Code Section 307.46(2) - Use of Reversion Report

Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 307.46(2), I submit the following report on the use of reversions. The Iowa Department of Transportation spent $498,703 of the Fiscal Year 2010 Road Use Tax Fund/Primary Road Fund budget reversion in Fiscal Year 2011 for desktop, server and network software, information technology professional services and computer equipment.

Use of Reversions, 2013

The Iowa Department of Transportation spent $344,521 of the Fiscal Year 2013 RUTF/PRF budget reversion in FY 2013 for desktop and server software, information technology professional services and computer equipment.

Use of Reversions, Iowa Department of Transportation, 2014

The Iowa Department of Transportation spent $406,240 of the Fiscal year 2013 RUTF/PRF budget reversion in FY 2014 for desktop and server software, information technology professional services, training and computer equipment.

Use of Reversions, 2015 report

The Iowa Department of Transportation spent $488,103 of the FY 2014 RUTF/PRF budget reversion in FY 2015 for desktop consumables, information technology professional services, training and computer equipment.

Use of Reversions, 2016 report

The Iowa Department of Transportation spent $499,480 of the FY 2015 RUTF/PRF budget reversion in FY 2016 for desktop consumables, information technology professional services, training and computer equipment.

Final Report of Emergency Services Interim Study Committee, February 2007

The Legislative Council established the Emergency Services Interim Study Committee in 2006 and authorized the Committee to meet for two days during the 2006 Legislative Interim. Upon request by the Committee, the Legislative Council subsequently approved a third meeting. The Committee was charged to study the governance, structure, and funding of the state's emergency services and available training for emergency services providers, and receive input from the Department of Public Defense's Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management; Departments of Human Services, Public Health, and Public Safety, including the State Fire Marshal; and representatives of emergency services providers, including the Iowa Firemen's Association, Iowa Fire Chiefs' Association, Iowa Association of Professional Fire Chiefs, Iowa Professional Fire Fighters, Iowa Emergency Medical Services Association, and emergency room physicians.
