of boundaries. Released this commitment, it can be thought of in other dimensions: as of transition moments of identity experienced by individuals, for women, compared to established norms. Questioning the determinant and connected speech processes of change, they left the banks in which they lived and sought recognition of self, identity and new choices have taken up other possibilities for being, social inclusion, coupled with the guarantee of their rights. Recognizing the existence of this movement, I propose a look at border on the inclusion of women as widows in order to observe the multiple identities of their female protagonists. This reflection aims to take account of social fraying beyond the limits and directions in taxes and if the widow, to expand the boundaries of its meaning and consider the possibility of hybrid subjects, differentiated, and therefore mobile and moving all the time an ongoing performance of operations, as well as contemporary studies have shown about gender relations that take into account the distinctions of race, class, ethnicity, and especially for generations.

A marginalizacao que a privatizacao promove

When people are put aside in the society we have what is called as social marginalization. However there is a wider or even severe marginalization, i. e., the state marginalization, which is the difficulty of the citizen to recognize himself in the state. What is intended here is to identify the main features of such marginalization, its effects upon the state itself and the possible means to overcome it. In order to fulfill this aim it is taken what it is considered to be a meaningfull manifestation of the state marginalization, that is the privatization of public services. These services are usually free but it does not mean that they cost nothing because they are granted by the payment of taxes and so can be at the disposal of everyone. When these services are dealt by the private initiative then a barrier is build and many can only continue to have what should be their right if they pay more than they already do with the taxes. As an example of it we have the privatization of many highways in the state of São Paulo. The contradictions between the private and the public interests were solved by the legal formality but they show themselves to be expression of arbitrariness and indetermination. One comes to the conclusion that the privatization is the identification of the State with the bourgeois and civil society that turns the public thing into a private thing. Despite of all this and also because of all this the recovered knowledge about the meaning of the State and the exposition of this new marginalization may promote an ongoing striving towards a necessary mobilizing process.
