Cambios emocionales y alteraciones en la Inmunoglobulina A (IgA) tras el tratamiento psicológico en mujeres víctimas de violencia doméstica

The aim of this study was to determine the benefits of a psy-chological treatment in women victims of mistreatments in psychological health and in the immune system. The participants in this study were 60 women users of the Equality Area of the City Council of Malaga. We set two groups of women up in relation of whether the women attended or not to the given therapy. Psychological variables (self-esteem, depression and anxiety) and levels of Inmunoglobulin A were evaluated before and after the treatment. The results showed differences between all the vari-ables before and after the treatment, with better valuation after the treat-ment. These differences were not shown in women that did not assist to the therapeutic sessions, and even, the values of depression and immu-noglobulin A levels were worse. We found also differences in the values of these variables when the two groups were compared. Women that re-ceived the treatment showed fewer indicators of psychological alterations and higher levels of immunoglobulin A than the women that did not assist to the sessions; in the pre-treatment these differences were not shown. Perspectivas de salud ambiental en la investigación de brotes epidémicos asociados con una zona de abastecimiento de aguas de consumo humano.

Introduction. The purpose of this work was studied the magnitude, possible causes and contributing environmental factors in the waterbourne outbreaks appearance, in the performance area of the locality of Benaoján (Town of Málaga. Spain). Material/Methods. Analysis of the potability of the water and disinfection controls. Evaluation of the fulfillment of the quality of the drinking water and sanitary technical requirements of water supplies, pursuant to the Spanish regulation on public consumption waters. Results. We have been accomplished 110 potability analysis, proving that 13,4% of the samples do not comply with the potability criteria of the water. It were practiced 647 controls of disinfection, of those which 53% resulted not accordant. The design of the supply net is of the branching type and at least presents 30 blind branches, points where the water remains stagnant. The municipal waters service doesn´t make analytics controls of the quality of the water neither has implanted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the facilities of the supply. Discussion. Environmental research suggests that the public water supply net is a source of infection, problem related to the epidemic outbreaks appearance. Because of this the water consumption not treaty must be avoided.

The Andalusian Public Health System (SSPA) is considering the last time an attempt urgent process management through triage consultation, both hospital and primary care environment and tables situations in which the nurse responsible for these consultations can carry out a final statement of which only she is directly responsible through their independent intervention and referral (Triage Advanced). Pose, at once and consistently to the idea of teamwork, where they can be the limits to that intervention finalist and the circuits to follow. This paper proposes a definition line of one of those situations through triage concepts universally tested, and takes full advantage of advanced practice profile offered by nurses Device Critical Care (DCCU) of the SSPA and any the emerging legal and regulatory framework in terms of standardized collaborative prescription, us know legitimate receivers. This work stems from the vision of professionals and our contribution to that line of institutional work that must be consensus.
