Maior Sinagoga da Península Ibérica: onde pára a polícia?

Foi condecorado por ser um soldado valente na frente de batalha, na 1ª Guerra Mundial na Flandres. Já no Porto, ajuda centenas de judeus escapados ao holocausto a começar uma nova vida. Tal como o valente Cônsul Aristides de Sousa Mendes, foi perseguido por Salazar, tendo sido mesmo afastado do exército.
