The worry to assess the information Literacy is growing up on literature, which points out the need to verify the effectiveness of information literacy programs. In Brazil, the movement to de actions to assess is turn to the diagnostic line. There are few specific initiatives to assess the development of the programs, called formative assessment. Researchers of the area of education defend assess like a social practical that requires rigor and methods and confirmed that this can‟t be considered just like a measure. Before these aspects, approach to methods and tools for formative assessment of information literacy, the way in the instruments don‟t to be seeing like principal pieces in assess, but like auxiliary tools for the measurement of results and principal as school guiding that are useful for learning.

Potenciais evocados auditivos de longa latência em escolares com transtornos específicos de aprendizagem

Purpose: To study the components of long latency auditory evoked potentials and to compare data from these measures in students with and without learning disabilities. Method: Thirty students, 15 with learning disorder (study group) and 15 typical without learning problems (control group), of both genders, aged 7-14 years, mean age 10 years. They underwent clinical assessment in a clinic belonging to a public university in the state of São Paulo. Following, audiological assessment was performed to determine normal peripheral auditory system and electrophysiological assessment by examining the long latency auditory evoked response. Result: The results showed that there are functional differences between the groups. Increased latency components of long latency auditory evoked potential was observed in the study group compared to the control group. Longer latency values of these components were observed in the left ear when stimulated in the study group. Conclusion: This study contributed to better understanding of the auditory pathway functioning in children with learning disorders and can be a reference for other clinical and experimental studies and thus improve the definition of diagnostic criteria in this population.

Avaliação dos custos da assistência de recém nascidos de mães diabéticas no Hospital das Clínicas -UNESP – Botucatu

The present work had as objective to calculate and to analyze the costs of the assistance of just born of diabetic mothers interned in the units of Joint Lodging of the Maternity and Nursery and UTI Neonatology of the HC - FMB - Unesp. This is a exploratory, descriptive study with quantitative analysis of the data, with just born of carrying mothers of gestational diabetes and of light hyperglycemia, that had carried through the prenatal assistance in the HC - FMB - Unesp, in the period of 1o of January the 31 of December of 2009. The analysis of the data disclosed that the costs indirect and of the assistance to the just born in joint lodging had been of: R$ 160,20 for the group of RN of mothers with light hyperglycemia, R$204,10 for the group with diabetes and R$100,57 for the control. The costs indirect and of the assistance to the just born in Nursery had been of: R$ 494,94 for the group of RN of mothers with light hyperglycemia, R$565,89 for the group with diabetes and R$262,98 for the control. The weighed average cost of the assistance to the just born in Joint Lodging, Nursery and UTI of Neonatology was of: R$ 191,33 for the group of RN of mothers with light hyperglycemia, R$458,58 for the group with diabetes and R$210,48 for the control. It can be concluded that the costs of just born of diabetic mothers and with light hyperglycemia were higher and had similar perinatal results to the one of the control group

Estudo sobre comunidades online de aprendizagem

Atualmente as iniciativas em educação a distância vêm crescendo significativamente, contudo, acreditamos que esse crescimento não veio acompanhado de igual reflexão sobre as práticas dessa modalidade educacional, por isso, esse estudo busca ser uma iniciativa nesse sentido, pretende buscar quais as características necessárias (de interação, da atividade, da tecnologia, visuais etc.) para promover e manter uma comunidade online de aprendizagem. O foco nas comunidades online se deve ao fato de que elas possibilitam elevado grau de interação entre seus participantes, o que as torna desejáveis em cursos de educação a distância, uma vez que acreditamos que a aprendizagem ocorre na interação entre os sujeitos, alunos e professores, as mídias e o objeto de conhecimento. Baseamo-nos em princípios da metodologia qualitativa de pesquisa e nos utilizamos de procedimentos como a observação participante de um curso a distância, intitulado Tendências em Educação Matemática que foi oferecido no primeiro semestre desse ano pelo Grupo de Pesquisa em Informática, outras Mídias e Educação Matemática (GPIMEM), do departamento de Matemática da UNESP de Rio Claro. Realizamos também entrevista com alguns alunos do curso, como forma de tentar melhor compreender algumas questões, além de análise de alguns documentos gerados pelo mesmo, tais como o programa e a avaliação final proposta pela administração e respondida pelos alunos. Para este trabalho definimos algumas características necessárias para obter e manter uma comunidade online de aprendizagem de acordo com a bibliografia específica e buscamos verificar sua ocorrência no curso observado, como forma de buscar elaborar reflexões sobre elas e de contribuir para futuras iniciativas nesse sentido. Proposta de testes para a avaliação de praticantes de handebol

O aperfeiçoamento e evolução do handebol parte do conhecimento das variáveis que são importantes dentro de quadra para um jogador, bem como, para o time por completo. O presente trabalho tem como justificativa a observação e a constatação da necessidade de definir um conjunto de ações para a organização das variáveis relacionadas à seleção e à orientação esportiva de atletas de handebol no Brasil, visando basicamente a identificação do nível de habilidade e de desenvolvimento individual, bem como a definição de ações para melhorar a prática tanto no nível de aprendizagem quanto no nível de treinamento nas diversas etapas da prática da modalidade. Essas variáveis devem ser testadas e quantificadas através de avaliações, as quais devem ser relativamente fáceis de utiliza, garantindo a acessibilidade e funcionalidade das mesmas. Tais aspectos são imprescindíveis dado o crescente numero de atletas de handebol no país, fruto das recentes conquistas (ainda modestas, mas importantes) e exposição do esporte nos jogos pan-americanos do Rio de Janeiro em 2007. Para tanto é proposto uma série de testes, padronizada e baseada nas habilidades e características utilizadas no jogo de handebol.

Seeking new ways to be used in the process of teaching and learning, he turned a look at alternative lines of research, going to value the arts in education, and inside, there has been a major focus of the relationship to both the theater and education. Currently, the theater has been the subject of research in education and has been also widely used as an educational resource, and its adoption by professionals is based on studies showing the contributions of the theater to child development. Tendo em vista a falta de espaços com infraestrutura apropriada para abrigar as atividades acadêmicas relacionadas ao curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” – F.C.T Presidente Prudente - SP, este trabalho propõe a construção de um conjunto de equipamentos com o objetivo de criar uma solução espacial que atenda, a partir das suas formas e funções, as necessidades dos seus usuários, propiciando a convivência dos mesmos e a integração com a sociedade. O conjunto será implantado dentro do campus da FCT Presidente Prudente, e a proposta vai ao encontro com o conceito de revitalização da área escolhida através da integração da mesma com o restante do campus. O objeto em questão trata-se de um conjunto formado por salas de aula, ateliers de arquitetura, atelier plástico, espaços de exposições, auditório, laboratórios, salas de pesquisa e salas dotadas de infraestrutura básica, aptas a receber os mais variados tipos de atividades. A pretensão do projeto é prover espaços adequados ao ensino e aprendizagem das matérias de arquitetura e urbanismo, mas ao mesmo tempo beneficiar todos os cursos do campus e sem deixar de considerar o potencial de expansão de cursos da FCT-Unesp

Políticas culturais, participação e educação: o caso da rede Arte Cultura Rio Claro - SP (2008-2012)

No atual momento as redes sociais, fazendo uso dos meios digitais/virtuais e partindo para ações no real/presencial, têm tido cada vez mais papel político importante nas transformações das relações humanas. Nestas redes há compartilhamentos de diversas informações, documentos e materiais com conteúdos que auxiliam na formação, assimilação e aprendizagem tanto pelos participantes diretos destas redes quanto pelos demais sujeitos e cidadãos influenciados pelas ideais elaboradas a partir destas redes. Este projeto pretende estudar a rede “Arte Cultura Rio Claro” no período 2008 a 2012 tendo como foco a realização da I Conferência Municipal de Política Cultural e as lutas pela criação do Conselho Municipal de Política Cultural. O trabalho abordará: as trocas e compartilhamentos entre os integrantes desta rede, a realização de encontros, reuniões, fóruns; o recebimento do Prêmio do Ministério da Cultura como ‘Articulação da Rede’ e a realização do Projeto “Tuxáua”; a realização das pré-conferências e 1ª Conferência Municipal de Política Cultural; a criação do Conselho Municipal de Política Cultural; entre outros. O objetivo do projeto é avaliar a rede como processo participativo, mostrando a relevância da política cultural para a educação não-formal de uma comunidade, principalmente por conta das pautas desta rede trazerem tanto a importância de valorizar a diversidade cultural, quanto a importância da participação cidadã nas decisões políticas

Aprendizagem dos alunos de 5º ano do ensino fundamental em aritmética e suas dificuldades na resolução de problemas com estrutura multiplicativa

The topic in this work involving the resolution of problems with structure multiplicativa emerged from discussions carried out on the difficulties encountered by students of the first cycle of the Fundamental School in Mathematics, mainly in respect of the arithmetic. The research had as objective to investigate the main difficulties presented by these students when they are faced with a task for a resolution of problems with multiplicativa structure. Were participants, in the first stage of the study, 20 students of the fifth year of the Fundamental School of a state school of public education of the State of Sao Paulo. These students have an assessment containing ten problems with structure multiplicativa answered a questionnaire regarding of mathematics. In the second stage, were selected two students to participate in the think aloud. The data analysis showed that the difficulties presented by the participants were: 1- difficulty to read and interpret the set of problems; 2- select the operation correct; 3- to operate correctly; 4 – Trouble writing

As políticas de formação do arte educador no século XXI: o caso da UNESP no Estado de São Paulo

This paper deals with the training of art educators, focusing on the courses offered at public universities in the state of São Paulo, where, specifically the pedagogical approach of training curricula of grades offered at UNESP, campus of São Paulo and Bauru. In the current situation have been proposed, from training in undergraduate courses, new tasks and responsibilities to work teaching the teacher in order to develop this educational increasingly effective so as to ensure efficient productivity autonomous learner in the process cognitive development in basic education, the teacher being assigned the task of stimulating that process and manage situations of educational work as a way of systematizing knowledge. The research consisted of questioning whether that teacher training allowed contact with the educational resources necessary for teaching, under current conditions assigned by the neoliberal conjuncture educational work of art educator with a view to the formation of aesthetic sensibility of the students from the class working, privileged pupils of public schools, to contribute to establishing the apprehension about the pedagogical training of art educators to confront the reality school, considering the specificity of action of these teachers. Therefore we conducted a desk study of existing legislation and the National Curriculum Guidelines that guide teacher training, correlating them to Pedagogical Policy Projects and curricula of undergraduate courses in Arts Education and / or Visual Arts courses UNESP.
