La relaxació a l'educació infantil com a eina per fomentar un bon clima d'aula a l'escola inclusiva

La relaxació és una eina inclusiva dins l’escola que ajuda a treballar la competència emocional. La investigació parteix de l’ús de diferents tècniques de relaxació per poder ajudar, a l’alumnat d’educació infantil, a adquirir un grapat de coneixements per regular les seves emocions i l’estrès. L’estudi té com a objectiu la pràctica de diferents tècniques i jocs en una aula de P4 amb alumnes que presenten Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista. Les dades recollides i analitzades fan possible afirmar que la relaxació dóna beneficis tant a nivell personal com social i permet el treball de les emocions.

Violència de gènere: anàlisi i proposta d'intervenció a l'IES La Roca del Vallès

Aquest treball és una recerca en la qual s’ha pretès concretar quins aspectes són necessaris treballar en una intervenció pels nois i noies de tercer d’ESO de l’Institut de La Roca del Vallès. Per això, primer s’ha analitzat la bibliografia especialitzada amb la intenció de conèixer quins són els principals factors que influeixen perquè en una parella d’adolescents apareguin situacions de violència de gènere, i quines són les millors estratègies per preveure-la. Per fer una intervenció que respongui a les característiques concretes de l’alumnat que assisteix diàriament a les classes en aquest centre educatiu, s’ha realitzat un procés mitjançant un qüestionari i grups de discussió per tal de conèixer quines eren aquestes característiques concretes. Finalment s’ha dissenyat una proposta d’intervenció respectant els horaris del centre i les seves programacions.

Els moviments en transició : model participatiu per treballar el sector alimentació : ciutat d'estudi, Granollers

Entenent el context global en el que estem amb les pertorbacions com són el pic del petroli o el canvi climàtic, el projecte ha treballa el vector alimentació de Granollers des de la perspectiva de les ciutats en Transició. Primer per entendre les iniciatives en Transició i com s'implementen s'ha elaborat unes entrevistes semiestrucutrades a 4 iniciatives en Transició. S'ha observat que totes les iniciatives depenen dels contextos objectius en que estant tot i que busquen la resiliència. Per treballar el vector alimentació s'ha portat a terme un model participatiu on s'han extret un conjunt de propostes i preocupacions per part d'actors relacionats amb el sistema alimentari de Granollers. Aquest treball serveix com una eina per entendre més bé les iniciatives en Transició i per començar a treballar el vector alimentació a partir de les conclusions extretes del model participatiu.

Traducción técnica del capítulo III del libro Advanced Data Warehouse design: from conventional to spatial and temporal applications

The proposal to work on this final project came after several discussions held with Dr. Elzbieta Malinowski Gadja, who in 2008 published the book entitled Advanced Data Warehouse Design: From Conventional to Spatial and Temporal Applications (Data-Centric Systems and Applications). The project was carried out under the technical supervision of Dr. Malinowski and the direct beneficiary was the University of Costa Rica (UCR) where Dr. Malinowski is a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Informatics. The purpose of this project was twofold: First, to translate chapter III of said book with the intention of generating educational material for the use of the UCR and, second, to venture in the field of technical translation related to data warehouse. For the first component, the goal was to generate a final product that would eventually serve as an educational tool for the post-graduate courses of the UCR. For the second component, this project allowed me to acquire new skills and put into practice techniques that have helped me not only to perfom better in my current job as an Assistant Translator of the Inter-American BAnk (IDB), but also to use them in similar projects. The process was lenggthy and required torough research and constant communication with the author. The investigation focused on the search of terms and definitions to prepare the glossary, which was the basis to start the translation project. The translation process itself was carried out by phases, so that comments and corrections by the author could be taken into account in subsequent stages. Later, based on the glossary and the translated text, illustrations had been created in the Visio software were translated. In addition to the technical revision by the author, professor Carme Mangiron was in charge of revising the non-technical text. The result was a high-quality document that is currently used as reference and study material by the Department of Computer Science and Informatics of Costa Rica.

Proceso de transformación de las concepciones del profesorado sobre la resolución de problemas matemáticos

The aim of this study is to analyze the transformation of Primary School teachers’ conceptions about mathematical problem solving. We performed a study with 18 teachers from three public schools: in each class (from 1º to 6º) there were two interventions, and we were interviewed teachers before and after them. The results have show identified changes in: 1) teacher’s expectations about students’ abilities; classroom management; perception of diversity; mathematical strategies used by students; communication in the classroom; causes of the problems encountered; and relevance process of problem solving in mathematics teaching. The transformation of teachers’ conceptions is due to the following factors: a) awareness of the practice; b) systematic reflection; c) the contrast between different ways to work solving problems in math class
