Resumo:
Este manual se convierte en una guía fácil y práctica para la utilización del programa de ejercitación denominado “Ciclismo saludable bajo techo”. Con un lenguaje accesible, permite a las personas profundizar en la técnica de trabajo aeróbico en sala más difundida en el mundo del acondicionamiento físico, o fitness, y del ejercicio. Hace años sentimos la necesidad de realizar un manual que simplificara el entendimiento de esta técnica utilizada por entrenadores personales, educadores físicos y fisioterapeutas, con el fin de fortalecer la concepción del movimiento humano, el autocuidado en las personas y la ejercitación como factores que mejoran la salud y la calidad de vida teniendo como referente las características y necesidades específicas de la población colombiana.
Resumo:
The historiographical paper presented is about the students’ activism and participation in the Latin American psychology. This aims are: 1) to provide a brief historic overview of the Latin American psychology; 2) to review on the students’ participation in the Latin American psychology; 3) to raise students’ future perspectives for the Latin American psychology. It is recognized that there is an extensive past of Latin American psychology and an emerging historiographical work that re fl ects that past.However, there are several historiographical gaps not covered yet by the investigations in the region. In this context, this paper wants to contribute to the study of the students’ activism and participation in the Latin American psychology construction. The historical perspective is supported by the renewed historiographical conception called instant history” which focuses on ancient and recent history at the same time. Indirect sources were used: articles, monographs and compiled editions.
Resumo:
This paper examines the children and young people's participation and protagonism rights based on the Conferences on Children and Adolescents Rights' experience in Brazil, based on childhood sociology. Conferences' documents were consulted on the Brazilian government websites. These study findings revealed that young people's participation has increased in the last conferences. However, it is necessary to promote a systematic and genuine participation through democratic relations construction in all development contexts where childrenand adolescent live in order to modify their life and society participative practices.
