Health Related Behaviour Questionnaire

The Health-Related Behaviour Questionnaire (HRBQ) was first developed in 1976 for use in secondary schools [PDF] and adapted for use in primary schools [PDF] in 1988. The HRBQ provides baseline data to identify priorities for health education planning, assessments and intervention programmes.
