Gestão híbrida em cooperativa de crédito: uma análise a partir do interesse, participação, satisfação e expectativa dos cooperados da COOPERUFPA

The globalization of markets has confirmed for the processes of change in organizations both in structure and in management. This dynamic was also observed in credit unions because they are financial institutions and are under the rules of the Brazil´s Financial System. Given the context of organizational changes in the financial capital has played the traditional management reform is urgent. In organizations credit unions, given its dual purpose, because in the same organizational environment and capitalism coexist cooperative whose logics are antagonistic, but can live through the balance between instrumental rationality and substantive rationality in credit unions. Based on this concept a new form of management should be thought to be able to accommodate the demand of cooperative, community, government and the market. Hybridization has been observed in management practices` COOPERUFPA into dimensions financial, social and solidarity participation with a trend in paradigmatic form of hybrid management, in that it directly or indirectly affect the management decisions in the credit union. The hybrid management is a trend that has been setting the basis for societal transformation, so that credit unions promote actions of welfare oriented cooperative members and the community around the same time that attend the dynamics of market globalization. These actions, in the context of hybrid management should be implemented by COOPERUFPA from the sociability of the remains and the wide diffusion of solidarity culture between cooperative partnership as a way to recover their participation in trade relations, financial and the social collective developement. For the members of COOPERUFPA financial interest is evidenced in greater relevance for the social interest given its dominant relationship as "mere customer" of the credit union, however, the proactive participation of the life of the cooperative credit union is one of its expectative among of participation of to share power in decisions by general meetings. This passivity`s cooperator of the COOPERUFPA in defending the ideals overshadowed the spread of cooperative principles and values of cooperation among them. Thus his conception for COOPERUFPA in the financial dimension, social and solidarity democracy, performed transversely. The COOPERUFPA for not developing an education policy for the cooperation among its members, contributed to a process of collective alienation of cooperative ideals, since the cooperative do not understand the reality that surrounds them as members of an organization whose mission is to social and financial sustainability of its members

Break: o grito corporal da periferia

In order to question a sociology as it considers appropriate the body dimensions, which contributes in a mean singular in relation to body, not only as a matter, but mainly as a producer of knowledge, our research shows a reflection on corporality as the production of knowledge and to understand different perspectives and social logic here in contemporaneity, whose rationality seems to be placed in question through a performance expressed, a lot of 'breaks', including the space, which the dancer break appropriates of a reversed form and not more than linear. Automação da detecção de fraudes em sistemas de medição de energia elétrica utilizando lógica fuzzy em ambiente SCADA

This works presents a proposal to make automatic the identification of energy thefts in the meter systems through Fuzzy Logic and supervisory like SCADA. The solution we find by to collect datas from meters at customers units: voltage, current, power demand, angles conditions of phasors diagrams of voltages and currents, and taking these datas by fuzzy logic with expert knowledge into a fuzzy system. The parameters collected are computed by fuzzy logic, in engineering alghorithm, and the output shows to user if the customer researched may be consuming electrical energy without to pay for it, and these feedbacks have its own membership grades. The value of this solution is a need for reduce the losses that already sets more than twenty per cent. In such a way that it is an expert system that looks for decision make with assertivity, and it looks forward to find which problems there are on site and then it wont happen problems of relationship among the utility and the customer unit. Deciding difference logic in a Nelson-Oppen combination framework

O método de combinação de Nelson-Oppen permite que vários procedimentos de decisão, cada um projetado para uma teoria específica, possam ser combinados para inferir sobre teorias mais abrangentes, através do princípio de propagação de igualdades. Provadores de teorema baseados neste modelo são beneficiados por sua característica modular e podem evoluir mais facilmente, incrementalmente. Difference logic é uma subteoria da aritmética linear. Ela é formada por constraints do tipo x − y ≤ c, onde x e y são variáveis e c é uma constante. Difference logic é muito comum em vários problemas, como circuitos digitais, agendamento, sistemas temporais, etc. e se apresenta predominante em vários outros casos. Difference logic ainda se caracteriza por ser modelada usando teoria dos grafos. Isto permite que vários algoritmos eficientes e conhecidos da teoria de grafos possam ser utilizados. Um procedimento de decisão para difference logic é capaz de induzir sobre milhares de constraints. Um procedimento de decisão para a teoria de difference logic tem como objetivo principal informar se um conjunto de constraints de difference logic é satisfatível (as variáveis podem assumir valores que tornam o conjunto consistente) ou não. Além disso, para funcionar em um modelo de combinação baseado em Nelson-Oppen, o procedimento de decisão precisa ter outras funcionalidades, como geração de igualdade de variáveis, prova de inconsistência, premissas, etc. Este trabalho apresenta um procedimento de decisão para a teoria de difference logic dentro de uma arquitetura baseada no método de combinação de Nelson-Oppen. O trabalho foi realizado integrando-se ao provador haRVey, de onde foi possível observar o seu funcionamento. Detalhes de implementação e testes experimentais são relatados
