The present study aims at making a theoretically reflection about the reconstruction process of democracy that can be observed in the country since the opening political process, which took place with the Geisel´s government in 1974, passing through the first civil president, in 1985, the Constitution process, in 1986, and finally the Constitution promulgation in 1988. It interests to this study analyses the premise that the 1988 Constitution inaugurates the moment in which democracy starts to be reconstructed in the country, and that this reconstruction is made in such a brand new way, once it included the possibility of participation of the civil society in the deliberation of the public politics, what became possible with the creation of new spaces of a gestion shared by the three executive powers: federal; states; municipalities, and with the civil society, in the councils created in those spheres. In this way, this work wishes to focus the opening process to the civil society participation, wich became possible with the creation of the city councils of public politics. It´s about investigating the form in wich the relations set up in these hibrid spaces could be considered democratic, inclusive and promoters of effective participation, checking up tendencies, giving emphasis to regularities and some specifities encountered in the forms of participation, which have been observed in those councils. In order to comprehend the democratic process in construction in the country, the analysis of the relations established by the civil society and the local executive power in the obligatory municipal councils is taken as object of study, passing by the tensions wich evolves institutions and political practices, permeated by the local political culture. As características adquiridas pela GR desde a sua origem fomentaram a criação de infinitas possibilidades de movimento. O sentido estético que busca o belo ginástico, o vínculo inabalável com a música, o entrelaçamento com a dança, a busca por formas inusitadas e especialmente tramadas, configuram esse esporte aberto a diferentes interpretações. Esse estudo tem como objetivo refletir sobre o corpo na GR a partir do seu entrelaçamento com a técnica, a arte e a cultura, além de ampliar a discussão sobre os esportes considerados artísticos no universo da Educação Física. Para tanto, utilizamos a Pesquisa Qualitativa com suporte na Fenomenologia segundo Merleau-Ponty e através da redução fenomenológica e da hermenêutica como modalidade da fenomenologia, utilizada para descrever, compreender e interpretar vídeos de conjuntos de GR simples e misto, selecionados intencionalmente. A escolha dos conjuntos deu se em virtude da relação possível com os conceitos abordados nesse estudo, além da sua representatividade no universo ginástico, principalmente na prova em questão. Limitamos as escolhas coreográficas ao ciclo olímpico 2009 a 2012, por corresponder ao período onde os critérios para a elaboração e avaliação das composições estavam sedimentados. Para favorecer o entendimento do tema elencado dividimos o texto em três capítulos que tratam prioritariamente de cada um dos conceitos básicos que são entrelaçados ao corpo na GR: a técnica, a arte e a cultura. Nas considerações finais, respondemos as questões de estudo e reatamos a configuração essencial à GR como modalidade diferenciada no mundo esportivo

Brazil lives a time of experimentation and maturity as it pertains to managing the use of water, which comes institutionalising increasingly social participation. In Rio Grande do Norte, since 1997, the government has been developing actions accordingly, through the State Department of Water Resources, which has implemented a programme of adutoras within the State and created Water Users Associations, in the installation of dessalinizadores for places where the Adutora was not necessary or not yet arrived, so that should be managed by communities through associations of users. Since 2003, Civil Society Organisations - CSOs come through ASA - Articulation in the Semi-arid Brazilian, implementing the P1MC - Program of Training and Mobilization for Social Living with the Semi-Arid (One Million Rural Cisternas), in its third year of implementation in Rio Grande do Norte, in the spirit of working together with the semi arid. In the municipality of Serrinha / RN which incorporates the Semi-arid region, we find in the rural community of Pendêcias dos Emídios the experience of the State and Civil Society, which referred to a discussion about the environmental sustainability of these initiatives. The general objective of this work is to examine the strategies for participatory management in the use and access to water in the community of Pendêcias dos Emídios of the municipality of Serrinha / RN, to understand how those experiences can contribute to environmental sustainability. The methodology used envolvel bibliographic research in categories involving each article, the analysis of the terms of reference of each strategy as part of the documentary research, the application forms covering 40 families benefited, and interviews based on comprehensive analysis of the speech. This study is divided into 02 articles, where the first is a discussion held on collective action and environmental sustainability, and the second is held a discussion about the sustainability of the initiatives underway to access water. The results of the discussion held on 02 articles that had their empirical built from the experience of the Commonwealth of Pendências dos Emídios revealed how far will the ability of the State to promote collective action and the limitations of the perception of sustainability that permeates these initiatives in the search for democratic access to water in semi-arid

A discussão a respeito de perspectivas críticas no cenário da Educação Física é relativamente recente. Nesse sentido, nos propusemos refletir sobre a ginástica rítmica no âmbito escolar a partir de uma visão crítica, tendo como alicerce teórico-metodológico as abordagens crítico-emancipatória (KUNZ, 2001) e crítico-superadora (COLETIVO DE AUTORES, 1992), bem como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais de Educação Física (BRASIL, 2001). Delimitamos nosso universo de estudo perpassando, historicamente, dos Movimentos ginásticos europeus ao contexto olímpico mundial para então, situar a entrada da ginástica rítmica no Brasil e sua inserção na escola e por fim, apontar e refletir perspectivas críticas do ensino da ginástica rítmica como conteúdo das aulas de Educação Física
