Series largas de algunos agregados demográficos regionales, 1950-2009

El presente trabajo resume los resultados de la primera fase de un proyecto cuyo objetivo es el de ofrecer series homogéneas de los principales agregados económicos y demográficos de las regiones españolas para el período desde 1950 hasta nuestros días. En él se recopilan, extienden o construyen series de movimientos naturales de población, población de derecho y residente habitual, saldos migratorios netos y estructura por edades de la población.

El projecte que es presenta en aquest document és el d'una aplicació per a dispositius Android. Mitjançant la connexió a la xarxa d'una banda i el sistema de posicionament global que aporten els mòduls de GPS és possible rebre notificacions d'avís dels esdeveniments culturals del temes d'interès de l'usuari i propers geogràficament a la seva posició.

Building a Social Accounting Matrix within the ESA95 Framework: Obtaining a Dataset for Applied General Equilibrium Modelling

This research provides a description of the process followed in order to assemble a "Social Accounting Matrix" for Spain corresponding to the year 2000 (SAMSP00). As argued in the paper, this process attempts to reconcile ESA95 conventions with requirements of applied general equilibrium modelling. Particularly, problems related to the level of aggregation of net taxation data, and to the valuation system used for expressing the monetary value of input-output transactions have deserved special attention. Since the adoption of ESA95 conventions, input-output transactions have been preferably valued at basic prices, which impose additional difficulties on modellers interested in computing applied general equilibrium models. This paper addresses these difficulties by developing a procedure that allows SAM-builders to change the valuation system of input-output transactions conveniently. In addition, this procedure produces new data related to net taxation information.

Relación precio-calidad de los destinos turísticos españoles de sol y playa

The aim of this article is to estímate price-quality relatíon of Spain resorts from ‘sun and beach’ segment. This study uses initially observed prices, but after obtains net pnces -estimated-, discounting services and characteristics prices. Methodologically, this article is based in hedonic methods, often used in economic analysis. Results show important differences between ‘prices observed’ and ‘adjusted prices’ by services and characteristics. Empirical results obtained in this article should be useful for taking decisions from public and prívate agents

Las rocas graníticas de la Cordillera Litoral Catalana, entre Mataró y Barcelona

En este trabajo se estudian las facies graniticas del sector suroccidental del batolito granitico herciniano que aflora al NE de Barcelona. Tomando como base sus composiciones mineralógicas y texturales se individualizan cuatro tipos graniticos y se realiza su cartografa a escala 1:100.000. Dos de los tipos son tonalitas biotitico-homblendicas, el tercero granodioritas biotiticas y el cuarto leucogranitos biotitico (-moscoviticos). Por último. las relaciones de campo (contactos netos; diques y enclaves de unos tipos en otros) sugieren una relación entre ellos de tipo intrusivo con una sucesión en su emplazamiento desde los tipos mas básicos a los más ácidos.
