The main purpose of study is to extend the concept of the topological game G(K, X) and some other kinds of games into fuzzy topological games and to obtain some results regarding them. Owing to the fact that topological games have plenty of applications in covering properties, it made an attempt to explore some inter relations of games and covering properties in fuzzy topological spaces. Even though the main focus is on fuzzy para-meta compact spaces and closure preserving shading families, some brief sketches regarding fuzzy P-spaces and Shading Dimension is also provided. In a topological game players choose some objects related to the topological structure of a space such as points, closed subsets, open covers etc. More over the condition on a play to be winning for a player may also include topological notions such as closure, convergence, etc. It turns out that topological games are related to the Baire property, Baire spaces, Completeness properties, Convergence properties, Separation properties, Covering and Base properties, Continuous images, Suslin sets, Singular spaces etc.

Conducting polymers are excellent microwave absorbers and they show technological advantage when compared with inorganic electromagnetic absorbing materials, being light weight , easily processable, and the ability of changing the electromagnetic properties with nature and amount of dopants, synthesis conditions, etc. In this paper we report the synthesis, dielectric properties, and expected application of conducting composites based on polyaniline (PAN). Cyclohexanone soluble conducting PAN composites of microwave conductivity 12.5 S/m was synthesized by the in situ polymerization of aniline in the presence of emulsion grade polyvinyl chloride. The dielectric properties of the composites, especially the dielectric loss, conductivity, dielectric heating coefficient , absorption coefficient, and penetration depth, were studied using a HP8510 vector network analyzer. The microwave absorption of the composites were studied at different frequency bands i.e, S, C, and X bands (2-12 GHz). The absorption coefficient was found to be higher than 200 m -' and it can be used for making microwave absorbers in space applications

A trapezoidal strip grating surface that eliminates specular reflections almost over the entire X -band frequency range for TM polarization is reported This new grating structure overcomes the bandwidth limitation of conventional rectangular strip grating surfaces

A novel technique for backscattering reduction for both TE and TM polarisation, employing a metallo-dielectric structure based on Sierpinski carpet fractal geometry, is reported. A reduction in backscattered power of --30 dB is obtained for normal incidence in the X-band for the structure using the third iterated stage of the fractal geometry

A modified H-plane sectoral horn antenna with identical E- and'H- plane.patterns over the X-band frequency is discussed. This system has significantly reduced side lobes and hack lobes. Half=power beam width and gain of the antenna are also improved with enhanced matching , Experimental results for a number of horns with various flanges are presented . These find practical application for illuminating symmetric antennas like paraboloids and polarization measurements in radio astronomy, etc. Compared to the fixed pyramidal horns. the present system offers great convenience in trimming the antenna characteristics

microwave dielectric properties of ceramics based on Ba(Mgv3Ta(2-2x)t3W,t3Tixt3)O3 is investigated as a function of x. The 15 densification as well as dielectric properties deteriorate with increase in the substitution levels of (Ti 1,3W113)333 + at (Ta213)3.33+ site 16 in Ba(Mg113Ta213)03. The rt is approaching zero between x = 0.1 and 0.15 in Ba(Mg it3Ta(2-2,,.)t3W,it3Ti,Tt3)O3 where quality factor is 17 reasonably good (Qu x f = 80,000-90,000 GHz). The Ba(Mg1,3Ta(2_,013W,13Ti,,13)03 with x = 1.0 has e, = 15.4, rf= -25.1 ppm/ 18 "C, Q„ x f = 35,400 GHz

Despite its recognized value in detecting and characterizing breast disease, X-ray mammography has important limitations that motivate the quest for alternatives to augment the diagnostic tools that are currently available to the radiologist. The rationale for pursuing electromagnetic methods are based on the significant dielectric contrast between normal and cancerous breast tissues, when exposed to microwaves. The present study analyzes two-dimensional microwave tomographic imaging on normal and malignant breast tissue samples extracted by mastectomy, to assess the suitability of the technique for early detection ofbreast cancer. The tissue samples are immersed in matching coupling medium and are illuminated by 3 GHz signal. 2-D tomographic images ofthe breast tissue samples are reconstructed from the collected scattered data using distorted Born iterative method. Variations of dielectric permittivity in breast samples are distinguishable from the obtained permittivity profiles, which is a clear indication of the presence of malignancy. Hence microwave tomographic imaging is proposed as an alternate imaging modality for early detection ofbreast cancer.

A new electronically reconfigurable dual frequency microstrip patch antenna with highly simplified varactor tuning circuitry is presented. The proposed design allows relatively independent selection of the two operating frequencies. Tuning ranges of 7.1 and 4.1% are realised for the two resonant frequencies without the use of any matching circuits.

The detection of buried objects using time-domain freespace measurements was carried out in the near field. The location of a hidden object was determined from an analysis of the reflected signal. This method can be extended to detect any number of objects. Measurements were carried out in the X- and Ku-bands using ordinary rectangular pyramidal horn antennas of gain 15 dB. The same antenna was used as the transmitter and recei er. The experimental results were compared with simulated results by applying the two-dimensional finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method, and agree well with each other. The dispersi e nature of the dielectric medium was considered for the simulation.
