"La influencia de Internet en la participación: ¿menor relevancia de la motivación política?"

In this paper we aim to investigate the relationship between Internet use, motivation and political participation. In particular, we aim to find out if, by reducing participation costs, use of the Internet changes the importance of motivation in the classic explanations of participation. In order to explore this question, we have used data from survey 2736 by the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (CIS), which addresses the issue of political participation andInternet use. The analysis shows that Internet use has a direct impact on participation, regardless of motivation, and that skilled Internet users do not need to be motivated or interested in politics in order to participate in at least one online political activity.

Los Sufijos apreciativos en la enseñanza de ELE

El principal objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una pequeña aportación a la enseñanza/aprendizaje del español como lengua extranjera. La finalidad es que pueda servir tanto a profesores como a alumnos, ofreciendo una exposición de la sufijación apreciativa no solo como un aspecto más dentro de la gramática, sino concediendo al alumno una serie de estrategias que le ayuden a favorecer un aprendizaje reflexivo de la gramática y, en particular, de la formación de palabras. Todo esto unido siempre a aspectos socioculturales, pragmáticos, e incluso relacionados con el elemento intercultural

La educación moral en la enseñanza obligatoria

Quien lea este libro, desde la introducción a las notas o quien conozca la trayectoria y ciertas publicaciones anteriores de su autor, sabrá que esta recensión ha sido escrita desde un lugar en el que la neutralidad y la imparcialidad resultan del todo improbables. La obra de Josep M.ª Puig objeto de la presente reseña tiene como referencia y marco de reflexión fundamentales los trabajos previos del GREM (Grup de Recerca en Educació Moral de la Universitat de Barcelona), equipo del que también forma parte el autor de esta reseña. Resulta asimismo que el autor de estas líneas hace más de veinte años que es amigo y colega del autor del libro. Y que, por si fuera poco, el autor del libro reconoce en su introducción una supuesta 'deuda especial' con el autor de la reseña. Con tales antecedentes, la credibilidad de esta recensión ha de quedar irremediablemente bajo mínimos. Por esta razón, voy a limitarme a señalar los defectos principales que a mi modo de ver tiene la obra.

Funcions de les aplicacions d'internet en la relació família-escola

El vincle entre família i escola és un aspecte clau en el clima d’aula, el clima de centre i l’èxit acadèmic. A la vegada ens trobem davant impediments, ja sigui de conciliació familiar i laboral o de prejudicis en la relació entre família i escola, que dificulten aquest vincle. D’altra banda ens trobem davant una societat de la informació i el coneixement que avança a un ritme accelerat i que ofereix il·limitades propostes d’intercanvi i comunicació. La present recerca pretén donar a conèixer quines funcions tenen les aplicacions d’internet en la relació família i escola. En segon lloc, l’estudi identifica els factors i les limitacions que condicionen aquesta relació. Finalment, la recerca proposa possibles pràctiques inclusives entorn les aplicacions d’internet, que poden contribuir a millorar el vincle entre escola i família, com també en el clima d’aula, el clima de centre i l’èxit acadèmic.

El proyecto 'Ciutat, territori, paisatge': un recurso innovador para la educación en el paisaje en la enseñanza secundaria = The project 'City, territory, countryside', an innovative resource for educating about the countryside in secondary education

The far-reaching, fast-moving changes –diffuse urbanisation, building infrastructure, moving away from agricultural space, etc.– suffered by the countryside in most European countries makes it important to have education about the countryside in place to help secondary students interpret their environment and assess the importance of managing the territory to achieve a medium ordered at human scale. The project «City, territory, countryside» is a set of materials for secondary level that aim for reflection on the countryside, work on basic competences and educating about civic-minded attitudes in students

De los contenidos a las competencias numéricas en la enseñanza obligatoria = From contents to numerical competence in Compulsory Secondary Education

Mathematics has formed part of all our daily lives since the most remote origins of our civilization, although on too many occasions schools have done little for this functional view of mathematics reclaiming the formal role of this discipline in detriment of its more practical and applied element. From this perspective the curriculum organized by competence arises due to the need to fill this vacuum and allow our students to function better in the constant elements of real situations which they are going to have to resolve throughout their lives. The specifying of this general view of mathematic competence in the numeric competence should allow all our students to progressively acquire numeric sense, that is, that they have the capacity to apply good quantitative ideas in real situations
