City Energy Management Program A Regional Energy Manager Approach, May 2014

Through the City Energy Management Program, energy managers will directly work with up to 20 municipalities in Iowa to help identify opportunities to reduce energy costs in city-owned buildings, exterior lighting, and water/wastewater facilities.
