Jésus et la Loi dans la mémoire des premiers chrétiens

(Résumé de l'ouvrage) Vingt-et-un biblistes de Suisse, de France, d'Allemagne et d'Italie se rassemblent autour d'un thème qui n'est pas seule­ment très actuel. Ce thème a été aperçu par Pierre Bonnard comme une structure fondamentale dans la théologie du Nou­veau Testament: le souvenir, l'anamnèse. Faire mémoire de Jésus pour comprendre le temps présent. La mémoire du Jésus terrestre est cette structure qui gouverne la vie et la pensée des premiers chrétiens ; elle est le lieu des combats théologiques de Paul, de Luc, de Matthieu, de Jean... Lieu de toutes les fidélités et de toutes les déviances. Vingt-et-un exégètes reprennent ce thème, pour en mesurer la fécondité dans le champ textuel qui leur est familier. Quel rôle joue au premier siècle la mémoire de l'histoire originaire, au gré du temps qui passe? Comment décrire, et apprécier théologiquement, la relecture de l'histoire de Jésus à laquelle procèdent les auteurs du Nouveau Testament? Ces contri­butions sont un hommage à Pierre Bonnard et à son oeuvre d'exégète du Nouveau Testament.

La première histoire du christianisme (Les Actes des apôtres)

En écrivant à la suite de l'évangile ses Actes d'apôtres, Luc a signé la première histoire du christianisme. Fut-il un bon historien? Pour beaucoup, son oeuvre serait partielle, partiale, imprécise et antijuive. Daniel Marguerat s'insurge contre ce procès injustement intenté à l'auteur des Actes. Il s'attache à montrer comment Luc construit son récit en contraste avec les historiens de l'époque. On saisit ainsi mieux la grande originalité des Actes sur des thèmes aussi cruciaux que l'identité du christianisme entre Jérusalem et Rome, l'image de Dieu, magie et guérisons, le conflit entre juifs et chrétiens, l'énigme de la fin de Paul.

L'adresse à Jésus dans les évangiles synoptiques

A number of persons in the Gospels address Jesus by a title, e.g., 'teacher', sir', master', when they speak to him. In parallel episodes in the synoptic Gospels these titles undergo variations. This article present a complete comparative study of the titles addressed to Jesus in Mathew, Mark and Luke and finishes with a description of the titles proper to each Gospel.

Activation of the heat shock response in plants by chlorophenols: transgenic Physcomitrella patens as a sensitive biosensor for organic pollutants.

The ability to detect early molecular responses to various chemicals is central to the understanding of biological impact of pollutants in a context of varying environmental cues. To monitor stress responses in a model plant, we used transgenic moss Physcomitrella patens expressing the beta-glucuronidase reporter (GUS) under the control of the stress-inducible promoter hsp17.3B. Following exposure to pollutants from the dye and paper industry, GUS activity was measured by monitoring a fluorescent product. Chlorophenols, heavy metals and sulphonated anthraquinones were found to specifically activate the hsp17.3B promoter (within hours) in correlation with long-term toxicity effects (within days). At mildly elevated physiological temperatures, the chemical activation of this promoter was strongly amplified, which considerably increased the sensitivity of the bioassay. Together with the activation of hsp17.3B promoter, chlorophenols induced endogenous chaperones that transiently protected a recombinant thermolabile luciferase (LUC) from severe heat denaturation. This sensitive bioassay provides an early warning molecular sensor to industrial pollutants under varying environments, in anticipation to long-term toxic effects in plants. Because of the strong cross-talk between abiotic and chemical stresses that we find, this P. patens line is more likely to serve as a direct toxicity bioassay for pollutants combined with environmental cues, than as an indicator of absolute toxicity thresholds for various pollutants. It is also a powerful tool to study the role of heat shock proteins (HSPs) in plants exposed to combined chemical and environmental stresses.

Le premier historien du christianisme

Le geste de Luc, personne ne le répétera après lui. On connaît, entre le Ier et le IIIe siècle, de nombreux auteurs d'évangile : plus de quatre, si l'on tient compte des évangiles apocryphes (Évangile selon Thomas, Évangile de Pierre, Évangile des Hébreux, etc.). On connaît également, toujours de la même période, plusieurs actes d'apôtre (Actes de Paul, Actes de Jean, Actes d'André). Mais personne, dans l'Antiquité, ne renouvellera le geste de Luc : écrire, à la suite de la biographie de Jésus, l'histoire de ses premiers disciples.

L'ouverture au monde

Luc a été le premier, dans l'Antiquité, à consigner la venue du christianisme au monde. Ses Actes d'apôtres ont été rédigés, pense-t-on, autour de l'année 80. L'expression venue au monde doit être prise au sens propre : Luc raconte comment la chrétienté, obscure secte du judaïsme à ses débuts, a rapidement essaimé dans un monde dominé par le pouvoir de Rome. Quelle fut la pénétration de la chrétienté en Orient ?

This document provides general information about somatostatin receptor scintigraphy with (111)In-pentetreotide. This guideline should not be regarded as the only approach to visualise tumours expressing somatostatin receptors or as exclusive of other nuclear medicine procedures useful to obtain comparable results. The aim of this guideline is to assist nuclear medicine physicians in recommending, performing, reporting and interpreting the results of (111)In-pentetreotide scintigraphy.

Drug monographs on drugs which are frequently analysed in the context of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring = Arzneimittel-Monographien für Medikamente, die regelmässig im Rahmen des Therapeutic Drug Monitorings analysiert werden

In addition to the monographs which were published last year by the working group "Drug Monitoring" of the Swiss Society of Clinical Chemistry (SSCC) [1], new monographs have been written. The aim of these monographs is to give an overview of the most important information necessary for ordering a drug analysis or interpreting the results. Therefore, the targeted readers comprise laboratory health professionals and all receivers of laboratory reports. There is information provided on the indication for therapeutic drug monitoring, protein binding, metabolic pathways and enzymes involved, elimination half-life and elimination routes, and on therapeutic or toxic concentrations. Preanalytical considerations are of particular importance for therapeutic drug monitoring. Therefore, information is provided regarding a reasonable timing for the determination of drug concentrations as well as steady-state concentrations after changing the dose. Furthermore, the stability of the drug and its metabolite(s) after blood sampling is described. For readers with a specific interest in drug analysis, references to important publications are given. The number of monographs will be continuously enlarged. The updated files are presented on the homepage of the SSCC (www.sscc.ch).
