Definir una estratègia per a la nostra marca personal com a forma d’aproximació dels nostres valors, atributs i objectius cap al nostre públic objectiu és el plantejament d’aquest projecte. Amb aquesta finalitat es desenvoluparà una estratègia de comunicació digital, per l’actor català Albert Carbó, que comprengui les seves necessitats per arribar a complir amb els seus objectius.

Els serve is de protecció a les persones en situació de dependencia configuraran I'any 2007, segons s'ha anunciat, un nou sistema d'atenció que comporta esperances pero també reptes tant a escala prestacional com de qualitat deIs serveis. Aquest article exposa els trets generals del projecte de llei estatal de "Promoció de I'autonomia personal i atenció a les persones en situació de dependencia", el contingut de I'actual sistema de serveis socials en re lació amb la tematica i les exigencies d'una veritable promoció i atenció de qualitat.

L"objectiu de la contribució que presentem és força senzill d"entendre: hem volgut donar forma a una activitat viscuda per recordar-la i per aprofitar-la quan l"haguem de menester. Com ho hem fet?, doncs materialitzant uns fets, uns pensaments i unes idees en forma de document, el qual a hores d"ara ja forma part del nostre fons personal. La finalitat del document, però, va més enllà: volem donar a conèixer la vàlua dels fons personals com a recurs estratègic per a l"aprenentatge de l"Arxivística. Hem volgut compartir la nostra experiència en aquest canal de comunicació professional perquè pensem, modestament, que treballs com aquest poden ser noves formes d"avançar en el progrés teòric de l"Arxivística.

Genetic variation for carbon isotope composition in Juglans regia L.: relationships with growth, phenology and climate of origin

Among the traits of breeding interest for the common walnut tree Juglans regia L., characteristics such as timing of budbreak and leaf fall, water-use efficiency and growth performance are regarded as being of utmost relevance in Mediterranean conditions. The authors evaluated intraspecific variation in $\delta$13C (carbon isotope composition, surrogate of intrinsic water-use efficiency, WUE$_{\rm i}$) for 22 J. regia families grown in a progeny test under supplementary irrigation, and investigated whether such variation correlated with climatic indicators of native habitats. The genetic relationships between $\delta$13C, growth and phenology were also assessed during two consecutive years. Overall, the most water-use-efficient families (i.e. with higher $\delta$13C), which originated mainly from drought-prone provenance regions which have a high vapour pressure deficit and low rainfall, exhibited less height growth and smaller DBH. Using a stepwise regression procedure, $\delta$13C was included as the main explanatory variable of genotypic variation in growth traits, together with growing season duration (for DBH in both years) and flushing (for height in 2007). It was concluded that WUE$_{\rm i}$ is largely unconnected to phenology effects in the explanation of growth performance for J. regia, therefore suggesting the opportunity of simultaneously selecting for low WUE$_{\rm i}$ and extended growing period to maximise productivity in non-water-limited environments.

El rompecabezas cooperativo para adquirir competencias de desarrollo personal y social en Educación Física

La realidad socio-educativa ha pasado de una situación estable, uniforme y continuista a otra en la cual se destaca la rapidez, la diversidad y la necesidad de cambios. Basados en este nuevo contexto, presentamos una actuación estratégica cooperativa para desarrollar nuevas competencias de formación para nuestros futuros docentes. Se han establecido diferentes apartados: 1) Un análisis comparativo entre el contexto educativo actual y el papel estratégico, tanto de formación como metodológico, que han de adoptar los docentes. 2) Una reflexión sobre las nuevas competencias de desarrollo personal y social que a través del área de educación física han de constituir los nuevos currículos de primaria y secundaria. 3) La presentación y aplicación de una propuesta cooperativa que modifica los diseños tradicionales de intervención en el proceso de aprendizaje de los alumnos y facilita el trabajo desde una perspectiva, más dialogada y participativa, basada en la resolución de problemas. Una propuesta que favorece los cambios y muestra una intervención estratégica que facilita la consecución de nuevas competencias de desarrollo personal y social desde la educación física.

El reclutamiento de personal en la nueva sociedad informacional

El artículo plantea un análisis empírico sobre las posibilidades de aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías de la información al proceso de reclutamiento de personal. Las competencias sociales y cognitivas que requieren las nuevas formas de organización de la producción plantean nuevos métodos de aprendizaje y la actualización del desarrollo de capacidades y comportamientos. Se trata de renovar y completar las competencias profesionales en un proceso permanente, que implica la adopción de una política de reclutamiento orientada por la consideración del conocimiento como elemento diferenciador de competitividad empresarial y de creación de riqueza.

La formación del personal político liberal y la resistencia del absolutismo en Lleida en la transición del Antiguo Régimen al liberalismo

Este trabajo aborda la formación de los grupos dirigentes absolutista y liberal en la Lleida del último cuarto de siglo XVIII y primer tercio de siglo XIX. Siguiendo los principales hechos políticos de este periodo, dibujamos el enfrentamiento progresivo de ambos grupos en la comunidad. Asimismo, reflejamos una distinta adscripción socioprofesional según fuese su filiación política. De esta manera, constatamos que las filas absolutistas se nutrieron de las familias con más influencia social (pequeña nobleza local, ciudadanos honrados, notables y doctores) y los campesinos; mientras que los liberales concentraron las simpatías de los artesanos, hacendados sin privilegio, profesionales liberales e intelectuales.

Using narratives to study the impact of social networks on the educational paths of immigrant students

This paper presents the qualitative data collection process aimed at the study of the impactsocial relations and networks have on educational paths of immigrant students. In theframework of a R & D longitudinal study funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation(2012-2014), the research team tracked the path of 87 immigrant students, from whom only 17successfully achieved the transition through the first and second year of Post-16 Education.A vast range of literature notes that relationships are an important part of migration process andsocial integration analysis, as well as school history in terms of success or failure. Through thefieldwork researchers collect the personal networks of all immigrant students from 3 highschools who were at that time attending last course of compulsory school. The network structureinfluences their social capital and therefore determines the resources, goods and types of supportindividuals can access. All these aspects are influential elements in the configuration anddevelopment of academic trajectories of immigrant students.At the end of the second year of Post-16 Education (two years later), the study captures personalnetworks of these students again, analyses and discusses their evolution and influence on theirpaths through qualitative interviews. Such interviews facilitated the discussion of theirrelationships while providing interesting narratives that are presented in the text. In order to do so, the biographical interpretive narrative method of interviewing is implemented.

Edad, vulnerabilidad económica y Estado de bienestar. La protección social contra la pobreza de niños y personal mayores

Los riesgos de pobreza se distribuyen de manera desigual en el ciclo vital. En este artículo ofrecemos datos empíricos sobre esta distribución y analizamos el impacto de las transferencias públicas sobre el riesgo de pobreza en dos etapas que tradicionalmente han concentrado situaciones de mayor precariedad: la infancia y la vejez. Se constata que en los últimos años la pobreza infantil ha aumentado significativamente en Europa y ha disminuido el efecto reductor que las rentas públicas ejercen sobre este tipo de pobreza, al tiempo que la situación de las personas mayores ha mejorado. En el último apartado se examinan los componentes de la protección social que influyen sobre el riesgo de pobreza infantil en nuestro país y se contrastan los posibles efectos de iniciativas para combatirla.

Virtual milgram : empathic concern or personal distress? Evidence from functional MRI and dispositional measures

One motive for behaving as the agent of another"s aggression appears to be anchored in as yet unelucidated mechanisms of obedience to authority. In a recent partial replication of Milgram"s obedience paradigm within an immersive virtual environment, participants administered pain to a female virtual human and observed her suffering. Whether the participants" response to the latter was more akin to other-oriented empathic concern for her well-being or to a self-oriented aversive state of personal distress in response to her distress is unclear. Using the stimuli from that study, this event-related fMRI-based study analysed brain activity during observation of the victim in pain versus not in pain. This contrast revealed activation in pre-defi ned brain areas known to be involved in affective processing but not in those commonly associated with affect sharing (e.g., ACC and insula). We then examined whether different dimensions of dispositional empathy predict activity within the same pre-defi ned brain regions: While personal distress and fantasy (i.e., tendency to transpose oneself into fi ctional situations and characters) predicted brain activity, empathic concern and perspective taking predicted no change in neuronal response associated with pain observation. These exploratory fi ndings suggest that there is a distinct pattern of brain activity associated with observing the pain-related behaviour of the victim within the context of this social dilemma, that this observation evoked a self-oriented aversive state of personal distress, and that the objective"reality" of pain is of secondary importance for this response. These fi ndings provide a starting point for experimentally more rigorous investigation of obedience.

Assessment of the levels of degradation in fat co- and by-products for feed uses and their relationships with some lipid composition parameters

This paper discusses the levels of degradation of some co- and byproducts of the food chain intended for feed uses. As the first part of a research project, 'Feeding Fats Safety', financed by the sixth Framework Programme-EC, a total of 123 samples were collected from 10 European countries, corresponding to fat co- and byproducts such as animal fats, fish oils, acid oils from refining, recycled cooking oils, and other. Several composition and degradation parameters (moisture, acid value, diacylglycerols and monoacylglycerols, peroxides, secondary oxidation products, polymers of triacylglycerols, fatty acid composition, tocopherols, and tocotrienols) were evaluated. These findings led to the conclusion that some fat by- and coproducts, such as fish oils, lecithins, and acid oils, show poor, nonstandardized quality and that production processes need to be greatly improved. Conclusions are also put forward about the applicability and utility of each analytical parameter for characterization and quality control.

Gestión de información personal: elementos, actividades e integración

La gestión de información personal (personal information management, PIM) estudia cómo organizar y utilizar la información que las personas obtienen para resolver necesidades cotidianas, con el fin de aprovechar al máximo los recursos personales (tiempo, dinero, energía, atención), y así aumentar la productividad y mejorar en consecuencia la calidad de vida. Se presentan los elementos y las actividades en que se articula la PIM, y se expone cómo favorecer la integración de la información personal, en general dispersa en formas, aplicaciones y dispositivos distintos.
