Autoavaliação e avaliação entre pares no desenvolvimento de projetos orientados pela aprendizagem baseada em problemas: a percepção de estudantes universitários

The study takes as its object the evaluation process of a graduation discipline at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities, University of São Paulo (USP), developed through the methodology of Problem Based Learning (PBL). We consider three distinct and complementary aspects: procedural review (partial and final) student peer assessment and self-assessment. The sample consisted of 17 students from the undergraduate courses. Data collection occurred in two stages through questionnaires with open and closed questions. The qualitativeinterpretative analysis allowed two comparisons: cross (intra-step) and longitudinal (inter-steps). The results point to a trend of students evaluating objective aspects of the work as well as to overcome some difficulties in the development of the project.

The process of product development (PPD) is a strategic factor in which companies seek to identify consumer needs. The relationship of the practices adopted, tools, techniques, among others, can determinate the maturity level of the company in this process. The purpose of this paper is to understand and diagnose the level of maturity of the PDP in footwear segment industry. For the case study, a company inserted into one of the largest poles of women’s footwear in Brazil, located in Jaú, São Paulo State, was researched. The diagnosis is based on the maturity levels of the unified model, reference in the process of product development, proposed by Rozenfeld et al. (2006). The application of the model assisted to diagnose the current maturity level of the company in this process, providing useful information to achieve higher levels of maturity in the PDP.

O lúdico no processo de desenvolvimento humano no ensino fundamental dos anos iniciais

This work was to study how the playful approach occurs in schools in the cycle of Fundamental Education. Know childhood representations from the rise till the present, the importance of playfulness in the formation and development of the child, also investigated the role of schools in the contribution to the process of human development, in view of the process through which pass the grown up most children of the age group studied. The methodology consisted of bibliographical and documentary research on related topics and field research with participant observation with children six years old in the first year of elementary school and conducting semi-structured interviews with teachers of a public school in the city of Bauru. Also analyzes the concepts of teachers on the playful using semi-open interview as the initial resource. We found that 40% of participants are unaware of such term and work with the playful from time to time in the classroom. The introduction of recreational activities in school had a satisfactory repercussion with the entry of other classes in the course of project development. Students were involved, participated in the whole process. However for the playful become effective in school, there must be enough basic training and also continuous education to teachers to break with paradigms crystallized in their teaching practices. Also and above all that, public policies have to consider the children and the children before they become adults as beings with their own identity

L'un des facteurs nécessaires pour qu’une entreprise reste compétitive sur le marché est la création ou l'amélioration d'un produit afin qu’il réponde aux besoins et aux attentes des clients, ainsi, le Processus de Développement de Produits (PDP) est essentiel. Pour la réussite du PDP, il est souhaitable de suivre un système standard de gestion de projet. L'objectif de cette étude est d'analyser la gestion de projets dans le processus de développement de produits dans l'industrie automobile afin d'identifier les possibilités d’amélioration. Par conséquent, nous avons procédé à une revue de littérature sur le sujet, analysé les lignes directrices et les pratiques du processus de développement de produit dans l’entreprise. Comme résultat, il a été obtenu que le système de développement de produits créé par l’entreprise requiert la clarification des outils utiles à la gestion de projet.
