Análisis de Ensino de la geografía usando las representaciones cartográficas en el ciclo 2º en las escuelas públicas de Navidad - RN, en la vista de la relación teo'rico-pra'ctica dividida en dos, en cuanto a la aplicabilidad verdadera de estos recursos en la educación de la geografía. Este análisis entiende una revisión bibliográfica, a la luz de teorías y de conceptos en el proceso de la educación y de aprender de la geografía y el uso de los recursos de los geocartográficos el largo de historia. El objetivo para caracterizar pertenecer al espacio de la escuela, a la escuela en la comunidad, a la educación de la geografía y al uso de los recursos cartográficos, la importancia de los recursos didácticos como ayudas de los metodológicos en la educación de la geografía, la dirección de señalar soluciones para mejorar las lecciones en Ensino básico, y comtemplaba preguntas primordiales relativas a los profesores prácticos; para la comprensión, mientras que profesional de la educación, la lucha para la valuación de la enseñanza y la educación pública; para la importancia social de la mejora de la formación de profesores de la educación básica, en el ejercicio completo de las actividades de enseñanza, y para el acceso a las fuentes y a los espacios de la investigación donde ejercemos la función del profesor del formador en el Instituto de Educación Superior Presidente Kennedy IFESP

O Curso Normal de 1º Ciclo em Assu/RN (1951-1971)

The aim of this research is the analysis of the history of the Normal Course in the 1st period in Assu, Rio Grande do Norte, since its foundation by the state law no. 621, de 06 December 1951 until its demise, with the implementation of the Course of the Magisterium, by Federal Law 5692 from August 11, 1971. The goal is to answer how it was constituted the operation and the educational practices of this institution, teacher trainers, throughout its existence. For this, we analyze the institution's documents in focus interviews, legislation, of the education, newspapers and books of the season, guiding itself by the studies of Chartier (1991), Elias (2001), Certeau (2001), Frago (1995), Magalhães (2005) and Julia (2001). When dealing with an educational institution, the central category of analysis is the school culture, in which supported the cutting of specific categories of study: the entrance into the Normal Course, the conferring of a degree, the "Normalista Week‖ in Assu and formative elements. The Normal Course from 1st cycle formed teachers in a basic level, differing themselves from schools of teacher education of 2nd Cycle. It was founded in Assu as Regional Training Course and called Ginásio Normal in 1961.In the temporal cut studied, 279 women and 07 men were graduated as Regents of Elementary School, demonstrating a school attended virtually by women. In the narrative, it is restored to the inclusion of female students in the Normal Course, focusing on the processes of registration and the admission exams, graduation events, imbued with discourses on the social role of the teacher and the Party Normalista Week, which valued the sense of belonging with of students to the profession. Through theater plays in the school, of practices forming behaviors and stages of female students in elementary school, training elements are reassembled, demonstrating the discourse of modern education intermingled with the Christian Catholic values of the culture for female education. The reconstruction of the historical identity of this institution sometimes close, sometimes unique, when confronted with other schools of teacher training brings a contribution to the setting of the history of schooling in the state of Rio Grande do Norte

Biodistribuição de samário -153- EDTMP em ratos TRATADOS com docetaxel

A dor óssea decorrente das metástases é um sintoma comum nos tumores avançados de mama e próstata. Nenhuma opção terapêutica isolada é completamente eficaz, e uma série de modalidades costuma ser empregada, entre eles a terapia com radiofármacos, como o samário153-etilenodiaminatetrametileno fosfonato (EDTMP-153Sm). O docetaxel, um taxano com ação sobre tumores avançados de mama e próstata, tem-se apresentado como uma nova opção de tratamento quimioterápico. Muitos pacientes fazem uso simultâneo de EDTMP-153Sm e docetaxel. Este estudo procurou avaliar a influência do docetaxel na biodisponibilidade de EDTMP-153Sm em ratos Wistar, aleatoriamente alocados em 2 grupos de 6 animais cada. O grupo DS (docetaxel/samário) recebeu docetaxel (15 mg/kg) intraperitoneal em dois ciclos com 11 dias de intervalo. Os ratos do grupo S (samário/controle) não foram tratados com docetaxel. Nove dias após a quimioterapia, todos os animais receberam 0.1ml de EDTMP-153Sm via plexo orbital (25μCi). Após 2 horas, os animais foram mortos, e realizaram-se análises de amostras de cérebro, tireóide, pulmão, coração, estômago, cólon, fígado, rim e fêmures. O percentual de radioatividade por grama (%ATI/g) de tecido de cada biópsia foi determinado em contador gama automático (Wizard-1470, Perkin-Elmer, Finland). No 9º dia após 2º ciclo de docetaxel, os ratos tiveram perda de peso significante, passando de 353.66± 22.8g (controle/pré-tratamento) para 314,50±22,09g (p<0.5). Os %ATI/g nos órgãos dos ratos tratados com EDTMP- 153Sm e docetaxel tiveram redução significante nos fêmures direito e esquerdo, rim, fígado e pulmão, quando comparados aos animais não tratados com docetaxel. Em conclusão, a combinação de docetaxel com EDTMP-153Sm foi associada à menor concentração do radiofármaco em órgãos alvo. Futuras investigações sobre o impacto do docetaxel na biodisponibilidade do EDTMP- 153Sm poderão complementar estes achados. Deve-se ressaltar o caráter multidisciplinar deste estudo, que contou com a participação ativa e com a troca constante de conhecimentos entre profissionais das áreas de Medicina Nuclear, Cirurgia, Oncologia, Biologia e Estatística

Quando as professoras se encontram para estudar matemática: saberes em movimento

This text results of a research in an Education Doctorate about teachers, professional background, formation, teaching knowledge and abilities. In this text, it s described the history of a study group in mathematics education composed by teachers who teach mathematics in the 2nd cycle of Ensino Fundamental (5th year of schooling), all belonging to the same school of the municipal public schools network. It presents the trajectory of the collaborative group, in all particularities, singularities, and the constant search to become collaborative. This trajectory was marked by the stories of it s participants in the ceaseless path to constitute teachers, by the sharing of knowledge, by the process of collaboration, by the thinking about the teaching practice, and by the personal and professional improvement of the teachers that form the group. The interpretative and qualitative research had as its investigation field the study group. The data supplied by the collect instruments indicate us that the collaboration between the teachers, the access to specific knowledge of mathematics area, the reflections about the teaching practice in a given context, are paths that lead to and make possible the re-elaboration of the teaching skills by teachers that teach mathematics to the first years
