O comportamento técnico-administrativo dos servidores em exercício nas unidades sanitárias do Departamento de Saúde da Grande São Paulo. 1 e seu reflexo no atendimento a comunidade: (estudo realizado nos centros de Saúde da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde na região do Butantã, Vila Mariana, Belenzinho, Vila Prudente, Jabaquara e Santa Cecilia, do município de São Paulo)

A presente monografia dentro de um tema abrangente como a Saúde Pública no Brasil, propõe-se, neste estudo, realizar uma análise de como a organização "Secretaria de Estado da Saúde de São Paulo" procurou equacionar os aspectos administrativos para que a programação substantiva de saúde pudesse ser implantada e executada. Retrata a conduta da administração no complexo: dirigente e subordinados, analisando em que bases racionais estão sendo desenvolvidos, no interior da Unidades de Saúde pesquisadas, as complexas atividades e Funções da Instituição. Aborda o tema "Desenvolvimento Organizacional", interpretando as mudanças ambientais, elaborando opções de inovação para as organizações evoluírem. Analisa as condições necessárias à inovação e adaptação organizacional, conduzindo a maior satisfação dos indivíduos participantes e maior eficiência das unidades estudadas. Examina, do ponto de vista de execução das atividades, sob que prisma os conflitos e a consequente relação de poder são percebidos e aceitos pela Equipe de Saúde e pela comunidade usuária.

Um século de tradição: a banda de música do Colégio Salesiano de Santa Rosa (1888-1988)

A música nos colégios salesianos sempre ocupou um lugar de destaque, pois na pedagogiade Dom Bosco é considerada importante fator educativo, devido a seu grande poder deinfluência no espírito dos jovens. Para Dom Bosco, uma escola sem música é um corposem alma , afirmação que explicita o valor pedagógico da música. Ainda segundo ele, aalegria é o elemento básico da educação, e a música expressa esse estado da alma. Estetrabalho visa valorizar a Banda de Música do Colégio Salesiano Santa Rosa, de Niterói,RJ, em sua trajetória de mais de 100 anos de atividade ininterrupta, e resgatar umamemória que tende a se perder. A banda sempre esteve à frente das festas cívicas,contagiando o público com marchas e hinos patrióticos, comandando desfiles escolares,impondo sua cadência e expressando através da música o sentimento de sua comunidade.Esta pesquisa surgiu da observação de que os trabalhos sobre bandas tinham como pontoprincipal a questão do ensino musical, mas não o valor pedagógico da música. Tambémnada havia sido escrito sobre a Banda de Música do Colégio Salesiano Santa Rosa. Assim,por meio da documentação histórica e da memória como suportes de reconstrução dahistória dessa banda secular, este trabalho lança um novo olhar sobre o tema.

A democratização da política pública e o fortalecimento da cidadania. Conhecendo o projeto Casa Brasil : unidades Vitória e Vila Velha

The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the Casa Brasil Project and its contribution for promoting actions related to citizenship in Vitoria and Vila Velha cities. The essay was led through a theoretical discussion about citizenship, public space, social participation and public politics. Thereafter thematic interviews based on a non-probabilistic method were done with seventeen people such as public power representatives, organized civilian society and community. The speech analysis was used for data treatment. Some negative and positive aspects referred to citizenship and public power were identified. The aim of the research was checking if there is any encouragement to a genuine and consciousness participation of the society for the structure and continuous citizenship practice. The Casa Brasil Project experience in Vitoria and Vila Velha demonstrates that its sustainability and effectiveness depend on how interacted and committed the strategic stakeholders are, since the condition of local institutions influences the model of social mobilization and individual participation. Besides, this essay shows it is necessary: to improve the citizen involvement ¿ by implementing the board of directors, which assures public participation in order to stimulate the community to take the unity control ¿ to grant democratic feature to the public power, and to increase citizenship.

A influência da personalização dos serviços na satisfação do consumidor de remédios de uso contínuo nas farmácias do município de Vila Velha - ES

Este estudo procura identificar como o marketing de personalização pode ser desenvolvido, quais suas vantagens e quais os cuidados a serem tomados antes de seu uso. Analisa até que ponto a personalização gera satisfação a consumidores de medicamentos de uso contínuo em farmácias do município de Vila Velha, ES. Para a obtenção dos dados, faz uso de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e, em seguida, de uma pesquisa de campo, que envolve uma amostra de 90 sujeitos, selecionados intencionalmente por meio de abordagem técnica nãoprobabilística. Coleta os dados sobre esses sujeitos por meio de uma entrevista. Mostra os resultados de maneira descritiva, analisando-os à luz do estudo teórico feito. Conclui que a personalização de atendimento, neste caso, geraria satisfação e/ou o aumento considerável do grau de satisfação já existente.

O Impacto da tecnologia da informação no ensino do curso de graduação em administração de empresas: estudo de caso do Centro Superior de Vila Velha

This study analyses the impact of Information Technology used in the undergraduate course of Business Administration at Centro Superior de Vila Velha. The Information Technology considered in the study is computer connected to the Internet, projectors, televisions and VCRs. To support the analysis, a survey was conducted in three different groups: directors (shareholders, principal, dean and chairperson), faculty and students. A questionnaire was developed for each group and validated through discussions and critical reviews by the academic committee for of this study. Items and questions were explicitly defined from the literature and based on expert opinion to provide respondents with a common understanding of the questions. The questionnaire used in the directors group focused mainly on motivation and on the investment planning for Information Technology in the institution. For the faculty and student groups, the questionnaire focused on the extent to what the group use of IT for classes and assignments, and to what extent the faculty understands the availability of IT to be used. The instrument was sent each person, for directors and faculty, and applied during class for students. The results show that although faculty and students perceive Information Technology are important for research and as a tool in the teaching and learning process, the available IT in the institution has been used under its capacity of utilization.

Estratégias para a superação de problemas locais à Vila do Abraão e sua relação com o desenvolvimento sustentável do turismo

This study evaluates how the interaction among organizations located in Vila do Abraão, in Ilha Grande, Rio de Janeiro State, has contributed to the sustainability of this locality. An analysis of the island¿s local problems showed that firms informality and solid waste management practices were bringing damaging consequences to the island, and that this local productive arrangement (APL) has been able to collectively find solutions to such issues. These solutions basically encompassed: a) choosing estrategies the lead to a self-sustained model and not traditional way dependent on tax benefits; b) recognizing that the solutions to these problems involved the common action of public and private sectors and the civil society, and that various artifices should be used to establish such cooperation; c) the presence of actors outside the APL who played an important role in overcoming the problems of the cluster; d) using transparent legal instruments that defined the rights and obligations of each party and e) tripartite social entrepreneurship actions through NGOs to help solve problems common to the whole island.

Como ajudar a fidelizar clientes: o caso das lojas Quero Quero S. A . Filial de Santa Rosa - RS

Deep Changes in the consuming market are demanding a high level of competitive skills from all kind of companies, mainly those directed to sales of consumer goods. How to engage customers is a key factor, a competitive skill, to be learned from successful practices. This Master dissertation is concentrated on the case of a department store, a successful branch of an organization called Quero-Quero, in south of Brazil. Observations, interviews, and a survey, and its analysis, lead to the identification of informal practices and instruments they use to establish durable links with customers. Also the role of all stakeholders is considered both in the survey and analysis.

Acumulação de competências tecnológicas e os processos subjacentes de aprendizagem na indústria Mmtal - mecânica : o caso da empresa AGCO comércio e indústria LTDA em Santa Rosa - RS

This dissertation enfoca the relationship between technological competences accumulation and the learning underlying processes. This relationship is examined in the company AGCO Comércio and Indústria Ltda, during the period of 1970 to 2000. It is of a company metal-mechanics, agricultural machines manufacturer. In other words, the dissertation examines the processes technological learning implications for aA technological competences accumulation in the company in study. The dissertation enfoca the competences accumulation for three technological functions: processes and organization, products and equipments. The learning processes are examined to the light of four characteristic: variety, intensity, operation and interaction, from the structure existing analysis use in the literature. Based on study of individual case, this study found that the technological competences ways to accumulation in the studied company are associates to the several processes used to acquire technological knowledge and converts him in organizacional. Ademais, the simple incidence of these processes in the company didn't guarantee in the company a positive implication for the technological competences accumulation. The company accumulated level middleman-superior technological competence (level 6) to accomplish production and function products function processes and organization activities, and intermediary level (level 5) to accomplish function equipments activities. In haves to characteristic key, the learning processes introduce an oscillation differentiated along time: the variety oscillated of moderated the several; the intensity of intermittent the continuous; the operation of bad the good; and the interaction of weak the strong. Through the existing structure use in the literature, however applied to a previous studies different industry, this dissertation suggests that must there be an organized , continuous effort and integrated for the knowledge generation and sowing in every company in order to the technological training accumulation be accelerated in the company.

Gestão de Unidades de Conservação: Um Estudo de Caso do Parque Estadual de Vila Velha

Looking for solutions for the preservation of the biological wealth, important for the man's life on earth, the units of conservation were created and they have as objectives the conservation, the accomplishment of scientific researches, the environmental education and the leisure. So that their objectives are reached, their use and administration should be drifted so that their perpetual preservation is guaranteed. it is essential the presence of a determined administration in looking for improvement alternatives, support of the society and important financial resources for their maintenance. The objective of this work is of analyzing, through the case study, the problems faced in the administration of the units of conservation, what take to a deficient administration of the protected areas committing their preservation. Using concepts and beginnings of general domain and bibliographical citations, themes are discussed such as planning, paper of the handling plan, human training, administration responsibility in the units of conservation and the tourism in the units of conservation. After the study of the bibliographical referencial an accompaniment of the problems as was as accomplished faced by the state park of Vila Velha and in the way as it has been administered, well with a relationship among the principal problems faced by the park and for the other units of conservation in the administration of the patrimony of the biodiversity.

Turismo e desenvolvimento sustentáve l: o caso da Vila do Abraão

This present work has the objective to analyze the perspective of the sustainable development from the promotion of the tourism in Vila do Abraão, Ilha Grande. For this, was available the five dimensions of sustainable ¿ ecological, economic, social, space and cultural ¿ from the own words of the actors involved with the reality of the studied place. The research was applied as a study of case and had as objective to discuss the tourist¿s projects from Vila do Abraão, considered the viability of its sustainable. The discussion wasn¿t restricted to the economical aspects, but also the social-cultural and environment implications caused by tourism. The dialect method was used. Natives, residents, businesspeople, tourist, authorities, association representatives and others, were interviewed. They were questioned about negative and positive aspects from the local tourism, getting the chance to opinion. The segmented arguments of these actors made the base for new knowledge. This present dissertation arrived at some significant conclusions to the problems that represent barriers to the sustainable mentioned above. In conclusion, were set problems related to government body, whose political interest and insufficient recourses compromise the performance.

Indicadores de qualidade e produtividade : um estudo nos hospitais de Santa Maria/RS

Apresenta a realidade dos hospitais, no tocante aos aspectos da qualidade e produtividade, bem como indicadores de qualidade e produtividade na área hospitalar.Trata das dificuldades impostas pela complexidade dos hopitais, da falta de prática de trabalhar com base em indicadores, como parâmetro para avaliação do desempenho do hospital e de sua administração. Mostra que tampouco há tradição em analisar o hospital como empresa, não só nos aspectos qualitativos, mas também nos aspectos quantitativos.Propomos que os indicadores sirvam, igualmente, ao palnejamento e à organização dos hospitais

Pólos tecnológicos: comunidades modernas ou tradicionais?: o caso de Santa Rita do Sapucai - MG

Esta dissertação trata do relacionamento da comunidade de .Santa Rita do Sapucaí (MG), que tinha como única atividade produtiva a agropecuária, com as instituições de ensino e pesquisa na área de eletrônica e indústrias de produtos de tecnologia avançada, instaladas no município, na década de 80. O objetivo deste estudo de caso é averiguar as transformações que a instalação de um pólo tecnológico pode gerar em uma comunidade rural. Para tanto, utiliza-se de uma análise crítica da teoria da modernização, tal como concebida nas políticas mais amplas de industrialização do Estado, e da visão dual da sociedade brasileira. Também avalia a forma como se dá a introdução de novas tecnologias no pais e suas implicações na relação cidade-campo. Análise dos mecanismos administrativos para a gestão urbana das cidades gêmeas dos estados do Paraná e Santa Catarina

A dissertação desenvolve-se em dois capítulos. O primeiro é sobre a pesquisa teórica, relacionada ao tema,e o segundo é sobre a pesquisa "in loco" do quadro real das cidades. Procuro também avaliar um pouco da atuação do poder público na área urbana desta aglomeração, e apresento algumas conclusões a respeito.

Os impactos da abertura da economia brasileira sobre o desenvolvimento do estado de Santa Catarina

O trabalho explica o desenvolvimento do Estado de Santa Catarina entre 1990 e 2000e a possível influênciada abertura da economia brasileiraneste processo. Aborda o processo de industrialização do Estado e suas relações comerciais com os principais blocos econômicos do mundo. E verifica as ações dos principais atores presentes em Santa Catarina que contribuíram para o desenvolvimento.
