Psychothérapies de groupe d'auteurs de violence sexuelle: intérêt d'un traitement de groupe combiné avec un suivi individuel

Parmi les traitements psychothérapeutiques destinés aux auteurs de violence sexuelle, les psychothérapies de groupe se sont avérées d'emblée une modalité thérapeutique pertinente. Sur un plan psychodynamique, les psychothérapies de groupe sont souvent proposées en parallèle à un suivi individuel. Toutefois, les effets de la combinaison d'un suivi de groupe à un suivi individuel n'ont été que peu étudiés. Au travers de vignettes cliniques extraites de séances individuelles et de groupe, cet article a pour but de présenter les effets sur le déroulement de suivis psychothérapeutiques psychodynamiques proposés à des auteurs de violences sexuelles. Enfin, au vu de l'effet positif constaté, la pertinence et l'indication d'un tel dispositif sont discutées.

Un groupe d'accueil pour la fratrie lors d'une naissance à risque dans un service de néonatalogie

Cet article a pour objectif de décrire l'expérience d'un groupe d'accueil pour les frères et soeurs d'enfants hospitalisés en néonatoloyie. Cet événement représente un facteur de stress et suscite d'importantes angoisses chez les parents. Sensibles et perméables au vécu parental, les frères et soeurs peuvent éprouver une difficulté à se représenter ce qui se déroule autour d'eux. Leur offrir un lieu de parole avec leurs parents se révèle important et permet de préparer la rencontre avec le nouveau-né hospitalisé. Il s'agit d'un espace permettant de nouvelles représentations du bébé, pour la fratrie et pour les parents.

Le code-switching comme ressource stratégique pour la gestion de l'interaction multilingue : coordination et leadership dans un groupe de travail

In this article, we analyze a multilingual interaction in a students' working group and hypothesize a correlation between management of languages in interaction and leadership. We consider Codeswitching as one of the most relevant observables in multilingual interaction and attempt to analyze how it is used by speakers. After a brief presentation of three theoretical and analytical conceptions of Code-switching in interaction (Auer, Mondada & Myers Scotton), we define Code-switching as an interactional, strategical, multilingual resource exploited by speakers to achieve various interactionaland non interactional goals. We then show in two CA-like analysis how multilingual strategical resources occur in the interactional practices of the analyzed working group, and how they are exploited by speakers in order to organize interaction, work, tasks, and to construct one's leadership.We also consider the metadiscourses of the students about their own practices and multilingualism in general, in order to confront them to their actual multilingual practices. We draw the hypothesis that discrepancies observed between metadiscourses and practices can be explained through the development of (meta)discourses showing a unilingual conception in describing multilingual practices.

Etude du réveil printanier chez les fourmis des bois (groupe Formica rufa) dans le Jura vaudois (Suisse)

Les auteurs ont étudié les différentes étapes du réveil printanier chez deux espèces du groupe Formica rufa dans le Jura vaudois. Les variables considérées ont été la température externe et les températures à l'intérieur de la fourmilière à des profondeurs variables. Le processus du réveil printanier est fortement dépendant des conditions météorologiques. Il dure en moyenne 6 semaines (mi-avril- fin mai). L'apparition des reines à la surface a permis de mettre en évidence les points suivants: - 3 à 30% des reines ne sont pas fécondées (moyenne 16 %) - 90% environ des reines récoltées en surface possèdent des ovocytes matures, qu'elles soient fécondées ou non ainsi que des muscles alaires intacts. Les auteurs formulent l'hypothèse que seules les reines âgées de moins d'une année viennent à la surface.

Le Groupe Prévention et Traitement des Plaies des Hospices-CHUV [The Hospices-CHUV's Wound Prevention and Treatment Group]

The treatment of wounds is a challenge that caregivers of all specialities encounter daily in the care of an ageing population and chronically ill patients. An interdisciplinary group has been created in recent years within the Hospices-CHUV to assist caregivers in their care of patients with wounds. This group has developed a variety of tools to assist decision-making and offers a range of continuing education for those employees involved in wound care. The authors describe the approach of the group and the documents produced during the first two years of experience.

Etre le frère ou la soeur d'un enfan atteint d'un cancer: un groupe de parole [Being the sibling of a child suffering from cancer: a support group].

This paper offers a reflection on the family life and that of the siblings of a child with cancer. We will present our intervention model developed jointly by the pediatric oncology and the pediatric psychiatry units at the University Hospital CHUV in Lausanne. It is known that siblings show difficulties in dealing with the ambivalent emotions triggered by the sickness of a brother or sister. Their defence mechanisms can be heavy and may have consequences on the child's psycho-affective development and on the dynamics of the whole family. Speech groups allow the siblings to unfold an experience which is often irrepresentable. They also permit remobilization of affects frozen by the illness. This model used since 2006 in our unit responds to the wish to improve the quality of care of heavily sick children.
