Este texto pretende proporcionar a la vez el estado de los conocimientos empíricos y un marco de análisis global para reflexionar sobre la evolución de la delincuencia de menores en Francia desde los años setenta. Lejos de los estereotipos moralizadores del debate mediático-político y de los enfoques comportamentalistas, lo que aquí se propone es demostrar que el análisis de la evolución de la delincuencia de menores es inseparable de la del derecho penal, del funcionamiento de las instituciones penales, de los procesos de remisiones al sistema penal y de las evoluciones económicas, sociales y políticas que favorecen o no la integración social de los jóvenes. Este marco de análisis global articula así los tres conceptos de criminalización, judicialización y guetización.

Impulsivity has been linked to three main factors: performing without direct involvement of the frontal lobe functions, an increase in the speed of response, and the acquisition of immediate gratification. This behavioral inhibition deficit involves a variety of behaviors including aspects of hyperexcitability, behavioral disinhibition and higher order decision making. Although by tradition, the definition of this executive function has been conceptualized from a psychopathological view, currently, the wide variety of neuropsychological, developmental and animal models assessment techniques encourage us to establish dialogues that integrate the knowledge of these theoretical perspectives for the interpretation and understanding of impulsivity.

Los asentamientos indígenas y los habitantes de zonas rurales presentan un elevado riesgo de padecertuberculosis. Las estrategias de promoción de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad debenacompañarse de los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas (CAP) que las comunidades tienen sobreesta temática. Objetivo: describir los CAP sobre tuberculosis y su asociación con algunos aspectossociodemográficos de habitantes de zonas rurales e indígenas de Córdoba (Colombia) en 2012 yevaluar la validez y confiabilidad de la escala CAP. Materiales y métodos: estudio descriptivo transversalen 300 individuos, 100 indígenas zenúes y 200 campesinos. Los datos se recolectaron de fuenteprimaria y los análisis se realizaron con medidas de resumen, frecuencia y estadística no paramétricaen SPSS 20. Resultados: los CAP presentaron buena fiabilidad y validez de apariencia, contenido yconstructo. En conocimientos, un 76% mostró un grado satisfactorio; en las actitudes, un 77% fueinsatisfactorio y un 48% presentó buenas prácticas. No se halló asociación estadística de los CAPcon el sexo ni con las creencias religiosas; en la etnia se encontraron diferencias estadísticamentesignificativas en los conocimientos y las prácticas; la edad demostró asociación estadística con losconocimientos y la escolaridad evidenció asociación con las prácticas. Conclusión: se observó unadecuado conocimiento sobre tuberculosis, en tanto que las actitudes y las prácticas fueron insatisfactorias;los principales factores asociados con los CAP fueron etnia, edad y escolaridad.

Introduction: During the past years, alveolar recruitment maneuvers (RM) have produced growing interest due to their beneficial potential in pulmonary protection, and have been introduced in clinical practice. Objective: To describe and analyze the knowledge of MR and its application at seven intensive care units in the city of Cali, Colombia. Methods and materials: Descriptive Cross-Sectional Study with an intentional sample of 64 professionals working in seven intensive care units and who apply MR. The self-completed survey was made up of thirteen questions, and the application period was two months. Results: Out of 64 professionals surveyed, 77.8% of them follow a protocol guide; 54.7% employes during RM the ideal Positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP), which maintains a saturation > 90% and a PaO2 > 60 mmHg; 42.1% tolerates airway pressures between 35 and 50 cmH2O; 48.4% perform RM with a progressive increase of the PEEP and a low tidal volume. Conclusions: Regarding the knowledge related to RM, heterogeneity was found in the answers. There is currently no consensus about which is the most effective and secure way to implement an MR. This study can be the starting point to create awareness towards the revision of knowledge, capacities and abilities that are required to perform RM.

Neuromarketing or The consumer Neuroscience as is known too is the study of mental process been part of the consumer behavior and contexts concerning the marketing as well, apply and follow in the environment of the real life of human been. Its supported by the paradigms and the technological development of Neurosciences whose progress has made possible for the seekers to deep in knowledge abouthow the brain work. Physiological operations of mind are a product of a structural and functional ensemble including the brain, as organ, and mind, emotion and cognition, asfunctions. Mind events just can be understood in the middle of the interaction between the organism and his environment. Neuromarketing paradigm it’s still in his infancy and whatfor it’s full of research possibilities. Inside the consumer neuroscience the ethic building doesn’t collapse, the morality isn’t threaten, inside the normal individual Will it’s alwaysWill. The present paper looking for a place to the consumer neuroscience paradigm over the perspective of research open to the Marketing, from the technological advances and hermeneutical vision offer by Neuroscience; it’s propose some of several possibilities ofresearch and practice been explored actually. To give an example its offer one of methods of research as is the Evoked Potentials.
