A justa causa no despedimento

Diz o art. 53º da Constituição: “É garantida aos trabalhadores a segurança no emprego, sendo proibidos os despedimentos sem justa causa ou por motivos políticos ou ideológicos.”. O direito fundamental da “Segurança no emprego” é uma das principais conquistas da social-democracia e/ou do socialismo democrático europeus, entre outras ideologias políticas e religiosas. É vergonhoso e revoltante que seja o próprio Estado português a promover o despedimento em Portugal, qual país do 3º mundo. Muitas vezes não apenas junto dos trabalhadores do sector privado, mas também junto do próprio sector público. IMI: ELES COMEM TUDO E NÃO DEIXAM NADA

O IMI é aliás, em si mesmo, um imposto profundamente injusto. A sua aplicação constitui, em muitos casos, uma situação de Abuso do Direito, art. 334º do Código Civil. A sua concretização implica uma violação do fim económico e social da própria Justiça no Direito. O sistema fiscal não objectiva apenas as necessidades financeiras do Estado e doutras entidades públicas, mas também, e sobretudo uma repartição justa dos rendimentos e da riqueza: art. 103º da Constituição.
