Participação e acção pedagógica: a valorização da(s) competência(s) e acção social das crianças

Este texto parte do pressuposto de que a forma como se organizam as dinâmicas sociais entre adultos e crianças, nomeadamente nos contextos educativos, não é isenta de marcas de invisibilidade e exclusão, no que diz respeito ao protagonismo das últimas nos processos educativos. Pretendemos discutir de que forma as crianças se apresentam, em muitos contextos, como um grupo geracional discriminado no que diz respeito ao seu direito a assumir uma efectiva participação no processo educativo, tentando demonstrar que este estatuto é, ainda, alimentado por um conjunto de pressupostos associados à ideia da incapacidade e incompetência, associada tacitamente ao sujeito criança, influenciando as relações e dinâmicas com as crianças. Apresentamos neste texto a defesa de uma acção pedagógica participativa e baseada nos direitos da criança, sobretudo a partir dos seus direitos de participação, para questionar tais pressupostos e práticas excludentes face ao grupo social da infância. São estes os caminhos para a construção de dinâmicas sociais ativas, mais críticas e emancipatórias e promotoras de práticas sociais fundamentais numa sociedade livre, pacífica, equitativa e democrática

Logic functions based on optical bias controlled SIC Tandem devices

The purpose of this paper is the design of an optoelectronic circuit based on a-SiC technology, able to act simultaneously as a 4-bit binary encoder or a binary decoder in a 4-to-16 line configurations and show multiplexer-based logical functions. The device consists of a p-i'(a-SiC:H)-n/p-i(a-Si:H)-n multilayered structure produced by PECVD. To analyze it under information-modulated wave (color channels) and uniform irradiation (background) four monochromatic pulsed lights (input channels): red, green, blue and violet shine on the device. Steady state optical bias was superimposed separately from the front and the back sides, and the generated photocurrent was measured. Results show that the devices, under appropriate optical bias, act as reconfigurable active filters that allow optical switching and optoelectronic logic functions development providing the possibility for selective removal of useless wavelengths. The logic functions needed to construct any other complex logic functions are the NOT, and both or either an AND or an OR. Any other complex logic function that might be found can also be used as building blocks to achieve the functions needed for the retrieval of channels within the WDM communication link. Solution-Processable Donor-Acceptor-Donor Oligomers with Cross-Linkable Functionality

Electron-acceptor units, combined with bithiophene substituted with flexible chains end-functionalized with cross-linkable moieties, provide soluble donor-acceptor-donor (DAD) it-conjugated oligomer-type molecules with cross-linking ability and broad absorption in the visible spectrum. A study on the cross-linking conditions of the new oligomers to yield insoluble polymer networks is presented, including conditions for obtaining polymer films over poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate-covered substrates. The combination of the DAD molecular design and cross-linking functionality opens prospects for applications in solution-processed small-molecule solar cells with morphologically-stable organic layers.
