It will be succesful to have a commercial relation between France and Colombia focus on the milk sector ?

Globalization has led to a drastic change on the international trade, this has caused that many countries such as France and Colombia find new business partners. This is the raison because I develop the investigation about How these countries can be integrated commercially in the dairy sector? Colombia and France had active trade relations for more than 8 years, but this has been declining for several factors. In the case of France, it has found that Germany is an excellent producer of raw milk, which can supply domestic demand and can export large quantities with a low price to European countries because of its proximity. For this reason, Colombia is a country that can not compete with Germany directly in raw milk, but I concluded that Colombia could become a major competitor with organic milk. This is the result of a research of the way they raise and feed the cows in the two countries, Colombia is generally on open country and Germany is on cow housing. In Colombia, the country found that Venezuela could offer many benefits in the processing of raw milk, and other processes that require high technology. But today Colombia has had several disputes with Venezuela and many Colombian companies are affected in this sector. Additionally, France is one of the largest producers and distributors of processed milk and its derivatives; it launches annually many manufactured products with high technology. At this point, Colombia can take out the best advantage because it can create an strategic alliance with French companies to bring most innovative and processed products such as cheese and yoghurts. The theoretical framework of this thesis consists on the analysis of competitiveness, because it is relevant to see if these two countries are competitive or if one has the comparative advantage over the other. The related authors are: Michael Porter, Adam Smith and David Ricardo. To complete the theoretical part, we found that France has a comparative advantage over Colombia in this sector thanks to its high technology, and Colombia is not currently competitive in the area of raw milk because the milk price is higher and the distance is a barrier, and it has no technology. But this research indicates that Colombia could become a competitive country selling organic milk.

El escenario de interacción de la educación virtual de las instituciones de educación superior Colombianas ante la posible firma del tratado de libre comercio entre Estados Unidos y Colombia

Para la sustentación de esta monografía se utilizaron diferentes instrumentos de recolección de información. Buscando analizar que tan preparadas están las Instituciones de educación superior colombianas para enfrentar el escenario de intercambio y movimiento de información en la educación virtual. Estos instrumentos han sido la consulta en diferentes medios y entidades como PROEXPORT, MINCOMERCIO, PROCHILE, LA EMBAJADA DE MEXICO, las paginas de Internet de las secretarias comerciales y de educación de los países estudio de esta monografía como Chile y México. Llegando a la conclusión que actualmente no hay la suficiente información y estudios para analizar la experiencia y poder sustentar cada uno de los objetivos de esta monografía, pero esto no impedirá que se realice un buen análisis sobre el tema.

La Androergología: una nueva disciplina de la educación

A research work on the micro firms in Caroni district, has been developing since 1994. Such study pretends to deepen the theory that let the empiric- philosophical- conceptual and methodological building of a new discipline in education, called Androergology. The most outstanding aspects that can be seen from the philosophical bases are the following: its ontology, as aempowerment of the individual abilities through mental structures change in a community of pairs; ethics as the one based on the assignment of Good for the process of creatingsocioproductive communities_ which also means a liberating function since it can achieve a sustainable economic development by the assembling of micro firms nets; and the epistemology derived from the bases of the General Theory of Systems and the Morin’s circular complexities. Among the principles of this discipline that can be mentioned are ContinuingEducation- since the individual already belongs to a society that always creates knowledge, global markets - the undertaker should produce for a world society, the age of this microfirm’s man- as a discussion upon the knowledge production in that individual as an epistemic subject, the Integral Education- since the spiritual, social and humanistic aspects should beadded to the technical ones; and the Contextual Formation-since the process should take place into the unit of production. The androergologic methodology is thought out as a processof two inputs: the business needs diagnosis and the knowledge of context. The central part focuses its attention on the adult learning process situation; and the concentric circles whichmean the ideal synergical relationship between the programmatic contents, learning processes, the androergologist and the necessary supervising process, which results to be theintegral and innovating element of this method. 

Requisitos de habilitación del servicio de terapia manual dentro del sistema general de seguridad social

El trabajo pretende revisar el proceso histórico de la Terapia Manual, hasta llegar a su situación actual en Colombia, así como realizar una revisión teórica de los requisitos legales y normativos para la habilitación del servicio de Terapia Manual, con el fin de mostrar la necesidad de establecer y reconocer la acción que realiza dentro del sistema de seguridad social en Colombia. Se divide en tres partes, la primera, se revisa el proceso histórico de la Terapia Manual, en donde se plantean definiciones y principios. La segunda parte hace un análisis de las Leyes, Decretos, Resoluciones y Acuerdos, que se relacionan con la Terapia Manual y son la base de sustentación para la propuesta.
