Amergo är ett företag som inriktar sig på att köra ut bland annat frukt och fika till dess kundföretag. I dagsläget utför kundföretagen beställningar via telefon eller e-post. Jag har fått i uppgift att utveckla ett webbaserat IT-system som ska ge kundföretagen möjlighet att utföra och ändra sina beställningar utan Amergos direkta inverkan.Under systemutvecklingens gång har jag tagit Hultgrens (2007) teorier om eTjänster till hjälp för att på ett systematiskt sätt analysera systemet, eller eTjänsten. Denna analys resulterade i en rad frågeställningar vilka är tänkta att vara till hjälp vid vidareutvecklingen av eTjänsten.Därefter har jag, med hjälp av ovan nämnda frågeställningar, analyserat hur eTjänstens relationer kan byggas ut genom att tilläggstjänster skapas.

The internet has revolutionized the way we socialize, and as a consequence the way to love. The new communication technologies have facilitated intercultural relationships. Nowadays family relations are one of the major factors in immigration to European countries. Family relations means persons who arrive as family dependents and in accordance with laws regulating family reunification. This thesis aims to apply the classical assimilation theory stated by Milton Gordon (1964), which formulates a series of assimilation stages through which an individual must pass in order to be completely assimilated. In accordance with this theory, marriage is the final phase for a newcomer to fully incorporate into the host society. Thus, based on this presumption and other contemporary theories, the present study has analysed how women who get involved in intercultural marriages based on internet meeting experience these assimilation stages and evaluated the resources used by respondents to incorporate themselves into Swedish society.The main goal of the study was to determine if jumping to the last stage of assimilation does assure the incorporation in the social or/and labour spheres and the findings demonstrate that even though husbands are a valuable resource for assimilation, several cultural issues in Swedish society make it difficult to assure success for the newcomers.On the other hand, Sweden is a country with a strong national sentiment and the assimilation of immigrants still is an important issue to deal with. The Swedish Integration Board has disappeared and major projects for integration have been left in the hands of the municipalities or the Migration Board, institutions that still do not know how to deal with this dilemma.

The Farming of Bones deals with issues surrounding the dynamic connections between identity and boundary construction in post-colonial context. It will present an analysis of how the novelist problematizes and communicates her idea of social and national identity construction to her readers and how the readers can identify themselves with the struggles and challenges of the protagonist Amabelle who is trying to find her own identity. This essay will show how Danticat’s novel contributes to an understanding of national identity beyond borders and makes the reader take the role of an individual who constructs her identity by uncovering moments of raw humanness. Until now, no literary scholar has examined the protagonist’s therapeutic role in bridging this social and national gap. Instead critics have discussed other issues of the novel like crossing and re-crossing the border, love, dreams, etc. Although this scholarship has been very effective and rewarding, it lacks any focus on the complexity of the characters’ identity construction. Therefore, this paper will reconsider Danticat’s The Farming of Bones with a closer attention to the question of identity.

Amyotrofisk Lateral Skleros, ALS, är en neurologisk sjukdom vilken leder till att samtliga kroppens muskler förtvinas och dör. Då sjukdomen saknar bot blir all behandling symptomatisk och individuellt anpassad för varje enskild persons behov. I denna systematiska litteraturstudie har det sökts efter olika sätt att stötta denna patientgrupp då syftet att belysa hur vi som personal kan hjälpa och stötta personer med ALS relaterad dysfagi och andningsproblem till en så bra tillvaro som möjligt skulle belysas.Författarna har funnit att omvårdnaden sällan sätts i fokus. Det är istället de lösningar som tar bort symtomet som fått fokus i flertalet av de artiklar som granskats. Att hjälpa dessa personer till trygga och oberoende människor som kan fortsätta att leva istället för som många av artiklarna visade då det gjordes insatser som ledde till att personerna blev mer bundna till sina anhöriga och sina vårdare.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka vad Snöå lanthushållskola 1909-1989 var. För att undersöka detta användes tillgängligt arkivmaterial angående Snöå lanthushållsskola, framförallt verksamhetsberättelser och årsredogörelser. Undersökningen visade att syftet med startandet av skolan framförallt var att skapa dugliga husmödrar som i sin tur genom att sköta hushållet på rätt sätt skulle göra sina män till bättre arbetare/lantbrukare och höja produktiviteten. Skolans undervisning var länge inriktad på att utbilda kvinnor i lanthushållning men då samhällets behov utav detta minskade blev utbildningen allt mindre inriktad på självhushåll och mer på hushåll. Efter detta var skolan ofta endast ett led i en yrkesutbildning och i dess sista fas bytte skolan namn och kom att syssla med rena textil- och kostkurser, även detta i samklang med samhällets behov. Skolan hänger alltså med då samhällssynen förändras, från att kvinnorna skall vara duktiga på att sköta hemmet, till att de ska vara duktiga yrkeskvinnor inom de yrkesområden som anses passa dem.

The purpose of this project is to update the tool of Network Traffic Recognition System (NTRS) which is proprietary software of Ericsson AB and Tsinghua University, and to implement the updated tool to finish SIP/VoIP traffic recognition. Basing on the original NTRS, I analyze the traffic recognition principal of NTRS, and redesign the structure and module of the tool according to characteristics of SIP/VoIP traffic, and then finally I program to achieve the upgrade. After the final test with our SIP data trace files in the updated system, a satisfactory result is derived. The result presents that our updated system holds a rate of recognition on a confident level in the SIP session recognition as well as the VoIP call recognition. In the comparison with the software of Wireshark, our updated system has a result which is extremely close to Wireshark’s output, and the working time is much less than Wireshark. In the aspect of practicability, the memory overflow problem is avoided, and the updated system can output the specific information of SIP/VoIP traffic recognition, such as SIP type, SIP state, VoIP state, etc. The upgrade fulfills the demand of this project.

With the rapid development of telecommunication industry, the IP multimedia Subsystem (IMS) could very well be the panacea for most telecom operators. It is originally defined as the core network for 3G mobile systems by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), the more recent development is merging between fixed line network and wireless networkd This report researchs the characteristic of the IMS data and proposes an IMS characterization analysis. We captured the IMS traffic data with 10 tousands users for about 41 hours. By analyzing the characteristics of the IMS, we know that the most important application in the IMS is VoIP call. Then we use the tool designed by Tsinghua University & Ericsson Company to recognize the data, and the results we got can be used to build the traffic models. From the results of the traffic models, I will get some reasons and conclusion. The traffic model gives out the types of session and types of VoIP call. I bring into a concept—busy hour. This concept is very important because it can help us to know which period is the peak of the VoIP call. The busy hour is from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning. I also bring into another concept—connection ratio. This concept is significant because it can evaluate whether the VoIP call is good when it use IMS network. By comparing the traffic model with other one’s models, we found the different results from them, both the accuracy and the busy hour. From the contract, we got the advantages of our traffic models.

Coetzee’s last novel Diary of a Bad Year (2007) has an intriguing triple-voiced narrative structure and deals with the grey area of shame. The narrative is divided between a writer, his written contribution to a book called “Strong Opinions”, and his secretary’s thoughts about both the opinions in the manuscript and her employer’s circumstances. This essay explores the relation between form and theme in Diary of a Bad Year; to see in what way these two fundamental elements of the novel intervene and support each other. By doing so the narrative structure is read through Freud’s structural model of personality, whereby each narrator’s voice is related to the notions of the super-ego, the ego and the id. In other words, this essay argues that the specific threefold narrative structure in Diary of a Bad Year, by reflecting the interrelated parts of human identity, helps in creating and developing the theme of shame, which only exists connected to the human psyche. This connection in turn gives special meaning to the entire narratology of the novel.

Bakgrund: Det är en vanlig arbetsuppgift för sjuksköterskan att följa upp effekt och eventuella biverkningar av läkemedelsbehandling för återkoppling till ordinerande läkare. I och med att sjuksköterskan i den kommunala äldrevården har en konsultativ roll, är informationen mellan henne och vårdpersonalen, som är nära patienten dygnet om, mycket viktig. Denna del av läkemedelskedjan är av central betydelse för att minska onödigt lidande för den äldre patienten i form av läkemedelsrelaterade problem. Syfte: Att kartlägga hur sjuksköterskan i kommunens äldreomsorg följer upp läkemedelsordinationer avseende effekt och biverkningar, särskilt i de fall när patienten själv inte har förmåga att uttrycka sitt mående i ord. Metod: En empirisk studie med kvantitativ ansats. En enkät utformades med frågor om vanligt förekommande arbetssituationer kring uppföljning av läkemedelsordination. Enkäten besvarades av trettiosju sjuksköterskor anställda i den kommunala äldrevården och i särskilda omsorgen, i två kommuner i Sverige. Resultat: Skriftlig rutin, hur uppföljning av läkemedelsordination ska utföras, saknades. Sjuksköterskan erhöll inte alltid direktiv från ordinerande läkare att/när/hur uppföljning skulle ske. Det var vanligt förekommande att en sjuksköterska lämnade ut läkemedel, och att en annan följde upp utfall av läkemedelsbehandlingen. Faktorer som kunde påverka resultatet av läkemedelsuppföljning var: hög arbetsbelastning på äldreboendet, frånvaro av ordinarie personal och vem av vårdpersonalen som rapporterade observationer under en uppföljningsperiod. Slutsats: För att stärka länkarna i läkemedelskedjan finns ett trängande behov av en övergripande instruktion hur sjuksköterskan ska följa upp läkemedelsbehandling

The objective of this thesis has been to investigate the approval process for an image. This investigation has been carriedout at four catalog-producing companies and three companies working with repro or printing. The information wasgathered through interviews and surveys and later used for evaluation. The result of the evaluation has shown that allbusinesses are very good at technical aspects but also that the biggest problem they have is with the communication. Theconclusion is that businesses need a clear construction for the image process. This will minimize the communicationproblems and make the process effective.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att försöka ta reda på hur skolan bemöter de matematiskt begåvade eleverna. Utifrån detta syfte har två frågeställningar uppställts: Vad gör lärarna för att stimulera de begåvade eleverna? Anser sig lärarna ha tillräckliga resurser för att kunna tillgodose de begåvade elevernas behov? En kvalitativ intervjuundersökning med samtliga matematiklärare på en 7-9-skola har genomförts. På skolan har man nivåindelat eleverna genom att göra tre grupper av halva årskurser. Härigenom har även de duktiga grupperna kommit att innehålla elever som behöver mycket hjälp och undervisningsnivån är därför inte så hög. Schematekniska skäl har medfört att indelningen av eleverna inte har kunnat göras utifrån hela årskurser och i en årskurs inte alls. Innehållet i och upplägget av undervisningen ser olika ut hos de olika lärarna. Lärarna ställer sig positiva till att de begåvade eleverna får utgöra en egen grupp. De anser att tiden inte räcker till för dessa elever samt även att lokalerna lämnar en del övrigt att önska. Tänkbart är att ekonomiska orsaker ligger bakom den rådande situationen. Genom undersökningen har jag kommit fram till att lärarna med hänsyn till omständigheterna gör sitt bästa.

This research is based on consumer complaints with respect to recently purchased consumer electronics. This research document will investigate the instances of development and device management as a tool used to aid consumer and manage consumer’s mobile products in order to resolve issues in or before the consumers is aware one exists. The problem at the present time is that mobile devices are becoming very advanced pieces of technology, and not all manufacturers and network providers have kept up the support element of End users. As such, the subject of the research is to investigate how device management could possibly be used as a method to promote research and development of mobile devices, and provide a better experience for the consumer. The wireless world is becoming increasingly complex as revenue opportunities are driven by new and innovative data services. We can no longer expect the customer to have the knowledge or ability to configure their own device. Device Management platforms can address the challenges of device configuration and support through new enabling technologies. Leveraging these technologies will allow a network operator to reduce the cost of subscriber ownership, drive increased ARPU (Average Revenue per User) by removing barriers to adoption, reduce churn by improving the customer experience and increase customer loyalty. DM technologies provide a flexible and powerful management method but are managing the same device features that have historically been configured manually through call centers or by the end user making changes directly on the device. For this reason DM technologies must be treated as part of a wider support solution. The traditional requirement for discovery, fault finding, troubleshooting and diagnosis are still as relevant with DM as they are in the current human support environment yet the current generation of solutions do little to address this problem. In the deployment of an effective Device Management solution the network operator must consider the integration of the DM platform, interfacing with many areas of the business, supported by knowledge of the relationship between devices, applications, solutions and services maintained on an ongoing basis. Complementing the DM solution with published device information, setup guides, training material and web based tools will ensure the quality of the customer experience, ensuring that problems are completely resolved, driving data usage by focusing customer education on the use of the wireless service In this way device management becomes a tool used both internally within the network or device vendor and by the customer themselves, with each user empowered to effectively manage the device without any prior knowledge or experience, confident that changes they apply will be relevant, accurate, stable and compatible. The value offered by an effective DM solution with an expert knowledge service will become a significant differentiator for the network operator in an ever competitive wireless market. This research document is intended to highlight some of the issues the industry faces as device management technologies become more prevalent, and offers some potential solutions to simplify the increasingly complex task of managing devices on the network, where device management can be used as a tool to aid customer relations and manage customer’s mobile products in order to resolve issues before the user is aware one exists. The research is broken down into the following, Customer Relationship Management, Device management, the role of knowledge with the DM, Companies that have successfully implemented device management, and the future of device management and CRM. And it also consists of questionnaires aimed at technical support agents and mobile device users. Interview was carried out with CRM managers within support centre to further the evidence gathered. To conclude, the document is to consider the advantages and disadvantages of device management and attempt to determine the influence it will have over customer support centre, and what methods could be used to implement it.
