Media web sites interactivity: Searching new ways to dialog with their users

Currently the media have made many new tools on their websites in order to broaden the dialogue with its users, a feature that has been called interactivity. The objective of this research is to describe the interactive resources of Chilean media websites. The analysis was conducted at 20 sites using a pattern of six dimensions with interactive forms which are today using identified. The findings indicate that digital media Chileans are expanding the possibilities of dialogue with users on social media, especially Twitter and Facebook, and the mediauser interaction is monological, that is to say, from the media to the user, but with very low feedback.

Effect of reading sport chronicles on the perception of justice and the predisposition to protest actions in soccer

In this study three chronicles from national newspapers (one generalist and two sport press) were analyzed. The chronicles belong to Spain’s soccer final of the King’s Cup in 2014. The aim of the study was to know if there was any influence on the readers’ perception of justice and consequently if this influence could cause a particular predisposition to participate in acts of protest. 462 university students participated. The results showed that different chronicles caused differences in the perception of justice depending on the chronicle read. However, a clear influence on the willingness to participate in acts of protest was not obtained. These results should make us think about the impact of sport press and its influence, and to be aware of the indirect responsibility of every sector on the antisocial behaviors generated by soccer in our country.

China, perspective from the European Union: commitment and cooperation

The bilateral relationship between the EU and China has a tendency toward growth in recent years. At present, China’s economic development is at a critical transition period for deepening reform in the economic structure. The economic and trade cooperation with the countries of the European Union has a significant influence for the stability of trade development and economic growth. Therefore China tries to expand cooperation and eliminate the issues and difficulties that exist, it will more often to promote cooperation between the two parties towards deeper into various cooperative areas.

La idea de una autoridad política mundial. Consideraciones críticas a la luz de las exigencias de la realidad política

A partir de los fundamentos del orden político-jurídico y de las aporías señaladas por la teoría del Estado y de las relaciones internacionales contemporáneas, buscando sustraerse a todo dogmatismo ideológico, el trabajo discute los argumentos axiales que han servido para sustentar la idea de un poder político mundial y señala los principales defectos de legitimidad que es dable descubrir en tal idea —sin detenerse en una propuesta particular de entre las varias y significativas que han surgido a lo largo de los últimos siglos en sede teológica, filosófica, política y jurídica—.

En torno a la fundamentación de la dignidad personal

Las trágicas experiencias de las guerras mundiales llevaron a la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos promovida por la ONU en 1948. A partir de entonces gran parte de las Constituciones de nueva creación reconocen la inviolabilidad de la dignidad humana. Sin embargo, los redactores de la declaración pusieron empeño en omitir las razones teóricas en las que se fundan dichos derechos, por el temor a que diferencias teóricas aplazaran o hicieran inviable dicho reconocimiento. La fragmentación en la que se halla la antropología filosófica desde hace varios siglos está reclamando un principio unificador de los saberes en torno al ser humano. En este contexto la dignidad humana como experiencia universal se presenta como principio unificador. Seis décadas después sigue pendiente la elaboración de una sólida, y también universalmente aceptable, fundamentación de la dignidad humana y sus derechos fundamentales, cuestión complicada que parece requerir un nuevo avance en la ontología y en la antropología filosófica.

5 Jahre seit der normativen Konsolidierung der Stabilität des Staatshaushalts in Spanien. Kritische Analyse, Bilanz und Zukunftsperspektiven

Diese Arbeit führt in erster Linie eine kritische Analyse der normativen Gestaltung in Bezug auf die Stabilisierung des Staatshaushalts während der letzten 5 Jahre unter dem Einfluss des EU-Rechts durch. Anschließend werden die Wirkung und die Auswirkungen dieses Gesetzes bewertet. Abschließend werden einige Vorschläge und Erwägungen zur Zukunft geäußert.
